I love the employees at work here!!! If there was a six-star I would give it for the customer service.

Terrible service the cashier super disrespectful I asked him good morning sir I would like five fresh barbecue wings and he said if they’re not out on display then I’m not making them. Store was super disorganized items were thrown on all over store. Don’t waste your time coming if you want Quality service

Worst delivery ever instead of calling to let me know that you didnt have what I ordered you took upon yourself to deliver just the coke product and not the rest. I would have cancelled my order as so not to be charged 11.00 to deliver a 2 liter of pop is ridiculous. I will never order from you again. I usually order at least once a weekend from you but no more.!!

1 star only because it is open. What convenience store doesnt have $30 in their till at 9 p.m. Tried purchasing cigarettes and chips, and only had $50 dollar bills. The clerk quite rudely insisted there was no possibility of completing my transaction. Throw in some lottery scratch tickets as well.... No difference. Still, no sir, I cant break a bill that large from my funds in register. Slightly perturbed, to say the least, I exit the store empty handed. Truly I could rant and carry on at this point in this review, browse my other reviews.... But why? So, one lonely star because it would be unfair to all the other 7-eleven locations, staffed by friendly, customer oriented, awesome people on any shift to carry on as I oh so badly want to right now. Amazing staff and neewer store. I honestly have never had so much fun in a 7-Eleven prior to visiting this location today. The gentleman and the lady behind the counter were a lot of fun to work with and very helpful. Keep up the great work guys!

Way to many police there they always run or plate or just make you feel uncomfortable

VERY rude staff. I ended up leaving my items on the counter and leaving the store without buying anything because the cashier was yelling at me. Will NEVER shop here again, If there was a Zero rating Id hit that instead of one star; they dont even deserve that.

The owner kicked me out for loving the 7-eleven, its atmosphere, & especially 1 employee (a friend that I hugged out of sight of customers).I am banned from a place I spent all my meager dollars trying to keep warm & not eat out of the trash. DONT LOVE THIS STORE OR HOW MUCH IT HAS DONE (apparently against its owners wishes) TO BE VISIBLY MORE DECENT THAN THE OTHERS DURING THIS CRISIS. I tried to apologise & ask for some guidance regarding this as my joy mvst have been misunderstood... Wrong. Time to change ownership

They are 24 hours and usually have whatever I need at the time.

I get my morning coffee here and Ive always had great service. But I will be going far less often because the ATM was changed from a free service to a $3 charge. Too bad.

When I went into the 7-11, the male clerk with the long hair was in the process of fighting with customers because the credit card system was down. The whole 5 minutes I was in there, it was F you coming from the clerk to anybody that said anything to him. I felt sorry for the other clerk because I was trying his best to keep up with the line while the other clerk was literally standing there yelling F you to all the customers.

Over priced gas, food and tobacco. Dont even carry matches so they can make an extra dollar off you. They dont care about the customer whatsoever

Employee on his phone thru my whole transaction. Messed up my lottery tickets and then on my third trip into the store to try to get it fixed I was accused of “just causing trouble”. He was complaining that he had to pay for the messed up tickets. Very rude and unprofessional. They have lost a customer for sure!

A little disappointed in Denise thats a cashier there. I have money, true they were pennies and instead of making it work she turned me away and a stranger was kind enough to give me the dollar I needed for her to take money from me. Ive had 10 yrs convenient store experience.. You dont turn paying customers away. You make it work. Very sorry service. You could have thought of anything other then making me feel more bad for only having pennies. And embarrassing me in front of other customers. I hope you dont have this experience Miss Denise.

The assistant manager Kevin threaten violence towards a customer. I said that wasnt very good customer service and he got in my face threatening violence towards me. Ive been all over the United States and I have never seen anyone in customer service act that way. I feared for my safety as well as the other customer . I cannot believe someone would act like that not to mention a assistant manager. He should be fired immediately or I feel he is going to do bad harm to a customer.

DONT GO TO THIS 7-11, I came here to simple get some quarters the guy behind the counter was rude and would not give me 2 dollars worth of quarters! All I wanted to do was put air in my tire and I could not get quarters. The two guys working there where making fun of customers in front of people they were making weird noises. I will never return to this 7-11 I have never encountered such disrespect from anywhere. I’m so shocked and I’m so angry that they could not full fill a simple task.

Worst store ever...had a horrible smell to it..smells like a portal potty at a stock show...never have change or anything in stock..food is very nasty looks like days old..drug attics outside of store all the time asking for money... cashier has a horrible perspective of customer service..no greetings when you come in or no good bye when you leave...they are very short and disrespectful..not worth your money or time

Seemed extremely busy. Not enough staff for the rush. Place is pretty clean. Just needs to be better organized. Also they seem to run out of stuff pretty quick. They need to keep their items stocked at all times.

I just left that store for the last time. One of the clerks had his pants so far down around his knees he almost fell reaching for a package of cigarettes. The last thing I need is to see someones underwear in that manner. We all know the intent for wearing your pants around your knees is just general contempt and disrespect for everyone in sight.Been shopping there for eighteen years and now Im done.7-11, if you dont have a dress code that bans wearing your pants around your knees then you need one.

Garbage service. Asked to speak to a manager and the employee informed me he was an assistant manager. Zero help and just kept repeating himself. I Asked to call the store owner and he refused. Im canceling my transaction through the bank and they can fly a kite. Avoid at all costs

I gave them $4.50 to put on my gas pump, they only put on $3.50 and refused to acknowledge the whole other dollar i had given them. Watch out, who knows what other illegal stuff theyre doing

Two days ago I went to this 711 and was appalled at the behavior that was displayed by both the reg employee and the assistant manager when I overheard them talking (loudly mind you) about another customer who had been in the store recently when there were existing customers in the store. I then grabbed my products I wanted and proceeded to counter when I overheard yet another unprofessional argument being had between employee and customer over the ebt and FREE CHILI AND CHEESE. Customer had purchased chips and wanted to get FREE cheese with purchase of chips. He was being told he couldnt have FREE cheese with his chips. I said ebt covers the chips and the cheese says FREE. I was told to butt out being that I wasnt aware of the extent of debate. Im not sure where the debate is, cheese and chili says FREE... This is misleading and false advertising. I brought the issue to OWNERS attention who became rude and argumentative when I brought to his attention the sign says FREE CHILI AND CHEESE. There needs to be an attorney claim for false advertising against 711 for this. I was told to leave the store and I would no longer be served in his store. He may be the owner but the sign says 711, not Bobbys convenience store out front. The store and its employees are representing ALL 711s and the brand name. I read that a man was ARRESTED for getting FREE CHEESE in Chicago??? What the heck is the world coming to when a customer gets ARRESTED for stealing free cheese? Whats next, getting arrested for taking a coffee creamer to add to my milk? Is it illegal to take a FREE coffee creamer if I dont buy coffee? 711 is terrible, and with the amount of money they make it isnt just an embarrassment but its ILLEGAL to say FREE on a condiment then have stipulations if a guest is buying an alternate product. Like saying bathrooms for paying customers only, if Im buying something, Im entitled as a paying customer to get a complimentary item with my purchase. You guys are being WAY too petty over some cheese when you have paying customers paying your severely marked up priced products. Be our customer service professionals when we hard working customers are spending our money in YOUR stores! Do not shop at this location! Poor customer service and false advertising occurs at this store (and they WILL speak poorly about you after you leave in front of other guests).Ridiculous people! Represent the company like you care about your customers, as we buy the products that keep you in business!

I HATE this 711 I will drive an extra 3-5 min just to go to the other 1 on Chambers. Employees are rude, hygiene is obsolete. I call it 8-12 as it shouldnt be called 711 this store gives them a BAD NAME!!!

Place is awful. Guys behind the counter are slow in the morning. The place smells like old cheese and bathrooms.

Waited in line for almost twenty minutes while Joe talked on his personal phone in the back. I then needed help at the pump and pushed the help button for about three minutes and none would acknowledge me!

This might be the worst 7 eleven bathroom Ive seen. Literally looked like someone had an explosive issue in the sink.
