I bought outdoor fabric about 6 months ago to recover an outdoor sofa. I went back to get more for the back cushions, but didnt see the same one. Laura was so great in trying to help me locate the one I had. Even though it wasnt available, Laure went above and beyond what most people would have in order to help a customer, and exercised great patients and care. I hope this company sees the value she brings to their store,

I was directed to patterns on sale for 99 cents. When I got to the checkout she said they were 14.00. She said they put sale stuff in with regular priced patterns, tho I know they do not. I said I didn’t want them and set them to the side, when she grabbed them and said she had to deduct them, not just set them aside, well DUH!!!And with nasty attitude…. This after being kept waiting for 15 minutes while she looked up items on a customers cell phone, as the line grew longer……when I left she nastily told me to try and have a good rest of my day. It was fine right up to that moment. So I told her she shud stop talking!!!! I’m old and handicapped. Not stupid. Every one of your employees were helpful and super nice, except her. This was Monday sept 27, at 11:36AM.

One of my fave locations, esp for fabrics. Great staff that is friendly and knowledgeable.

I enjoy going here. Always end up coming out with .ore than I wanted, you can always see something that you really have to have. Although for some reason there button selection has definitely shrunk.

Its a little small..... but had the best fabric selection in have seen in a while.

Good sales. Got these for a project for less $12. Not crowded. The cashier was in a good mood. She was jamming to the in house music. Will return to this location again.

They have very nice beads and other supplies to make your own jewelry.

Totally stocked shelves in this place with tons of options! The staff is very helpful.

Overall it was a fine experience but the woman cutting our fabric (Nora) seemed Not Okay. I’m mostly worried about her because she seemed so frazzled and genuinely on the brink of a breakdown but the way she handled it was generally unprofessional and made everyone uneasy. Someone check on Nora.

Love it they have all kinds of arts and crafts and have great thread some of those threads they have are like 21 bucks a piece

Found the perfect ribbon to fix an old romper my grandmother got in Greece b4 I was even born! I cannot wait to wear it!

This store seems understaffed about 80% of the time I go in, but still cheery from the two ladies working there when I was in. Liz was super helpful and definitely needs a raise for how much she has to keep track of! She is very devoted to her job!

Im giving 5 stars because the people here are awesome! Pretty much everything was in stock and easy to find. The only thing that agitated me is that it is a smaller Joanns so they dont carry everything but the people who work there dont have control over that so Im not deducting any stars.

Close at 6 on Sunday which is a bummer. One of the smaller stores I’ve been to. Sometimes you get employees who know what they’re doing other times not.

We cant remember the name of the person who helped us. She is an older woman and her husband likes to fly fish and she has kids and grandkids. Oh yeah she is short. She is fabulous. She guided my daughter and I through the store and totally helped us NOT PICK the wrong fabric. She guided us in the correct information for making blankets for my daughter and her 1st baby. My daughter does not live here and I dont sew a lot anymore, when I do however this is the store I will be coming back to.

For a store that, to me, had previously felt lack-luster, this pandemic has given it a new life, a new boost! I feel like there is a more upbeat energy here. And, I am incredibly happy that they are open for in-store shopping.Remember to wear a mask!

The store was clean, marker on the floor 6 ft. They had the high quality fabrics for my new projects. The staff was friendly and know what needs to do your art😀😀🍬

Large layout but many items I stocked. Few yarns on sale. Generally a disappointment.

Store is good but its dark and not easy to see in the fabric section. The store aisles are a bit narrow to navigate with social distancing. The staff was a bit abrupt until she realized it was a different person that needed help. After we cleared that up was super helpful.

I got a notification that my online order was ready so headed to the store to pick it up. They had the doors locked, but a good explanation on a sign. I followed the prompts for curbside pickup. I received an automated message that someone would be right out. We sta for 15 minutes until I decided to go knock on the door. The only people in the store were the cleaning crew

I asked for help finding something and the employee was rude, had no idea where anything was, and told me that the person who might was too busy. Checkout took forever, with only one person working at the front. Was supposed to be a quick in and out. Very disappointed

I know nothing about sewing, stopped her to get fabric/supplies for my niece that just started sewing. Both the cashier and the woman that helped me find/cut fabrics were very helpful, proactive, and friendly.

Hidden in the corner of the lot. Definitely snug but great employees and can definitely find what youre looking for at great discounted prices. They do offer military discount but it may not stack on top of other coupons.

Busy store very clean didnt buy anything. Dont know about service just the fabric cutters were working very hard to get the lines done in timely fashion. I will go again. I thought 5 stars were comparable.

Very disappointed in my recent experience with ordering online and picking up at the store for this location on Gartrell in Aurora, CO. I was supposed to have curbside pickup. Not only could I NOT have the option of curbside pickup, but when I went into the store to pick up my order I was told I had to go and wait at the end of a VERY long line to go through the cashiers even though I had prepaid online! The line was halfway to the back of the store and not socially distanced. I will not be shopping at this location again!

I dont sew... I wish I did! I have no idea about this kind of stuff... With all that doing against me... (Including Covid 19)... I went into the store feeling overwhelmed, surrounded by bolts and bolts by the hundreds of every kind of fabrics -at least in my mind... I asked a wonderful employee about what I needed and she said that they didnt sell it in sheets but in small pieces and those can be found in ____ aisle. I went there and found exactly what I needed. I really hope that you guys can survive this virus issue. Too many stores are going out lately. Thank you for your help!

I suppose it is probably fantastic for people who sew, I just needed some velcro but couldnt get anything decent.

I went to Joanns Saturday 8/1 - the cutting line was fine but the cashier line got really backed up and we had to wait for more cashiers to get up front to help. Frustrating due to Social distancing because I felt.like they were not rushing us out the store fast enough. I wanted in and out but couldnt due to cashier l8ne being 15 people deep.

This store is so dishonest. They put up sales and group stuff together then when you get up to counter they say oh no not this brand.The time before this I had a coupon for 10 dollars off of 50 dollar order they wouldnt take it and said it had to be 53 dollars at least.I will never go back to this store.

The cashier I had about a month ago was so kind and friendly. She gave me all the discounts that applied to my purchase when I downloaded the app. Really saved me some money. Cant remember here name but she was great and so was the lady that cut all the material we were purchasing.

Joann Fabrics is one of my favorite shops! Their Beads aisle is often 50% off, so I can easily find something on my meager budget, make a bunch of jewelry, sell some, and come back for more supplies, expanding my inventory. Joann Fabric is a HUGE part of how Ive been able to keep my son and myself free from abusive Captivity to the Serial Predator who owned us from 2014-2019.

The store itself is fine but the customer service is subpar.

This store is super cluttered and its difficult to find anything. The restrooms leave much to be desired. The store feels claustrophobic and the staff left me feeling underwhelmed. The parking and the store isnt very accessible either.

I arrived at this store as soon as it opened. Unfortunately this location did not have the item I needed. However, an associate called a few other stores for me and had them hold the item. She really didn’t have to. I wish I remembered her name. Wry friendly staff! They all greeted me as soon as I walked in as well.

I want to JOANN store 1st time ever. To buy table clothes for my dinner table and coffee table. Services was very helpful and great. Definitely going back to buy more stuff.

Love the huge selection of fabrics

Twice now Ive ordered fabric for pickup at store. The first order was fully canceled, out of stock. So the second order I ordered 4 items, in case some were out of stock. ALL FOUR ITEMS CANCELED! Joann clearly has no handle on their inventory. While I know these are tough times, get your website in order and stop selling things that arent available! I dont mind waiting, but I mind wasting hours on a glitchy website, counting on something that will never happen, only to waste another 2 days waiting for them to cancel the order. Ive now decided to order ship-to-home, giving up the 30% discount and paying shipping charges. I cant make hospital masks without fabric!!!

Lots of craft ideas and they sell cotton masks that are pretty and easy to wear.

Today’s quick stop in was easy but ashli was anything but customer friendly. She was extremely rude and very short with me and another customer that came in just to ask about elastic.

The person1 I asked for help finding something was quick to say they dont have it. Fortunately, there was another person that quickly corrected her. In person1 defense, this place lacks many item I was looking for.

It was phenomenal! I enjoyed my time there while searching for items. Everything was most Enjoyable! 5 STAR!❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I generally dislike going to Joanne’s stores, I usually encounter judge mental old people or snotty 20 somethings. This store was great though, although small. The company would do well to find a bigger location and a bigger staff. The two ladies that helped me were really wonderful. Super friendly and attentive even though it seemed they were the only 2 working. I just hope the other customers weren’t rude to them since they were so short staffed.

Great selection of fabrics, but not much else in comparison to other Joanns. But they do carry the older out of print fabrics, which is awesome.

Some areas are bare, where you would figure great craft items should be. Love the ladies there and all the material.

I didnt know it was so difficult to divide 72/36. Took the lady forever to do simple math..and to explain what we wanted. Just a mess that made me want to never go here again. I dont need that extra frustration. Not worth it.

This is the best Joann store! Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, will look up items and let you know when theyll be in. Also special orders are easy. Friendly. They go out of their way to help. Great selection of fabric, crafts, needlework, decorating, sewing items.

If ya look around, there are some great deals at Joanns. I could spend hours in there. The outside of this particular store is run down and the parking lot is old, but the inside is fine.

Yarns and buttons were perfectly arranged. Staffs were friendly and did greeted me upon my entry. More stuffs to discover and this store is handy and had a lot of items for crafting.

I like that I can browse here without being bothered too much, but I can find staff to help me if need be. Its a good balance. My older kids like to pick out beads and yarn for crocheting and jewelry making. I usually dont bring my five-year-old because I think it would be difficult to keep him from making a mess.

To start the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The placement of items is easy to sort through and find what you are looking for. They have a great selection of fun fabrics and supplies for crafting. They also have a great selection of decorative items for all seasons and holidays.

I never understand customer service representatives that answer the phone while a customer is waiting in front of them. I understand if I walk up and youre in the middle of a phone call but that was not the case for my experience here.I waited to get my fabric cut while their employee answered the phone and ran up to the front multiple times between my fabrics. Im sure she was busy and being pulled in multiple places but hire more staff or have people wait according by their arrival. Very disappointed in how long it took me to get 3 types of fabric cut!

Easy to find what I needed but very surly employees and took about 10 minutes to get through line with only 1 person ahead of me.
