Love it here. The staff is always so friendly, there are always killer sales going on, and they also have quite a lot in here. Whether youre looking for bags, clothes, accessories or shoes you can find it all here and most likely on sale. I always have a good experience when I go here.

I visited this store December 2020 and made a purchase for 1300$ about 30 items. I asked give and extra bags because it was a Christmas presents and manager came refused me to give bags. She said that she will put all of my purchase into 3 big bags. I said I am not asking for 20 bags but al least I need 5-6 bags. She was arguing with me and gave 1 extra bag. I was so disappointed, it was the worst customer service I have ever seen. And manager was rude this is unacceptable!!!

I wish I can give the zero star for the store. They have enough staff but they don’t really delivered a good customer service. I bought lots of bags, the staff who worked as cashier was so rush, she forget to put some items I already purchased in my bag! So I have to travel back to the store to get it. No one even apologize for that event :(When I get home, i check my receipts, I noticed she didn’t even apply my 20 persen extra, since I spent more than $1000, I think the 20 persen is worth it :( I wish the staff more helpful and do a better job than make me travel back and forth for something isn’t even my fault:(

First time going to Michael Kors without my wife to buy her a gift, so I was a little nervous and unsure. It was very refreshing to see a male salesperson in the store, Andre. He said, he was there for moral support for the men who came in with their wives and girlfriends. Funny guy and very helpful! My overall experience was great!

If I could I wouldn’t give any stars...my husband bought me a couple of purses, we came to exchange them a couple of times but they were closed. We went again and they refused to return or even exchange them! And mind you we don’t live close by. I’m Really disappointed...they have poor customer service!

Horrible customer service!! There was about 10 employees working and not one employee acknowledged my mother and I. The store wasn’t even busy like maybe another 4 customers and even at that no one helped them as well. Once I was being checked out, we told the guy no one helped us and he just stood quiet didn’t what to say. Maybe a “I’m sorry about that ladies.” But I guess that was too much to ask for. Most employees were just standing around taking to one another. The only positive side was they had a good sale of 70% the whole store.

This was a clean and well stocked store but you could tell the quality difference to the merchandise you can find in regular stores. It is clear that Outlet doesnt mean anymore that you get regular products that may have a defect, but rather products that were made cheaply for the purpose of being sold at an Outlet Mall.

Love there handbags, tons or selection different shapes and sizes, also sturdy I know I like to put the whole 9 yards so my purses have to be able to do the job.

Very disappointed. The staff didnt greet my husband nor I and when I asked for a certain size the girl gave me a disgusted look. We walked out and spent our money elsewhere.

I was at the this location this Sunday 1/31/2016 and i was trying to make an exchange for a Christmas resent i received. i did not have the receipt however all of the tags were on the bag and it was in the original bag.One of the employees did not even took the time to let me know that they were able to look up the info of the person who purchased it. She just looked at the bag and said they did not even carry that bag any longer. I wish i could have gotten her name so that i could call their store manager for such poor customer service help. If this is one of their policy to exchange they should note that on the receipt. the fact that i did not have the receipt did not have anything to do with this product not being in store. I came back to speak to another girl which she helped me out to look up in the system. When the first girl noticed that i was speaking to this new girl. She discretely called the current girl helping me out and told her something. I find this very rude that she did this. I will go back to this store but it will be to let the manager or someone else above her position how i was treated.

One of the best womens shops, offers huge variety of bags, wallets, clothes, & shoes. crazy deals all year long. waiting time to entre the shop could be up to one hour (during black Friday day), and as low as couple of minutes during normal week days.

I stopped in today and was virtually accosted by salespeople. I am not kidding when I say four different people approached me - one even asked me twice if I needed help. I made the mistake of actually taking a bag off the shelf to look at it closer and someone rushed over to point out an obvious feature. I was so turned off I actually left. I was very interested in a bag that I think was about $300 plus a discount of maybe 40% or so. Itll be a long time before I venture into that store again, though.Please tell your salespeople to give people some space - they need to learn to be observant and respectful. Us customers are not a bunch of morons, incapable of finding what we need - especially in a relatively tiny store with signs posted everywhere.

I asked for a bag’s price and a lady with a short blue dress and a black jacket said a price and on cashier it was something else and three workers was trying to convince me that i am wrong even the lady with blue said she didnt told me that price ( as if i am a lier) I wouldn’t stand in the line if i know that the price doesn’t suit me badd badd customer service ! Good customer serviceUpdate: Nov 24, 2018So, I came in here yesterday for the Black Friday deals. They have multiple items that are marked for clearance. When we went to the register to pay, the cashier also verifies that are item and many like it were on a clearance table. Lauren (who claimed she was a manager) stated that she would not give us the clearance price because the item didnt have red markings on it. I told her that NONE of the items in clearance had a red marking on it and why would the store put out so many of the same product if they werent marked correctly by the associates. She stated to me that it doesnt matter if her people were wrong or not, that she wasnt going to change the price. So we left the item there. Anyone shopping here be mindful of them and how they deceive you with the pricing. Most people shopping on those days dont even look at the price, which is what they expected of us as well. Definitely not going back.
