This place is Legit. Professional, informative, most of all do, what they say they are going to do. Prices are fair, service exceeds standard, honest, on time. 1st visit, said i can fix your front end in 2 weeks super busy, 2nd visit, informed of estimate, and timeline. 3rd Visit, car completed on time, no additional cost, results better then expected. I just bought this used car with parts in a box, and they put it together no issues. Highly recommended.

My daughter is in school at DBU and Im in Austin, so coordinating the repair work following and unfortunate accident was challenging. I had got an estimate in Austin previously, but it seemed really expensive and my daughter couldnt be without her car. I found AJ based on their reviews and they sounded promising, and close by the school! I reached Raymond a AJ, and immediately felt at ease. We set up an appointment for an estimate and we had a deal within a few days saving me $$!!The car looks awesome now and we are so glad we went with AJ. My daughter was super impressed too commenting about how thorough Raymond was and how nice he was totally taking care of her!👍👍Definitely recommend AJ!!

I was super stressed out about my car and had no idea what to do but Vinnie and his team were absolutely incredible. He helped break down what all was wrong with my car and went totally out of his way to fix any other remaining kinks to make sure it was safe to drive. I also really appreciated how much he worked with me price wise to make sure we could get everything taken care of. I absolutely recommend to anyone in the Austin area with car difficulties.

They had a new, state of the art truck. They arrived a tiny bit late but came a long way.I am very pleased with their service.

SINGLE WORST BUSINESS IN AUSTIN! My truck was brought there for a simple paint job that they said would take less than a month. They have currently had my truck for two years and I still don’t have it back. They have missed twenty deadlines to return it to me. Whatever you do, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE. It’s a borderline criminal operation with no accountability, constant attempts to fleece you of your money, cutting corners, and zero accountability. Here are just a few of the issues-They have given TONS of deadlines they didn’t hit. Originally said a month, now at two years, still can’t get my truck back.-Threatened to charge me to store the truck per day after truck repairs were done, when they hadn’t completed it in two years, couldn’t complete it, still threatened charges when it hadn’t been completed, and months after the threat still hadn’t completed the work.-After they told me the paint job was done, inspected and they hadn’t removed handles or trim so previous paint was visible around numerous trim. Initially said this was “standard”-Impossible to get them to pick up or return phone calls.This is just the start, they have lied, bribed, increased charges, and more. I’ve lived in Austin my whole life and never seen a worse business. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place was the auto care find of a lifetime! They took amazing care of my pride and joy 2007 Lincoln Mark LT and their price beat anybody I took it to, which included 4 other highly rated options. Additionally Vinnie, the owner, and his team were highly responsive and proactive.

I used Vinnie and co. when I lived in Austin 5 years ago. The work then was excellent and reasonable. This visit I needed a small job done on a loaner car. I took it to AJ. This time it was excellent and cheap! V is a really nice guy too, a pleasure to deal with.

Vinnie and his crew are freaking fantastic! Screw those big corporate body shops and go local, yall! I nailed a pole while dancing to some bad booty jams and my busted car got back to me in record time! I went thru insurance and they tried to get me to go to some other body shop (I guess they get a kick back?) but my homies highly recommended AJ Body Shop so I decided to try them! I had a killer experience! As a petite female I also really enjoyed the fact that I was not mansplained at all but treated like an intelligent human being!
