This place is always so clean. The staff is always walking around asking if you need help. The manager herself was so busy not just helping customers but being there for her employees! Kudos

I like this Big Lots store a lot! I went here two years ago, and I got a Flamingo mug. I hope to go to this Big Lots store again one day. I like this store better than the one here in Colorado Springs.

In general I enjoy going to big lots and seeing what this big lots has compared to others. This big lots is fairly organized and the staff is helpful.

I really had a great experience with my pick up order today. I LOVE Big Lots, and I have ever since I was a kid. Every year I place an unusually large order of holiday/furniture/ and other random stuff. I have to say this pick up was by far the fastest and most efficient I’ve ever had! The manager was extremely friendly and all staff was awesome from the cashier who scanned my pick up receipt, to the manager, to the ladies who brought my carts up for me. Thank you guys so much!!

I hadn’t been here in a few months. I noticed they updated the exterior of the store, with a nice eye catching sign. When I went in, the whole store was remodeled. It looks as if it has been newly renovated with up to date flooring (clean), the layout is very spacious and spread out, not all stacked together. The furniture is now up front when you walk in. This is great, because now they showcase much of their best merchandise. In fact, everything looks so good, comparable to other stores. A few of the associates are nice and helpful. Looks like I’ll enjoy shopping here again. Good job!

I had a horrible experience. I was ignored at the check out counter, cashier was very talkative with customer she was assisting, I was the only person in line and waited over 10 minutes. Another cashier came up while the cashier was talking with the customer and asked if she wanted her to take the next person in line and she told her no I could wait and they proceeded to have conversation after the customer left she was talking to the other cashier about the customer she just helped and acted like I had not been standing there waiting for assistance. I finally just left the store without purchasing anything. She acted like she did not want my money so I did not spend my money there. I am wondering if my previously favorite place to pick up nik naks is now gone. I would hate to think it was racial but there was no color in the place, Im just saying.BTW 1 star was being overly generous

The staff was so helpful!! I absent-mindedly came like 45 minutes before closing wanting to buy new furniture for my house not realizing how late it was and the staff all came together and helped me out to make it work which they definitely didnt have to do. Thank you!!

You really cant hate this place, with all the odd merchandise and food they sell LOL cant forget their low prices but as well as some Fair high once for bigger products. I just want to point out that they stop selling diapers which was very disappointing ☹️. But the remodeling looks great.!

We have bought two pieces of furniture from here and both are amazing and super comfortable. Couldnt have picked a better place to have bought them from. Karla helped us with everything and she was excellent in every way possible. Super friendly, willing to help out with the furniture and even offered advice on future purchases. Love this store and will always come back to shop here.

I dont particularly care for Big Lots. They use deceptive advertising. For instance they will show a tote on sale for $5.99. When u get there the tote u saw in the ad is half the size as the advertised one. The size u saw is almost 3Xs the ad price. That type of false advertising runs like that throughout the store. U get better prices at Walmart.

Its convenient for many small items and a general all around store where you can even find grocery products. They also have 2nd tier and slightly damaged furniture and office items. A good store to shop items that are priced lower than the bigger department or grocery stores but you wont find everything.Dont always have the popular named brandsbut Im sure its customers are happy to pay the lower price for an item theyre happy with.

Love everything about Big Lots. When I update my furniture, I plan to buy from here. They have nice couches that I always have my eye on every time I come in and I just love this store. Every since the remodel it looks so much bigger, cleaner and nicer. The cashiers are always so nice as well.

Love the changes the made to store. You can move around the store easier. Prices are great. I shop at least 2x a month.They finally fixed the parking lot. Parking is easy and no more dodging pot holes.

Weve been shopping at this Big Lots since it opened and, for a while, it had gotten sort of dodgey and I was reluctant to go to this location over others, mostly due to everything being extremely scattered and disorganized. They recently renovated and redid the store and it has made a huge difference. I really like that I can pop in and find a deal on what Im looking for just about every time. Their after holiday sales are amazing too

In and out. Well we thought were gonna be. They moved everything around and the furniture is in the middle of the store, instead of in the back. I feel like a Big lots is that store you go to when you cant find that rare item and they have it for cheap. Customer service did her job with a smile.
