The level of customer service and the quality of their work is unparalleled. You wont find anyone who can get the job done in such a timely, high quality manner at a fraction of the price not to mention these are genuinely good people who truly care about their customers and their safety! 11/10 experiences- I will be recommending Austin Body Works to anyone and everyone!

I am never one to leave reviews but I had to for these guys! I came in with a broken tail light and the part I had preordered myself with no idea how to change it and these guys fixed it for me in less than 10 minutes. They were so professional and awesome to work with! I will definitely be going back to Austin Body Works for my future car needs!!!

I was beyond satisfied with the job completed. My paint was scraped all the way down my drivers side, both doors dented, with a scratched bumper. When I got my car back, it was completed before the initial date, with consistent updates, and looked better than it did when I bought it. It was completely cleaned, washed, and looked beautiful. They even went above and beyond to fix my gas cap hatch for no additional cost (which Id been having trouble closing). The customer service was also amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful. I cant recommend this place enough!

Super helpful, professional, and quick!!My front panel had a dent that was preventing the side door from opening. Gentleman at the front desk came out to take a look, popped it out with prybar and sent me on my way in 5 minutes free of charge.It was a minor but necessary fix, so I was expecting them to try and charge me, but they could not have been nicer about it!Will certainly being using them for any repairs I may need in the future!

They went above and beyond to help me get my bumper replaced and handled all the conversations with my insurance, rental car, etc. It was smooth, timely, and they even removed a parking sticker that was obnoxiously stuck to my window, free of charge! Had a little fender bender a couple of months ago and needed bodywork done. Took it in but the thier next appointment wasnt for a few weeks. It was worth the wait. A truly honest body shop. They even did a quick fix to my car so I could keep driving it until the appointment. My car looks like new now. Highly recommend this local body shop.

Besides the fact that I’m terrible with cars, I have new bumpers, so they didn’t have already-drilled holes, and I had just bought the car new; so I had neither the right tools nor screws. I struggled to try and get the plates on myself, but I decided to call and ask for help after being unsuccessful for quite some time. I was embarrassed to call this shop to ask for help putting on my new license plates, but the gentleman I spoke with, Ryan, was so very kind and helpful about it! Not only did he do it in like two minutes, but he was friendly and refused to charge me when I offered to pay something. This place understands customer service, which I find to be less and less common in today’s businesses. GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! You won’t regret it.

As Austin grows, more and more people are coming to the city and when you get sideswiped without even the courtesy of a note, its nice to know there are some good people left in the city like the guys at Austin Body Works. Advertised as the best in town and did not disappoint. They insist on doing a proper repair, pride themselves on keeping the ins. companies honest. Deliver for the costumer down to the best car wash my beetle has probably ever had. I dont wish to see them again. But if I get another bump, I know where to go.

Stan was amazing! He was friendly, helpful, funny, honest, and quick with an estimate. He even suggested a cheaper but just as effective solution when he learned I was paying out of pocket (I’m a broke college student). They actually charged me less than they estimated which was awesome! Austin Body Works is a dream and they will be getting any future business of mine.

I did not get body work done here; however, the only reason I did not was because they are scheduling their work out so far and Im currently in a rental. If I am ever in need of a repair, this will be the first place I look. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was helpful, personable, compassionate, and gave me advice for finding a good place to take my vehicle. I have had okay experiences with body shops, and bad experiences with body shops, but this is the only time I have been thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided.

There is a reason why Austin Body Works has a 5 star rating. I was very happy with the whole process of repairing my automobile. They were very flexible in the timing of my repair and they finished the work on time and with wonderful results.

Ryan and Stan are great to work with. Honest, high quality, and responsive. Really everything you want from a body shop. Sometimes a wait to get in but it is worth the wait. They dealt with the insurance company and even the rental car.

This is the best place for customer service and they are absolutely wonderful at what they do. I can always get in immediately and I am usually in and out within 15 minutes. I adore the owner who will sit and chat with you while you wait for the work to be done. They only charge you for extensive work and several times they have assisted me with small jobs for free.

I love this place. Ive only visted twice so far and theyve saved me a few hundred dollars by being honest and telling me when the work I was asking for would likely be covered by my warranty. They could have just taken my money and done the work and I never would have known. Im coming to these guys first from now on for anything auto related.Ive noticed that the word honesty popped up in a lot of their other reviews, and its the truth. Guys like these are hard to find.

The guys here are incredibly friendly and super helpful. Between my husband and I, we have had to take 4 vehicles in for body work. I have never had to bring a vehicle back because something wasnt done properly, but they offer a warranty on the repairs they have done. Just know when you book your appointment, it may be about a month before you can take it in, but they will get your vehicle fixed right, the first time. Some other places in Austin have done a sloppy job on my husbands vehicle and he had to keep pointing out flaws in their work, but we have never had that issue with Austin Body Works.

Did a great job on my car when someone hit it (luckily they paid for the damages). ABW is often booked ahead for months (because they are good) so if you want it done here, get in line! ;) Great price as well.

These are nice, helpful, honest people that will do what they can to give you the best deal. I ordered my mirror through the dealership (ABW would have saved me money had I gone through them) and the dealership said replacing my mirror would cost at least $160. ABW did it for much, much, much less. While I was waiting, I told them a few other random car issues I was having (top brake light out, windshield wiper fluid nozzle was broken) and they fixed it for no additional cost. What was supposed to be a very stressful day was turned around by these angels that work at Austin Body Works! This is the second time theyve gone above and beyond for me and Im so thankful!

Reviews didnt lie! Great customer service offered by Stan when I called. Seems to be an extremely reliable shop.

We went to have the door handle replaced on my daughters car, and Stan couldnt have been nicer! He broke down the pricing ($60 plus labor) and said the handle may need another part, which adds another $75. I accepted that would be the case and moved on. When they finished and handed me the final bill, it was only $80! Ive been taken advantage of before at car shops, but never had the bill go down! Thanks yall! We will be back if the need arises again!

Very nice and helpful..I had a very minor fender bender due to a hit and run and they me at no cost..it took about 5 mins at the most to fix..they also offered more help if I had anymore problems with my fender and my passenger door. I am very happy and pleased that I can open my door now and I thank god for sending me to Austin Body Works. Thank you sooooo much.
