Completely wasted my lunch break. I stood there a solid 15 mins waiting to be helped. When one of the three ladies became available I asked her if they sold matte clear can. She then pointed at a line of cans on the shelf that said gloss clear. I said those are gloss, do you sell matte? She replied, I dont think so, and we stood there for what seemed like an eternity as I waited for her to go check or ask. She did neither of those so I left.

The lady I dealt with seemed very knowledgeable on paint and body repair products, she offered me many different repair products not just the most expensive product. I told her i was doing the repair myself but didnt need it perfect just to look decent and she recommended a much cheaper and cost efficient product to try out and it worked great and came out better than I had imagined

A pickup that i was told would only take ten minutes turned out consuming two hours of my afternoon. Mark up is ridiculous on this stuff but understandable since they are a brick and mortar supplier. Not entirely Noob friendly although the lady on the phone was pleasant .

Went in completely open about not having a clue on how to fix my issue. Took the time to explain every detail and gave some pointers. Everyone from the front staff to the product has been top notch each time I visit. The woman who mixes the paint is a magician, and yes they will customize the formula to match your vehicle perfectly. Quality service and quality product.

Very friendly service and knows how to do the job, not just sell paint. Went out to see the car to know what we planned to do. Mixed our paint in 15 minutes. Guided us step by step on how to prep, prime, paint and clear coat. The shop has a N. Lamar address, but actually sets back. Turn on Provines Drive and the shop is on the left. Highly recommend.

Cant overstate how happy I was with this place as a first time customer... all of the staff in the front lobby were knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. In less than a half hour I was in and out with everything I needed for my motorcycle paint job, and I was able to pick the color I needed from their book and have rattle cans filled on-site in about 15 minutes. Dont hesitate, these folks will take care of you.

Needed an aerosol paint to match some aircraft interior pieces, they nailed it! Great work!

The young lady was very nice and had my paint in the process of being finished. I called before I arrived to let them know the yr.make.model of my car so they can mix the paint. The paint was exact match.

The folks at Gemstone are always super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair, and service is prompt. They guided me through all the steps needed to tackle a DIY project (painting a motorcycle) and gave me a bundle of references to seek further guidance should I need it with my project. I absolutely recommend working with this team!
