Great selection of merchandise and nice clearance section. I bought amazing skirt that I received many compliments on as well as 2 tops that matched.

My niece was just looking. Her birthdays in a few days and thats her favorite spot. A young lady was very helpful and offered assistance if we needed.

Ive worked at Forever 21 from 2016-2018, and this store has made a lot of changes in the time! The environment is typically clean and welcoming, without being overbearing. Its a bigger store in the mall with a LOT of product, so it can be easy to get lost trying to find specific items, but employees will be able to point you in the right direction in no-time - or at least quickly retrieve someone for you who can. The product is inexpensive, but still has decent quality, and is often a quick and fashionable addition to any wardrobe.

Very nice store. Lots of variety and a nice selection of items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices range from moderate to expensive. Nice clearance selection as well. The store was very clean, nothing out place everything was organized and in place.

The store is very fine. It has many collections which considered in my opinion are very amazing with good quality. But the prices are very high at that time.

I love forever 21 but hate this location. I ordered a pair of jeans, they were to be shipped to the store. I called a full week later and they said they would be there after 2. I go to the store at 4. They DO NOT have them. I couldnt pick them up for a full week after that. I go to buy clothes off of the clearance rack. Only ONE of them was actually marked down 🙄 zero organization. And they didnt even apologize. My friend went back in to get something and they apologized to her. Why her?? Why couldnt they have just said theyre sorry lol

Ive shopped here for years! It gets messy and busy but, its a great place to get trendy accessories and clothing for low prices. If youre looking for something that you found online then keep in mind that the store will probably not have it. Online and In-store are not the same. Also, every F21 store is different in layout and in items that they carry. Finding items will be hard as well but employees try to do their best to find the item that a customer is looking for. Overall I would recommend if youre looking for something quick and trendy.

Very cheap clothes and I am a very small girl who fits in small clothes and the clothes actually fit me!! The clothes are so cute as well. The make up is very good quality. This is my favorite store.

I can’t speak for all stores but my store at Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, IL is absolutely terrible we need better managers that know how to run a store. A lot of the employees had left because of the manager’s attitude and the way they treat us. All the employees are extremely hard workers and do most the work when the managers walk around and tell them how to do their job when they already know how to do their job. The work environment is extremely stressful enough for you to only work 5 months if that. Managers be talking about the employees behind their back and accusing them of things that don’t make sense. If your a extremely hard work and believe in coming to work to do your job and never give people any trouble then don’t apply for this job. The CEO needs to check this job and hired proper people to run this otherwise store in the area is going south. I will be working at another retail store as soon as my last day come this month. Overall I did made good friends that were around my age that were employees like myself and did meet some good customers along the way even though some weren’t so nice.

I OPENED THE PACKAGE AND IMMEDIATELY THE SAME DAY MAILED THEM BACK AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. THEY DID SCAN ALL THE ITEMS THAT I RETURNED WHICH WAS EVERYTHING I PAID FOR. I CONTACTED PAYPAL AND THE BBB. THEY HAVE AN F WITH THE BBB NOR DID THEY RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT! THEY TOLD PAYPAL THAT THEY WOULD REFUND ME IF I DROP THE COMPLAINT TO PAYPAL. NEEDLESS TO SAY PAYPAL ISSUED MY REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER CLOTHING SITES SUCH AS FASHION NOVA ETC. SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT WANT TAKE YOUR MONEY AFTER YOU RETURN THEIR CHEAP MERCHANDISE!

Dont bother here. I just finished paying for my items and the manager was standing at the counter. I asked if jewelry could be returned and she said no. Then as I proceeded out the door, the manager followed me asking if I paid for my items when she was standing at the counter when I paid for them!!! HARASSMENT. I told the manager I would give this store no stars and she sarcastically said more power to you. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. They are arrogant, rude, and have no respect for their customers who they need in this awful economy. I will never shop at this store. State Street store in Chicago is much better and has the latest merchandise.

Ive been in a lot of Forever 21 stores. This is probably the worst organized one of any of them. Its impossible to find anything if youre looking for something in specific. I would suggest shopping online if youre into the styles and skipping the store. Also definitely have a look at the return policy before buying anything.

I had a bad bad experience at this store. I bough a dress like 2 weeks ago the same dress got in clearance for half of the price last week of course i wanted them to match the price and maybe get some credit or refund my money. The cashier ask the MANAGER and she said We dont match prices, I said seriously? and she ask Seriously, sarcastically, she had no respect for the customer,she even didnt let me finish to talk when she start attending another customer that was no the way to talk to a customer and guess what ! she is getting paid and eating with our money.... i told her i going to write a bad review and she didnt care looks like she hate the owner of Forever 21 cause she is making them lost the customers and of course MONEY. I USED TO go to that store but no anymore.

Im sure these crooks here this all the time but their return policy is unscrupulous and total bs! I have never heard of an establishment that wont refund your money when you return something till my wife tried to return a shirt one day after she bought in which it still had the tags attached and we had the original receipt and was told they would only refund this to store credit and that they never refund to the original method of payment no matter what.Im sure theyve heard this all before all too many times but I just feel the need to express my disdain for this establishment and I feel bad for the employees that have to go through the agony of dealing with all of the unhappy customers when this unscrupulous policy has to be explained. I will be sure to tell everyone not to shop at these stores and will never be back again.

Lots of variety to choose from. They seek makeup here, purses and shoes and accessories. Only bummer is that theres only one item for each size. Youd have to ask if they have more in stock to see.
