I love this store. Great for cleaning items and more. However, theyve been running short on some items due to COVID probably. Overall, I think its a great place to shop.

Stopping there was a delight the cashier was very very sweet I really will plan on going back here again very soon of course the prices were wonderful however the shelves were not stock very well they obviously need more help if I can I may apply for a job I definitely recommend this Family Dollar

They were low on products but the assistant manager was a sweet heart so who cares. Not like they have control over what shipments make it and which ones dont.

Angie the business owner that works at family dollar customer service STINKS. Then again why would she give good service to customers of a company she just HELPS OUT AT (as she put it).

Its a horrible store wish I could give no stars. The place is half stocked only one cashier at all times and they close earlier than they supposed to. Customer service there is also horrible. They need to be shut down and rehire people.

First off STAFF IS AMAZING!!But whoever franchises this location needs to get them some decent WiFi so the POS stops going out!! Theres no reason they should have to close multiple times a week due to this!!

Didnt want to go by Wal-Mart after picking up the kids from school today because it was pretty slick out.... Decided to come by this lil store and they had EVERYTHING I needed 😁 The lady behind the counter even showed me where the fish food was.... I was surprised they had that too. It was pleasant and convenient, will definitely come back. Customer service was excellent as well!!!

Did my shopping today at the store on Peoria and Illiff. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the items in the store. I was finally able to find a can of lysol spray !

I absolutley love this place. The staff is amazing friendly helpful and truly cares about their customers. Stop by and chat with anyone of them and you will see.

Great to run in and grab items needed quickly but hate how the store is always messy and aisles are hard to walk through often times with product needing to be placed on shelves.

I stopped at this store yesterday around 3 pm, i park my car on the north side of the building on a empty parking lote. A woman apparently taking break out yeld to me dont park there I asked her why. She saidIm the manager and I said so. I better drove to the seven eleven on the same block

They definitely turned this store around. Much easier to navigate. Melinda and staff are always willing to help and have a friendly conversation.

Went to this store today and left the store knowing I’ll never return ! Girl that was cashier was very rude ! Only spoke to the two girls that were the same race as her . Didn’t ask me how I am or even acknowledge me . Than when it came down to paying she left the counter to talk to the young lady behind me . While waiting to pay i decide to pay card maybe the process will be faster . She finally goes back behind the counter than answers her cell phone . Finally i say i dont Need my receipt and tell her have a nice day. Not one word from her . Overall customer service sucks here .

I like coupons and I am always happy paying less in this store due to digital and manufacturer coupons. All the staff has been very kind and helpful.

My daughter was not allowed in the store because she is a student. How is it fair the no students are allowed because they had two occasions with other student. Do we not allow all people of a certain race because a couple people of that race stole or fought in the location. This is not fair treatment to the students that dont misbehave. I will not be going to this location due to unfair treatment. When the lady was asked is that discrimination she said yes but they are allowed to refuse whomever they want from service.

I went in and the manager as well as staff were super friendly and helpful. They were in the middle of their reset and I was able to shop for many items for $1. Loved their customer service.

This isnt an one star Family Dollar. They place the inventory on the shelves that have lower prices. When you check out, you have all sorts of discrepancies. They argue with you, and there check out lines are at least..20 minutes. The eyes of the cashier subsequently substaticiated alcoholism. Stupid, and a waste of my time. I can go on, just get it!! Ask, and will receive!

First time going in today. I recently moved close by. It smelled a bit gross when I first walked in. I came for some last minute items I forgot at Walmart. The customer service is what matters to me. No one was absurdly rude or unprofessional but they were not 5 stars either. A man asked if I was finding everything okay so that is why I am giving it 3 out of 5. It is very messy and seems disorganized. It has potential to be great. In a good location off of a busy street.

Store is dirty and poorly stocked. Some of the staff is friendly, but many make you feel like an unwelcome bother.

Typical Family Dollar; nice employees but never enough of them to keep the store looking neat and clean. NEW info: Store seems to close at random times creating a doubtful experience. Id rather pay higher prices elsewhere at least knowing they will be open.

My son and his friends walked in to family dollar and were rudely thrown out. They walked in and lady was already screaming at us get out,out of my store! I understand they have their rules but maybe they should learn customer service and respect.. If I could I would give this store zero stars

Multiple times this location is closed during the scheduled business hours. Cluttered with stock in the isles...hard to get around store let alone reach items u need due to being blocked by all the stock not being putting away. Obviously corporate should evaluate the management team for this location!

Its Dollar General... Selections are limited. Medium-clean: stuff is laying around to be stocked. But the employees are nice and its got a good location.

Despite the fact that this location is older, its no excuse for for how dirty it is. Not to mention the staff is not friendly. They also need better lighting in the parking lot.

I have been sitting outside this store for 30 min now the workers are just now showing up I have pictures and videos very unprofessional I wish I could upload these videos and pictures and then when the lady’s walked into the store they locked it behind them while literally 5 cars of oriole are outside lmfao what a joke and then when they open the doors I bet they will have the worst attitude...get some new responsible managers ughh

This location is normally very dirty and disorganized. There are always boxes scattered throughout the store and the shelves are never stocked. The employees are ok not the best service but with the manager they work for you can tell why. On multiple occasions she has been yelling at guests to hurry up and not hold her line up while standing behind the counter doing nothing and the other worker checking out people with only one of their two cash registers open. She is very friendly to some people but very rude to others. Worst family dollar I’ve ever been to. It’s a shame.

Have come to this family dollar multiple times in the last two weeks during. Business hours and the store is closed?? With no note or anything so I drive 10 minutes to a store that should be open and continues to be closed during open business hours

Store is always dirty. However, my sister and I went there because it is close and sells milk. The cooler has been out for 2 weeks. We went in last wwek and the young cashier was PUKING INTO A BUCKET BEHINS THE FRONT COUNTER!! We will never step foor in any family dollar. Disgusting...AND there was another employee just stocking shelves!!! AWFUL WE LEFT GAGGING.

Store is disgusting. Filthy inside and it out. Black lady appearing to be a manager cursing extremely loudly about someone not showing up. Man stocking wasnt actually stocking as everything was all over the floor. Carts. Boxes trash. Place smelled like something was dying in there

I was a loyal customer even though store is always a mess, gotta climb over stock i was there saturday there was a homeless guy begging. .....he started yelling at me and following me to my car VERY UNSAFE!!!!! This place is dirty, disorganized, and often deluged with school children. You can find cheap items here but any savings you would get you ultimately pay an emotional price for being surrounded by filth, clutter, and juvenile delinquents.
