I was looking for the Nike airforce 1 low 07 for my son. I live in northwest Kansas. I called just about EVERY store that would carry these shoes, and no place in Kansas had them so...I started calling places in Colorado, I contacted the Aurora Footlocker, and to my amazement AND EXTREME EXCITEMENT, THEY HAD THE ONLY pair in Kansas AND Colorado that would fit my son! I asked them to hold the shoes AND AGAIN I was surprised that they actually did hold the shoes until I was able to make the almost 4 hour drive to pick them up. Once there the staff knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. This staff definitely deserves a 5+ star rating!! They were the nicest and most helpful staff I have EVER come across in my life! Footlocker has a great group of people there and they all deserve a raise for their customer service and people skills....thank you to the staff at the aurora branch and I wish you all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Worth the drive from the Springs for the customer service alone. I was looking for some sneakers for my granddaughters 4th birthday i went to a fijishline first asked the young lady for help and all she did was show me girl shoes and walked away i was discouraged and walked to kid foot locker, immediately was greeted and repeated my same question and let sales lady know i didnt know what shoe to get my Granddaughter she gave me multiple suggestions. And helped guide my decision from a girl perspective I am so thankful because I bought a pair of girl airforce 1 for girl very stylish thank you for great customer service I will be going back.

I tried to get shoes here but the staff were only focused on families and didnt help anyone else.

Had some shoes ordered a week ago and shipped to the store because I was in the process of moving and I didnt want them to get lost. They arrive at the store and an employee tells me the manager is on vacation and is the only one with a key. I have to wait an additional day to get my shoes, and drive out of my way once again to pick them up. During my first visit when I made the order, The staff seemed very uniformed and seemed to be lacking training because every time I asked a question they had to walk to the back of the store and ask the manager whom never showed his face. I wouldnt recommend this store unless youre doing a direct purchase but dont ask too many questions because theyll tell you let me ask my manager and walk to the back of the store for 5 minutes. Im not even sure this so called manager exists!

Do not shop at this store, one of there employees names Austin is the worst employee. He is the most rudest and does not know the meaning on customer service! He does not acknowledge you when you do a return, just hands you the receipt and does not say a word. As if a return is a crime, I did a return twice in the same day. Looks at me the second time and goes to the back, didn’t even tell me he was going to step away. Did the return and just hands me the receipt and says nothing. Rude, he seriously need to be fired!!! I will be calling upper management about him!

Laura the GM is Terrible! Usually i have pretty good experiences at this location, but yesterday my wife and i went in to purchase Jordan 1s that we both won by entering the raffle. She has a brother who has a difficult time purchasing Jordan retro so we often go to this location to make purchases. Im active duty military so i get 20% discount on every purchase, this is not limited to transactions. Ive used it every time Ive purchased items. This one particular occasion Laura refused it on my wifes item stating i can only use it on one transaction i then called the footlocker corporate office, they told me thats not entirely true it is at the discretion of the location. Long story short, she chose not to let me use my military discount.
