Found this place today driving by. We are looking for a couch set for the down stairs living room. Wow do the have a lot of choices. It is 2 floors of all types of furniture. The staff was helpful, slight draw back is you have to order everything they have no inventory so be will to wait. The prices are really low very surprising. Ashley, Penny Mustard and the likes are so over priced. Visit Baxtons and find great furniture and a better value. Very impressed. We will be back.b

Bought a desk instructions were horrendous. nothing marked and not all steps included. Dont believe for a minute its worth the hassle. I have spent 3 hours trying to figure it out. Nothing on YouTube. All this after waiting 6 weeks. might as well be written in Chinese. Dont waste time or money here

Great designs, affordable prices, however, the colors of the items displayed don’t necessarily match the colors of the items sold. They don’t offer refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Another negative aspect - it was freezing!!! Since it’s a huge space, they didn’t really try to heat it. On the good side, the people working there seemed nice and helpful.

The different options that they offer are affordable. However, they have small defects. Purchased 2 desksand found small defects. It wasn’t worth it to take the ride again for the exchange since they issues where not noticeable. Good prices after all.

I got my bookshelf from Baxton Studio Outlet and I love it! Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The style is much better than Ikea. Price is surprisingly good! I will definitely come back if I need add more pieces to my home.

I browsed Baxtons catalog on their website and decided to pay a visit. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a man who introduced himself as Eric. He was easily available and helpful while not being overbearing. I fell in love with this store! It is definitely a warehouse and the furniture price matches the overall quality. I ended up buying a chaise that I love and a matching ottoman. Kind of disappointed that I did not find this store sooner! Thinking about going back for a bench and maybe a club chair.. So many ideas with such unique furniture!

This place is a hidden gem of great styles and variety at insane prices. Ive purchased several big pieces from them over the years and I recommend them to everyone.

If you buy furniture from overstock and wayfair this is the place to go to instead. They have the same stuff for a less price. Great customer service and response time.Prices are very reasonable.Make sure you have your vehicle to pick up the delivery charges can be a killer.

I have never been more upset with a companies ethics or sense of responsibility. I paid for my items, one was back ordered I was told it would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks go by without a call, I contact them. The item is back ordered another two weeks. Again no call or email, a month goes by. I contact them, the first team member puts me on hold, after waiting 25min it becomes obvious he does not plan on talking to me. I hang up and call again, my item is in stock. I arrange for my items to be delivered, no apology and any sincere response to their poor management of my order. I speak with Luis the manager, he makes it clear that he has no interest in helping me. Very disappointed in this business.

Please beware if you buy a bed frame from this company, that their frames are much larger than for regular mattresses, and you will have a really bad looking gap. See picture I attached here. I tried to return the bed telling them how unhappy I was with this ugly gap, but me being completely unhappy didnt do anything to them, they said they dont take returns.So, if you buy from them, just be aware of what to expect. I wish someone would have told me before, then I wouldnt be stuck with a bed I hate and cant return. Waste of money!

This company lies and is a scam. I found this couch online and called Interior Express Outlet(IEO) to see if the couch was in stock and could be shipped I spoke to a guy in the warehouse who said yes its in stock. He then transfered me to sales who told me that if I place the order it could go out the next day and would take about 3 days to ship to me via ground. Its now three days later and the couch has still not been shipped. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful actually trying to argue with me rather than help. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM Interior Express Outlet. Wait there is already more now this crazy woman has cancelled my order WTF does she have PMS or something?

I bought a bed, and before three months were up, I discovered the legs were detaching. I called and was told there was no warranty, that I only had 24 hours to inform them of a problem. Needless to say, they have lost a customer.

Ended up returning the item because it was the wrong one.

We bought a bed that we saw online and went to pick it up. After bringing it home and building it we saw it was not the one we had ordered. After talking to them on the phone they told us they didnt have that bed at all. So we had to put all the pieces in the box and drive it back to there warehouse just to get our money back.

Scam!!! They sell trash without a chance to return, refund or exchange !!! Most of items are defective, broken or scratch in a new box, they will not give me the chance to check the mirror, they dumped from the deck in front to my car and run back inside without check out, or my signature for delivery, but they charged my credit card!!!
