I go back to this store EVERYTIME I need a new mattress, pillows, sheets, or artwork. I love how clean and modern the store is. The owner clearly has an artistic mind. The staff was super kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail.. I walked out feeling like I knew enough to sell these mattresses! Delivery guys were excellent as well. They took their time to make sure it was all put together correctly.

The manager at the time, Bert, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us our space to lay on and inspect our mattress. We never felt pressured to make a decision, or burdened by wasting Berts time.

The sales staff is very professional. They offered additional products, pillows, sheets-- without pressuring me to buy. Sounds contradictory, I know, but they were very conversational and it was easy to ask for the price and decline what I didnt need. The products are amazing. My first purchase was a latex king mattress nine years ago, Im still happy with it.

We did extensive research, and this is the only place in Austin that sells certified organic mattresses, by all the different makers! Huge selection! I was looking for a vegan firm mattress but I felt none of their mattresses were firm enough for me. I like the fact that its a natural mattress place and happy its here but wish there was a bit more selection on firm mattresses.

This place is great! I received wonderful customer service and personal attention throughout the process of getting the best bed for me. The first one I chose was a little too firm for my taste, and after the breaking in period I still wasnt satisfied, so they had me come back in and test drive another mattress (this time I chose the Willie). Let me tell you that since receiving the Willie bed (delivered personally by Steve) I have slept soundly and comfortably! Its really a fantastic mattress sold by fantastic individuals. I cant recommend Austin Natural Mattress on Bee Caves enough. Really superb people and products.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Austin Natural Mattress. First of all, I loved the idea of purchasing locally. My experience here made me realize why that is important- having received excellent care.I worked with Kyle Phillips, who runs the Galleria location. Kyle is helpful, without being pushy or over-eager like many salesman can be. He was patient with me while I tried out every mattress in the store, and spoke more to personal comfort instead of just trying to push my budget like other mattress stores have done in the past.They have mattresses to fit all budgets, and it also appealed to me that all of their products are green. I know my health has been considered, which is important to me.I would highly recommend walking in the store and working with Kyle. You wont regret it! :)

Excellent, excellent bed. The Posh + Lavish latex mattress with the pillow top is simply awesome. I never thought I would spend that much for a bed, but with the problems I had with my neck, back and shoulder pain it is money well spent. I spent two nights in another bed visiting some friends and it only reinforced my appreciation for it. Kyle was very engaging, and comfortable to do business with...I dont think 5 stars is enough.

I’ve purchased several mattresses from Steve in the past and have always been treated more than fair. I was in need of another mattress last week. I called Steve to see if he had the same mattress that I purchased a couple of years ago. He did. I drove from my new home in Fort Worth to purchase the mattress and a topper. Excellent mattress store, so glad we found it! My wife and I were not necessarily looking for a natural mattress, but just a good mattress from someone who could cut thru all the confusion and put us on something that fit our needs without breaking the bank. Within roughly 20 min on our first visit, Mike dialed into the mattress that would be best for us based on our sleep habits and health needs. We left the store educated and confident in our choice. So if you need just need a good mattress and cant seem to find a store or web site you can trust, this is your place. Highly recommended!!

This is not the first time I have waited until the last minute to buy something and I’m sure it won’t be the last.But this time did not have the usual adrenaline and shame mixed in. This time, thanks to Austin Natural Mattress, I felt like I was on top of the situation. Like Robert Mueller on top of it.First of all the customer service was amazing across the entire company. They are all such nice people. They all have that really down-to-earth, Austin vibe, that makes this city a great place to live.Second, they are incredibly accommodating. I bought my bed from Steve and then bought the mattress from Charles. Both offered to give me respective loaners so I wouldn’t have to sleep on the couch (I was moving)When I met Charles and described what kind of bed I wanted “firm yet soft” and laughed at the impossibility. He smiled and brought me to a pair of beds that felt like they had been custom designed just for me. I’m 47, it’s not my first bed purchase, and yet I was amazed by both Charles’s mattress acumen and the mattress itself.The best part was that I bought a king and yep, the loaner they gave me was a king and free delivery.I asked them both if we could spread the payment out over the course of a week just because of my cc limit due to identity theft issues and they were so cool about it.When they couldn’t get a hold of the delivery driver who was out driving the warehouse manager, who was on the phone and had never so much as seen me before, said not to sweat it and he jumped in a truck and brought it to me and carried it to the third floor.These guys are good people, and the mattresses are legit.

This store is incredible! I only shop local! Got a natural latex mattress that feels like nothing I have ever slept on before! It really is just not like a normal mattress. Those are good if youre keeping it cheap, but when youre ready for your big girl bed you should go here! And great people!

My husband and I have had a latex mattress for 10 years and we loved our queen size but needed something bigger for our family. I must say I was nervous that we wouldn’t be able to find another bed as comfortable as that one again and searched high and low for another latex. Finally we found Austin Natural mattress and I had the pleasure of working with Steve and Mike at this location. The service was amazing, I didn’t feel pressured at all! They made the process very easy and far exceeded our expectations. The best part is we LOVE the new mattress from the first night we received it and there was no chemical smells coming from the mattress at all which is a big selling point for me. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else!

Austin Natural Mattress has been AMAZING to work with! Just today I placed my third bulk order with Steve. I work as a project manager on construction sites and have needed to order quite a few mattresses this year (15 so far!). Every time I go into the store, Steve greets me with a big smile and is ready to help me. The quality of the mattresses is just as amazing; I even ordered one for myself! Ordering, shipping, and delivery are very easy. When we encountered a construction delay, Steve helped me to delay my delivery and hold the mattresses a little longer. You cannot go wrong in choosing to work with Steve and purchasing a mattress from ANM. I will continue to purchase from him and send all my friends and family to him, as well.

I mean I needed a bed. I moved here and was ready for something to encapsulate my adult transition. I wanted a bed that didn’t have chemicals in it; I was investing in it after all. Spending half of your life on something should be GOOD for you. My aunt recommended this place and I went to check it out even though I figured it would be out of my price range...but I was hopeful. Steve helped with everything. He did not make me feel bad about my price range and we found something that fit. He let me lay there for almost thirty minutes and I never once felt rushed. I feel great about my purchase. They offer financing if you need it. I wanted it because I would have rather not have dropped that $1500 on the spot. He even helped the deal be even better asking for an 18-month financing instead of a 12-month. Worth it. I do not feel gross about buying a bed and you shouldn’t either. The beds are made in Dallas and his dad works at the factory. Family feel. Recommend HIGHLY. Thank you Steve❤️.

We purchase bedding system in 2016; recently noticed a failure of the spring system. I made contact with Bee Cave store, spoke to Dalton who professionally listened to my somewhat weak explanation of our concerns. Without hesitation I will say it was his listening and noted eagerness to assist that was highly commendable and comforting. He provided information verifying our purchase in 2016, provided warranty information and how to contact manufacturers. When I made contact with NaturePedic, they (Ms. Linda) too were very professional and guided me through the process of submitting a claim. Overall, within 4 hours of contact with Mr. Dalton (Busby), we received notification from NaturePedic that replacement spring sets (2) had been ordered and would be shipped within 2 days.This experience proves the professionalism, courtesy and expertise of the staff at Bee Cave store as well as the quality of product we sought and purchased 3 years prior. This place is truly a gem. My husband and I walked in from Whole Foods and were greeted by Kyle, the employee. He was very personable and knowledgable about the products, which was nice as sometimes it feels like people just want a sale these days and dont care about the products. We were impressed with the prices and the service we received. Will be going back for our kids beds!

In 2013, we had a horrible experience with their other location, but decided to give them another chance, hoping this location and the years to improve would prove better. We were shopping for a mattress for our small child, and wanted something cleaner, but that we could try out first vs. buying on the Internet.While shopping there, I found the service in the store to have an unprofessional and negative tone, and didnt feel comfortable, but again, really wanted a cleaner mattress we could experience in person. I found Steve condescending when I asked questions or told him things Id learned researching safer mattresses. We went ahead and ordered one, though were very disappointed in the $125 charge for delivery.Over THREE weeks went by before we received the mattress. There was an earlier point where my husband was texted about delivery, but we were out of town (for just two days) and he told them that would not work. When we FINALLY received the mattress, there was no box spring, which wed also bought, so my child couldnt even sleep on it. Im not going to just throw a mattress on the floor, plus we had waited so long and paid so much for our delivery, and then it wasnt even complete. All this time wed been calling and texting to follow up, feeling like theyd never deliver it and then we had to continue doing that to get the other half of the order!Naturally very frustrated, my husband asked for a refund of the steep delivery fee, and Steve agreed. It is now about two weeks later with absolutely no sign of this refund. In fact, now the store is claiming that the delivery people say my husband texted approval to receive the mattress when we were out of town, which is completely false. As they chose to lie, it looks like well never receive this fee back. Surely we could have arranged our own delivery in way less time for way less money, and from honest people.How I wish wed learned our lesson the first time we shopped with them when they gave us a box spring that didnt fit the mattress and other issues. After this, we will surely never make the mistake again and are appalled at the poor service and dishonesty. Please refund our delivery charge immediately.

Great serviceAffordable prices - without the chemicals and toxinsUPDATE;🚨😡 I just discovered a year later after one of my mattress purchases that this store (brand) uses Syncrony Bank 🏦 for their loans.The loans Austin Natural Mattress “push” upon buying a mattress. I didn’t even want a loan was prepared to use American Express, but the salesman pushed it. The manager kept suggesting I take the loan no APR for a year no other information. Come to find out the loan company pays kickbacks service fees to this store. The loan had no paperwork, and foolishly I felt safe believing the guy & all was good. My loan was on auto pay never missed a payment and the statements were very confusing PAYDAY style language. One year in .. the day the 0% promo loan was up Syncrony slapped on $711 of interest no emails or notifications. Yes SEVEN HUNDRED & ELEVEN $$ of interest. Then without ever missing a payment they added more fees. $48.00 per month interest for several months all still while auto pay made on time payments. My loan a year later was more then the original mattress cost from day one. This is dark money 💰 scam loan bs.. I immediately called the store explain what was going on ...the clerk on duty sounded very confused and said he was calling the owner Scott .. Scott didn’t even have the courtesy to call me he had the guy call me back explaining these weren’t their terms... this wasn’t their loan this is not their bank BLAH BLAH... You would think that a local shop like this would help to educate the consumer about a loan they push. I will take my responsibility lesson learned but I would not recommend using the store for either location. 4 hrs of begging Syncrony Bank they finally reversed the interest and I had to pay one lump sum to close the loan. (No choice) this is how people can end up losing their car or their homes getting caught in a tornado of unethical practices . Syncrony bank informed me they DO pay VENDORS aka the store/owner for using their loans .

Yes, a natural mattress will cost you more, but you will spend a third of your life on it. The store offers the most reasonable rates around and backs that up with a guarantee. He was warm and welcoming, even when my little toddler did his best to tear up the store. The bed I ordered would not be ready for two weeks and I needed something immediately so they offered me a loner bed at no cost and delivered it free of charge! Great customer service! I know that if I have any questions or concerns in the future, they would greet me with the same generosity.

My wife is currently carrying our second child, she has scoliosis. Our mattress is about 7 years old and time to upgrade. I gave 2 stars because the prices seemed very fair, the store was clean and well put together. I gave 2 stars because a bit cold but I guess I should have taken off my hoodie before walking in. I was in the store for a full 10 minutes looking around, I was not greeted in any way. I was litterally a fly on the wall.Advice, dont wear a hoodie whem shopping at a higher end store.
