Im new to leather crafting, had a lot of questions, and these guys were great. Very helpful.

This is the most amazing and best leather shops Ive been to the staff was very knowledgeable courteous and quite attentive and I think them for their patients and this store should be busier and more people in it cuz its amazing how you fun crafting ideas of leather working materials that one could possibly think of or not and basic kids that are affordable and with easy instructions for satisfied in their craftsmanship working with leather

Revising review based on recent experience today.Previous rating was a 1 because I arrived on a Saturday at 10:51 am, only to find the store closed. No notice as to why, no signage indicating other hours, nothing. When calling the store it went straight to some answering service in Ft. Worth, TX. Not a great experience for my first visit here.Then we come to today, where this was a completely different experience.Signs posted on the door indicating hours, current local and state government guidelines for Social Distancing, etc. etc., and this was wonderful. Everything was clearly indicated and there were no questions.The lady helping me was wonderful, answered a lot of my questions, gave me great insight into some projects Im working on and was just very helpful. Great experience today.

Great stock of supplies, tools, and hardware. Every employee i have talked to was friendly and knowledgable. Very happy with this store.

This place is great! the smell is almost aphrodesiac, the selection of uncut leathers is impressive.the hardware selection was impressive. they carry several different themes, and i was able to find exactly what i wanted.the staff is friendly and the store is inviting not intimidating. im so glad a retail option still existed.

This location has a very wide variety of leather tools, accessories and hides. Very large selection of colors and stiles... Suede, buckskin, kidskin, pigskin and genuine leather. The choice of products has never sent me to another store... The employees are very helpful, and the prices are decent.

Wow. Just got the worst customer service of my 32 years on this earth. Right when I walked in it was obvious the guy didn’t even want to talk to me much less help me find anything. I asked some simple questions regarding beginner stuff and got an eye roll immediately. Meanwhile his coworker picked up the next customer and answered every question of hers while taking her around the store and showing her products, and I had to listen while wandering around aimlessly by myself. I feel like I got jipped out of an opportunity to learn something. I’ll just buy online next time.

The guys who work at this shop are fantastic.

Little over priced, Amazon have much lower prices On tools. Still if you need it today they are there.

They have a lot of hard to find items but do not have anyone knowledgeable on painting leather.

This is a very cool store. Clerks took time to help and asked lots of questions about my task. Leather goods are more expensive than cloth but they are more luxurious. Keep that in mind as you look at materials

This place is awesome! Gave me good ideas on how to fix my vintage leather jacket and lots of goodies gave me ideas of my own! Belts, huge peices of leather, buttons, buckles, leather tanning supplies etc.

Excellent service, we walked around for an hour, they asked if we needed any help several times, answered several questions about tools needed and styles of buckles. We are not knowledgeable about these products and have never worked with leather and they answered all our questions the best the could as well as offering classes. The store is off a one way frontage road so take extra time to figure out your driving path.This place is a gem for anyone who might normally consider a mall style retail store for leather, this place is on another level as far as serious material.

Getting started in leatherworking, and not sure what we needed. Denise was _super_ helpful; took the time to walk us through everything. She made sure she understood our needs so she could recommend what would be useful for us, and helped us keep inside a budget while still getting the best-quality tools we could afford. Will definitely be returning.

The employees barely understand the craft beyond a few essentials, and randomly suggest expensive solutions for simple problems. Go to this inconvenient location knowing exactly what you want to pick up, or go to one of the other stores in Westminster or Platte River.

Its right by the freeway, so it can get a little loud. The service, however, is fantastic! I looked around for a long time, but a couple of times during those long times, a person comes up and asked if I need help with any and whenever I have a question popped up, she would show me where it is. I cant wait to take classes there, still waiting to take some.

On one hand, stood in front of stamps for about 20 minutes without being asked If I needed help. On the other, i didnt need help and there was enough staff to assist should i have needed it. At checkout, they also asked and hooked me up with veteran discount with VA ID. Inventory, service and price. If you need more youre too needy

I shop there when I can. They are always friendly AND helpful.

Horrible customer service, they acted like they were doing you a favor just to do their job.
