Alexa James Baby is my go-to store for gifts, whether it be for a pregnant friend or child’s birthday. The attentive owner Karina is an expert at helping to select the perfect gift as she has such incredible style and attention to detail. Her items are unlike anything you’ll find anywhere else in town. I can’t say enough about this beautiful, warm and stylish boutique!

This is by far one of the best baby stores i have ever been in. The clothing, blankets, and toys are so unique and beautiful. I bought all my granddaughters baby shower gifts there and also bought some adorable shirts for my grandson. I found an awesome peddle car for him as well. And curbside shopping was what i did. I am so glad i came across this baby/young childrens store - it is way more than five star.

This store is the cutest baby store in Austin by a landslide! The store owner, Karina Drake, is FANTASTIC and so warm and helpful. The pieces are unique and amazing quality. They have anything from clothes to books to furniture. There is even have a play area for the kiddos! I will definitely be a regular.

Locally owned- I like it. During a time when Austin is searching for its soul its nice to see locals continue to open businesses. I went here with my wife and was proud to buy some goods here for the boys. Got all of the cool stuff, lots of fun to hang out too, the shop keeper is all about some babies and community. The weekend mimosas were nice too :)

Seriously the best Childrens store! The selection is on point! Even the shopping conversations are good! Super sweet and helpful owner- she knows her stuff!My kids love to play in the gorgeous play area and it feels so clean. I really appreciate the attention to detail-so light and airy. The cutest childrens boutique in Austin. The owner has done an amazing job at curating a beautiful selection here. One thing that jumped out to me is that the boy stuff is beyond cute! Finding cute unique boy stuff is always kinda hard and this store nailed it!

Alexa James baby is my new guilty pleasure!! Baby clothes are always cute, but this brings kids clothes to a whole new level. My two year old always gets so many compliments on her outfits from AJB. This store is absolute perfection in every way. Not only does it have beautiful clothing but also a play area and reading corner for the kids. Every time I visit the store, the owner works with me personally to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Finally, the only children’s store in Austin that I ever need to visit.

Ive had such a pleasure working with Karina to get my son a Banwood Bike for his 2nd birthday. I wanted the color white and it was out of stock, so she special ordered it for me with free shipping and honored the holiday sale she was running! When we found that the bike would not arrive in time for his actual birthday she offered to lend me the store model so we would be able to show him what he was getting! Ive never had such a thoughtful and wonderful interaction with a business owner. Also this is the most adorable childrens shop Ive been to, its so nice to see these brands in person vs only online shopping.
