Like most people, I dont need a body shop very often. When I did, I thought the big fancy chain (Caliber) would be the place to go. Wrong! I stood in their lobby for 10 minutes being ignored by the receptionist, so I left and visited 4 other shops. The other Big Name, Service King, has still not even provided a quote a week later. Eddie at Qualitek is personable, professional, and treated me as a valued customer. His staff did an exceptional job on my car, going above and beyond on some finish items. Pricing was fair, service was excellent, and the car was ready when promised, so I feel llike I got a great deal. Theyve won my business.

Of course no ones ideal stop is getting work done on your car in regards to an accident, but these guys really made this process as easy and painless as possible. I had gotten 3 separate quotes from shops all nearby and not only did Qualitek offer me the best pricing, ( AMM collision quoted me nearly double) but they completed the work in just a few days. Extremely happy and definitely will recommend to my friends.

My RAV4 was involved in an accident and the back of the car was severely damaged, including the bumper, rear gate and part of the frame. I dropped it off with Eddie and was able to pick up the car 3 weeks later as promised (took longer because there were a lot to repair). The repair was nicely done and the car now looks brand new. They even cleaned the car inside and out including the wheel rims etc. Greatly appreciate all of the effort Eddie and his team has done to fix my car and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a repair job.

Had a great experience there with my mom. Her car was practically totaled when we took it in but they did a great job taking there time and fixing it. Eddie was fantastic when it came to communicating with my mom. My mom is deaf so communication can be difficult and tedious at times on both sides. He was very patient and always did his best to clarify things with her. Javier was great too, hes a nice guy.

It has been one year after repair. Excellent work and parts. Paint is perfect, matches the original and no discoloration. They use OEM parts (As Eddie mentioned during initial consultation). I know because I work on my car and I see what has been replaced. They worked with my insurance as well made sure whatever parts needed to ensure the repair is done right. Eddie were very straight forward and no BS.

I have tried several auto body places in town this is the best by far. I used amm collision and the work left me disappointed a couple of times. These guys worked my old bumper looks brand new at half the price and looks better than a new bumper from amm..totally amazing the skill these guys have. Management was really nice too

I went in for an estimate, and the guy who helped me was great: friendly, gave me some dos and dont tips, and told me how to manage my insurance company to insure I got a rental car since they were trying to wait another week to put me in a car. Great guy, fair quote, but I decided to have my work done at a place close to my house, which ended up being a mistake.

Incredible service and body work! I recently took my Nissan Altima in for repairs after another driver backed into my rear door while parked. The at-fault drivers insurance company originally estimated the cost of repairs and time to do the work very low, but Eddie took all the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company to get the additional money and time to make sure the repairs were done right and even extend the rental until my car was completely finished. The crew at Qualitek did an amazing job with the door and even touched up a few minor scratches and dings at no extra cost to me. My car came back looking better than it had in years. Got into an accident with my vehicle January of last year and looked for a good shop in town with good reviews. Fortunately heard about qualitek and decided to bring it there. These guys are so nice. My car wasn’t driveable so they came all the way to my place and towed it to heir shop for free. They gave me a quick fair estimate that ended up being a lot more than I had anticipated (because of my insurance at the time) and I hadn’t to pay out of pocket. They ended up letting me keep my car there the entire time without charging me until I could figure it out. As soon as I was able to find the car they started working on it right away as if I had just brought it in. Fixed it up nicely without trying to upcharge me on anything and got me my car back. Beyond thankful for these guys. Really friendly also. Highly recommend!

I recently got into an automobile accident which left my brand new 2013 Mazda 3 front end damaged. The other person was at fault since he backed up into me. After researching for hours on the internet for a high quality body shop in Austin, TX I decided to let these guys do the repairs. It was highly recommended word of mouth from a trusted friend. It can be a very stressful time when and although my first thoughts were to bring it to a bigger more well known body shop I realized that most body shops in the area are more like factories with extreme mixed reviews some good and some really bad written in long detail. Many shops has some dirt on them but I couldnt really find anything on these guys. In addition, I saw a couple of 2013 best Austin body shop reviews that they appeared in. Also,I wanted a place that wasnt biased towards the insurance company and had more interest in customer service. I brought the car in and spoke with Eddie. I wanted to make sure that my car was going to be done correctly and to the best realistic post-accident condition possible. Eddie was honest with me and told me that all the factors involved in ensuring getting my car with high quality parts and high quality workmanship. I had a loaner vehicle and dropped off my car. I wanted it done right so i told him to take as much time needed. They quoted me a certain time for the repair work and they delivered as said. Eddie was my point of contact and I called a few times to check in on the and update the status. When I got my car back it was like new again. They even did some extra work and detailed the car. I was very pleased with the quality of work they offered. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone especially friends or family. Great job Eddie and the body shop guys!!!

I took my 2003 Acura MDX here for rear end repair from a minor accident in which my wife was rear ended. I wouldn’t make that mistake again though. I surely wouldn’t recommend their services. They added the wrong power steering fluid which ultimately led to me having to replace the high pressure hose which is really expensive as well as the pump. They didn’t need to add any it had nothing to do with the wreck however they charged me $10 for the fluid. The alignment was off I had to take it back on 3 separate occasions and it still veers to the right slightly. They told me to go to the alignment shop it had nothing to do with them. The actual cosmetic workmanship was ok. However the guys in the office are unprofessional and gave me inaccurate info on the repair process. Lastly they marked up the used parts from LKQ much more than brand new parts costed. ( rear liftgate and exhaust pipe) $1,243 and $520. They were from a 2002 Acura MDX not a 2003 in which the vehicle changed substantially in that one year. I only took my vehicle here because I live less than a mile away so I thought it would be convenient. That was a big mistake.
