ONCE AGAIN, the amazing, artistic ladies in CUSTOM FRAMING did an absolutely outstanding job mounting a military medals! Toni & Maddie knocked it out of the park by layering several different mats and a fillet to make the medals look like something youd see displayed in a museum!I have been 100% relying on their expertise for many framing needs and every time, their work EXCEEDS expectations! Ive had original photos, custom paintings, documents and military medals all framed and never have I regretted my decision to go with their recommendations nor have I ever had a single issue with the finished products!For active & reserve military members and veterans, they offer a discount and are totally trustworthy to properly handle & display your most personal awards, promotion certificates, etc.!

Good location! Convenient and large store full of fun craft supplies. They keep the store very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decent prices for crafts as well. Typically has sales on many items and coupons that you can use so thats a plus. Not too large but has most of the things you would need for crafting supplies. Though one downside is when we walked in to get custom framing there wasnt anyone available to help us. Not a huge deal though.

It was good. The place is always clean, which is great and the customer service agents are always helpful. They normally have a great selection of what Im looking for, but unfortunately not this time. The representative was more than helpful down to the details to when the trucks arrives for them to restock. Only thing that bothered me was the coupon options with the check out gal or maybe Michaels?!? They have a coupon that they text to you, they also have it if you goggle the company and the check out person has one also. So instead of her informing me or telling me all the above details she sat there and had me look for it. Then I guess she got tired of waiting and used hers that was in his pocket. It actuary upset me a little because she wasted my time and hers. Normally the representative offers it when I check out so this was a complete waste of time. But thank you.

This location had a lot of graduation themed items in stock which is rare around this time and everything was 40% off so that was great. You can also go online and get a coupon for an additional 20%. The staff was pleasant and no long lines.

This store was pretty good, I especially liked that they setted up the graduation stuff.

Worst experience with a store ever! I took a mint condition autographed poster of Michael Jordan’s “Wings” to their framing department. Three weeks later when the framed product was picked up it had ripples through the entire 6’ length of the poster. Of course, when I brought it back they tried blaming me, saying I must have done something to it during the 10 minute drive to my home to cause the damage. Eventually, they agreed to fix what they had done, assuring me that it would be perfect. Over a month later, they called saying it was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store and inspected their work, I found that they were able to damage it even more. Not only did the poster still have ripples in it but now there were two greasy stains on the poster itself! Naturally, I declined to accept it and told them they would need to open an insurance claim to replace the poster they damaged. Instead of reimbursing me with what it would cost to replace the poster they damaged, their insurance agreed to only cover the original amount paid for the poster. The value of the poster had gone up about 3K since I had originally purchased it. So their way of making me whole left me 3K short of being able to purchase an identical poster to replace the one they ruined. To top it all off, the insurance check took over two months to be issued. Meanwhile, I was treated very poorly and condescending by the store manager, Todd, throughout the entire process. It goes without saying that I will NEVER be doing business with this store again!

Took a framed photo in that had slipped they did a great job and attached all the history paperwork back onto the back. The ladies in the framing department are very professional

Dont shop there unless you have a coupon! Very expensive! Better to buy in store although most of their things you can find online for cheaper, so take advantage of their coupons or else youll lose out! Be weary of the art tablets they give you to try out, people draw nasty obscene pictures that need to be removed.

I love this place!! I could spend a day long. Its usually stocked with things I like. I love stamped cross stitching & I love stress relieving adult coloring. Plenty of things I picked up to make our daughters floral arrangements, bouquets for her wedding in 2012, etc. Ive been going there from the time they opened their doors for the 1st time.

This store has everything you need. I love the variety of crafts to decorations and even kids activities. The employees are very helpful and kind. I love that they have great sales and coupons. This is an easy location to get to. The store is clean. The online order and pick up in store worked great as well. My items were ready quickly and the employee reviewed the whole order with me to make sure it was accurate.

Jonathan was super helpful. He showed me different options worked with me on pricing and was very patient. Didnt push me in to anything, and his customer service and care was outstanding. Hard to find in the world of retail. I would highly recommend working with him. I usually dont give reviews out but someone needs to make him a store manager if he is not already, or somewhere in corporate. This is coming from someone who has worked retail for 12+ years and has started from being a cashier @ 7 20 to start and becoming a store manager myself. What a very pleasant experience.

Rude service

There are a couple reasons why I am giving Michaels a detractor...1. I gave them a canvas photo that was super nostalgic to me, I paid $220 to get it mounted/framed/etc. I really dont know the terms, nonetheless I was completely unsatisfied.2. I told them I wasnt satisfied and they tried to redo the framing and they pulled the canvas so hard that it cracked the paint that was on the canvas (the young lady at Michaels noticed it too)3. When they said they were going to redo it, they said it would be a couple days. I followed up in two weeks because I didnt hear from them and I was told the person that was supposed to call you wasnt doing their job. Nonetheless it was ready, but nobody would have informed me if I didnt call4. They understood that I wasnt satisfied, I let them know on a Friday, I was supposed to get a follow up call within 24-48 hours and have heard nothing.5. Michaels has a satisfaction guarantee and hasnt lived up to it... There is a lack of accountability.All that being said, its pretty simple, I wont go back to Michaels for anything picture related. Its a typical case of over promising and under delivering.Oh yeah... I forgot. My canvas is ruined and its not worth hanging up.

This Michaels location is excellent. Ive used the multiple times for framing, whether it be custom or off the shelf, they will spend all of the time you need with you. When it comes to framing, they are so helpful and knowledgeable and help you make sure it looks good and control costs too. While everyone in framing is great, I want to give a specific shout out to Antoaneta - she is amazing and I cant thank her enough for the help shes given me when I come in there.UPDATE 5-23-2021: We recently moved to Florida and I will miss this store. The staff was always excellent to me and I will especially miss Antoaneta!

Great place to get all of your arts & crafts supplies for yourself and your students. I especially love the bogo deals! Never disappointed in the supplies whether they be for beginners or professional lines of product!

Love coming here. I can find almost anything I could imagine to keep me preoccupied in my free time. Its always so clean and organized and the employees are always so friendly and helpful but not overwhelming like other places. I definitely feel like Im a regular at this store lol.

This store drives me crazy - because its soo distracting with all the stuff! But the staff knows exactly where to find everything and anything! They are all always great and friendly - calms my nerves to know I can get in and out pretty quickly with the excellent help!

Snarky attitude when I called to ask a question. Went ahead and ordered online. Curbside pickup an absolute joke. She yelled at me 10 feet from the car. Couldn’t even hear her. You can’t just hand the small bag to me through the window? Instead felt the need to set my bag on the wet mud for me to get out of the car and pick up. I know everyone is scared of a planned pandemic, but good grief get a little common sense and couth.

This store is great for the selection and the attention to detail. The store is very clean and has a great variety for the upcoming holiday like Easter and the past holiday sale like St. Patrick’s Day. I was incredibly impressed and look to come back to get some paints for my daughter.

Clean and very well stocked Michaels. The only problem we had with it was while looking around my seven year old needed to go to the toilet and we couldnt find it. I looking up for a sign and walked around but didnt see one. Might have missed it but I couldnt find someone to ask. We ended having to go next door and use their restroom.

I love craft stores in general. I enjoy going to this Michaels because of the Southlands area. The atmosphere is warming and welcoming. The staff is helpful, especially with the framing department. Ive had several pictures and posters custom-framed at this particular Michaels versus the one that is closer to my house by Chambers & Alameda.

Every time I have to go into a Michaels I remember why I dont shop there. You get 30% OFF All Regular Price Purchases coupon but it doesnt apply to half of the store. Its super annoying. Every. Time. At least the staff is helpful and nice.

I bought a cheap tree a week or so ago. Not what I wanted. Gave that to my daughter. Today, 12-5-2017, I bought the tree I really wanted for less than half price. Im so excited! The ladies that helped with my purchase are the best!!!
