Tonight I went into the head shop frantic and in tears. The gentleman working tonight was the kindest, honest, and most caring man. I’ve been wanting the truth about some pills I’ve been purchasing that I was told we’re Kratom extracts. Finally someone told me the truth and I couldn’t appreciate him more. Thank you so much. It doesn’t lessen the severity of what I’m going through but at least I can tell me doctor what it is. Thank you so vv much. Highly recommend not selling these to people without first explaining the severity of this dependence but will be coming to this headshop to purchase them from now on. I see they aren’t out for display for a reason.

First time there. Not only did I learn more about kratom in 10 minutes the guys asked me what I was trying to get pain relief energy mood enhancement this is was news to me I thought it was just a placebo effect. I was wrong the kratom I was recommended not only helped with my ailments I was able to spend 10 bucks and have enough for 4 days and it WORKS amazingly this has been around this whole time and Ive been playing bobbing for medication? Its changed my life. The staff really wants u to get exactly what u need for ur problem. Highly recommend the 2 main guys were speaking some sort of kratom language to me lol but the point is they know all about it talked with them for 30 min very pleasant experience. (They keep dog treats for customers dogs thought that was very thoughtful)

They know whats up when it comes to the sacred plant, Kratom. They are not charging an arm and a leg, for what they know as medicine. Very relaxed and positive energy from every employee Ive encountered there. Quality, pulverized leaf, with alkaloid levels that impress.

First of all, Shana is fantastic. She provides some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Most of the staff is great as well. We have been purchasing Kratom here for 3 years and I their prices are great. The only problem is the Kratom quality is hit or miss. Most of the time it’s excellent and sometimes it doesn’t do anything. Due to the quarantine we ordered $200 worth of Kratom Without being able to test it first and we just had to throw it out due to poor quality. Definitely make sure you sample smaller orders before making larger ones, if possible.

While they did take customer service to another level,I was unhappy with what I got for what I spent. A sign on the door stated that they would meet or beat competitors prices, when I stated that I had got more product for less, they didnt offer to match it.

Walked in as the employee was bringing in bike parts inside the store. I stood and waited by the glass case I needed help at for about 5 minutes. Walked around a bit, all while being ignored and having the employee spend time working on his bike, looking for bike parts, and trying to fix his bike. All while ignoring a customer. Finally walked out and will never be back.You run a business, and it isnt a bike shop. Maybe take care of the customers who walk into your business? There are many other options in Aurora, and Im sure any of them would be better.

I have Lupus. I tried Kratom for the first time a week ago. Within ten minutes I felt the pain easing up that is all over my body. I have been using it for a week now 3 x a day. Morning, afternoon, and night. Not only has it helped my pain, but my mood has been great. I feel good. That is not something I have felt in years. I will be heading back to buy more today. You get what you pay for. The kratom is fairly cheap, actually much cheaper than anywhere else I’ve seen. The quality however is questionable. I’m not sure if it’s a lower quality plant or if it’s cut with something, it is noticeably weaker than other sources in Denver (Front Range Kratom).

I love this place and Im so glad that their new store is right down the street from me. I have been a customer at the Parker location since it opened and have never had an experience that was negative. Their Kratom is good quality and very inexpensive.

The price to quality ratio is much better than any other kratom shop around the Denver area. Dont listen to others claiming that their low prices mean low-quality kratom. They have some of the most potent and enjoyable kratom Ive ever come across. Their customer service is excellent as well you feel welcomed and appreciated every time you walk in.

I call in my orders and have them shipped to me. Everytime I call I am greeted like a regular who comes in daily. Everyone is so nice and progeprofess. Now once or twice the product I wanted was out of stock but they quickly offer up a like product so no stars lost here.

This shop used to have the best product....since they moved they have gone downhill...fast. The young people working there are rude and are to busy watching cartoons and giggling to take care of customers! You can no longer get the kratom and Ive sometimes wondered what i really getting...overall, the quality too has gone downhill...very disappointed in the way this place turned out..

Went here last week and the employees were doped out and completely unattentive. the product feels fake and i think they cut it. they went to the back and purposely gave me the wrong strain and old product. i don’t get it, hm.i should’ve listened to my friend about this place but i wanted to try something cheaper. guess you get what you pay for .

Staff there treats you like family. Amazing prices on Kratom Powder (can come in capsules as well) and Brand Name Kratom Powder pre packaged, Kratom Shots and MANY strains to choose from. Rewards program could be a bit better but that is not controlled by the staff. Most know me by name and greet me with a smile and thats rare these days. They have an amazing selection of Glass pieces, Bongs, Rigs, Papers, Torches, Butane, CBD products galore from wax, shatter, CBD Herb (non THC), gummies, etc. Hell you can even ask nicely and Im sure they will sell some of the Artwork off their wall which is some of the best posters Ive seen. Would recommend this place to anyone.Side note, they are a new-ish chain and have 3 locations I believe but have only been to the one on Mississippi and Abilene (Vapes, Kratom, Pipes) and this one I am speaking of is on Hampden and Chambers (Kratom, Pipes, CBD *NO VAPES*) Just wanting to save someone sometime in case they are looking for Vapes.

At $4 an ounce this is the ONLY honest kratom store in Denver, and probably all of CO. Sure, even the premium isn’t great kratom, and some batches taste a little funny, but it all still works fine. If you are paying even $15 an ounce you are getting ripped off at least a 700% mark up. Kratom is hella cheap, stores are getting it $40 a damn kilo, tops, probably less. You want kratom? Go online, get it here, or get ripped off.

My husband introduced me to kratom about a year ago, I was struggling with pain and couldnt find relief. PPT has been a beacon of light, the staff over all is friendly and helpful the blonde haired woman is amazing ( dont recall her name.) I would love it if a closer location would open, but until then Im happy to make the drive.

I second that notion why cant I get more than 2 strains in a key? I take k every 3hours for pain if I only have two strains Ill get strain burnout within a few days my routine needs at least 5 strains to switch throughout the week please do something about this I dont want to pay more cash just to get a selection that seems wrong and all about cash instead of helping us oh and the owner is the last person I would suspect of using such a harsh drug like meth lol whoever wrote that was clearly not mentally stable lol

I personally love coming here mainly for Kratom and pipes. Cost for Kratom is lowest here then in all of Colorado, with a huge selection. Other places advertising, saying best Kratom here on the front range is a rip off, youll come out of there paying 13$ an oz. And they only have 6 selections whereas here its only 5$. Now who can beat that price? Plus the 2 owners are very polite, easy to approach, and will answer any questions to the best for there knowledge. So if you want a true blue locally owned store for your needs, come here. If there were more stars for there rating I would give them 10! Keep up the great work guys. Again if your wanting Kratom stop in here, dont go anywhere else because then your getting ripped off, with a selection you dont want.
