I wasnt impressed by the service.ive work on cars all my life and my dad and i ran a auto shop for 15 years.without going into details,parts was not replaced,i was giving someone elses personal information because owner didnt want to give me information of the work that was supposed to be done on my car.i have no hard feelings but in these days in time,i pray that humans be more kind,honest,respectful,and caring to one another.when scheduling the customer service rep was nice.i recommend covering all basis on the work your getting done,pricing,proper documents/diagnostics,and a firm handshake before doing buisness with this establishment.

Great local garage! Ryan(the mechanic) is very good at repairing a variety of vehicles. He does great work at reasonable rates. His shop does get busy, so if you have a problem, talk to him right away so he can get you scheduled as soon as possible.

Ryan gappa is the best in Austin, me and my family was stuck in a very sticky situation and he helped us out and if it wasnt for him me and my family would be stuck thank God for Ryan gappa God bless you!!!

He is always super friendly, fast, and so good at explaining what he is doing, which is important to people that dont know their way around an engine like some guys.Pricing is EXTREMELY fair considering his level of service. Sometimes I worry that I am not paying him enough for his work. (Ryan if you read this, disregard that part, you charge way too much. JK)All around great shop, super highly recommended.

I was driving from Toronto, ON to Greeley, CO where I attend the University of Northern Colorado. The alternator in my car broke just outside of Austin, MN. Ryan went out of his way to replace the alternator on a Saturday morning at a fair price which allowed me to get to campus in time to start the semester.
