Some prices are misleading -_- ... but I guess it is what it is!!! So ask before heading to the cashier! LOL

They are so helpful here when I couldnt find my size. Also it was cheaper on line so the gave me that price with free shipping. They were so overwhelmed friendly here.

I asked if an article of clothing had a discount and was told 35% off $60. When I asked for the actual price, I was told it was $50. Math doesn’t add up. I also had to wait about 15 minutes for price check. I would look over and the employees were just standing at the register, not sure what the process is. Ended up not buy anything. My friend also overheard employees saving clothes for themselves in the back.

For the most part the employees were very helpful and the store was actually well kept, but how ever the reason why I will not be coming back in to this store is the lack of caring for the shoppers safety especially during this pandemic. How can you not have a sign up requiring people to use a mask. I feel very sorry for the employees that have to work in an unsafe environment. I know shopping for clothes really isn’t essential and stuff and yes we should stay home and stuff. How ever we are getting the freedom to go out and shop once again why ruin it. Please put on some sort of face cover on people it won’t kill you. Not doing so actually might though. I really liked that store but I more than likely won’t be back I wish they took employee and shoppers health more serious.

I work at the mall and I stopped by to see if anything new would be in because I had been told their would be new product about a week ago. Everything was going fine until I noticed I was being watched and followed throughout me looking for cute tops/skirts. I felt frustrated but carried on. A young man about my age (21) came up and asked me if I was shopping for something or just browsing with absolutely no facial expression. I told him browsing and he walked away to a distance where he could watch me. I let it go. I found nothing and was walking out, and the same man asked me “nothing?” With a look that implied something. I am so disappointed in this behavior. I was thinking about buying something but will probably shop at the American Eagle at fox valley.

I waited in line for almost 10 mins and then one of the 3 associates simply sneaks a customer in front of me. Very disrespectful.
