Alex lied to me about getting a free phone. I found out when I went to pick it up. Girl there yells at the customers. Stay away from this store. Bad customer service beyond compare.
The official hours that was posted on the door was updated and later revised to show a 45 minute lunch break. I tried several times to find an actual person at this location. And when I did she made it clear to me that she didn’t know how to switch my services over to Verizon. I am trying to by a new phone through Verizon and to connect with Verizon service. Why doesn’t your attendants know how to do this?!?
0 star the lady on the front is not helpful at all she doesnt care about the customers she just lough with her friends while I was waiting for her she is care less. She is not giving attention to the customers.
Walked in 20 minutes until closing Alexander was happy to sell me my new phone. He stayed over an hour past closing to make sure it was completely set up. Good conversation as well. Definitely a great experience.
Went in for a small problem, and walked out with an even bigger problem. Store manager Alex who happened to be training a new hire did not walk through what he was doing, if I wouldve been aware of what he was doing I would not have allowed it to happen. My issue was so small, more of an annoyance than a problem. I just figured Id see if it was an easy fix that I had over looked and he completely wiped everything from my phone. Not okay. I will not be going back to this location.
Alexander was awesome. He could articulate all of the differences in feature sets across brands and models. Extremely friendly and proficient at his craft.
Don’t bother visiting this location. I’m not sure if the employees here hate their job or simply don’t care to learn about the products they’re supposed to be selling. Every single question we asked, the answer was some variation of “I don’t know.” Seriously, the employees act like you’re a waste of their time.Instead, take the extra 2-5 minutes and drive north down Tower Road. There is another Verizon store on Tower and 46th that’s employees strive for excellence and work very hard to make sure you are satisfied with what they have to offer.
Luv the Note 10 & the Plus.250 Features. The phone is endless and achieves high end images and sharp videos. Greedy for more filters.
My 88 year old mom was having trouble with her phone, plus, she wanted to get a tablet to allow her to enjoy books and play some games. The staff at this store were outstanding in their help and patience, as Mom neither sees nor hears well. We got Mom’s phone upgraded and got her a tablet that allows her to see digital copies of books far better than her aging Kindle and to play solitaire. The folks at this store were pleasant and helpful and even managed to save Mom some money by removing features she had been paying for and not using. Thanks to you all for your kindness and consideration.
First time signing up with Verizon, Tenazia was very very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Definitely would suggest and recommend to others! Great place and staff!
This company is great if you never need to call. Cell service is incredible but they will transfer you around the globe without an answer
Alex has made everything easy and painless. From starting a warranty claim to getting new glass, and even picking out a new phone. A true walk in, get the help you need and not feel rushed to get out. Takes care of you, even when its 20 minutes to close and you need a phone. Add long as Im in Denver, this will be where I go for my wireless needs. Thanks yall!
The associates were very nice but had very little knowledge. I was just there to pick up a new phone that I had ordered and paid for online. It should have been 5 minutes but instead it took 45 minutes for them to figure out how to give it to me and also by doing so, messed up my account so it actually wont activate and my Verizon account does not recognize the phone. I will need to follow up with Verizon tomorrow about the issue.
Alex the store manager and his associate at this store were very helpful. They helped me find the the best plan that was best for me and answered all my questions. I have to say I was very impressed with the extraordinary customer service I received at this Verizon store! I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you!

Verizon is great place to go... if you want to get ripped off and have poor cell service. No joke, I looked at service strength map a couple months ago. Can someone please explain to me just how it came to be that largely unexplored areas of the Amazon River have better cell coverage than here?
Carlton is the man. He hooked me up with the new note 9 which Im totally in love with. He was clear about costs and fees and helped me turn in my old phone and use that as credit towards my new one. My screen protector is coming off and he said he could replace it today no problem anytime. What great customer service!

Awesome team here led by Alex the store manager. I have to honestly say that I’m truly not a fan of Verizon and was on my way out the door never to look back until I came here. Super Knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide. Really friendly, helpful, and went the extra steps to help. Im Giving four stars instead of five for a few reasons, But mostly positive service.First Off, Alex (Store Manager At The Time Of Writing this review) Was Friendly for the most part, but he tends to use sarcasm often so its quite difficult to differentiate when he means something and when hes using sarcasm, and when he does, its quite harsh. I know, Customer service requires lots of attention and we stole 6 hours from his day with our lengthy requirements, but after a while it felt like the comeback/sarcasm was a little hostile and leaned towards the rude side of things (ex: I said my screen protector has some issues with not lining up right, and he said I have issues, I know this is joking sarcasm but for someone you are practically paying for sales, It seems quite rude and partially lucrativeHowever, Alex did have all of the answers to our questions and was (mostly) friendly about it. We bought 4 phones plus one BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and it took quite a while. We got the phones up and running, But Alex, If you are reading this, Please, Im begging you, Take more time to install the screen protectors correctly and not just quickly to have it done. These things cost 50 dollars and basically no way to fix it yourself without damaging the protector or the phone glass. No reason to save that additional 45-60 seconds installing a screen protection to risk getting a one or two star review, Seriously, If this was strictly based upon screen protectors, this would be one star. Alex did not make me feel that special feeling when you have something that rocks, The scenario went a little something like this (Me: Yeah, I would really like to not have any bubbles under the screen protector, That would be really great! Alex: Ill do it fine just like all of the other customers) Sure, Thats fine, but you could have said Sure! Ill do the best I can! That wouldve made me feel better but this is nitpicking, but if you are spending $1000+ (Not even to outright buy the phones) I would definitely expect better service, Alex mentioned how he likes to run his store the best in the area, but this is not best in any way shape or form. He set up the phones in a decent amount of time, but that sarcasm just leaves a bad taste in your mouth, thats all. I could elaborate but I dont think I need to.Overall, Good store. Just try to keep things short and sweet, and you should be good.
Wow. All of the reviews before mine are accurate. My whole entire cell phone bill structure has been changed by this store, and not in a good way. I went in looking to upgrade my phone via the edge early upgrade, instead of that, they signed me up for a whole new contract! All without my knowledge. I know awesome right? It gets better, I called the store in the morning and the salesperson told me that he would have the manager call me later that day. She never did, so I called her the following day. She was a very unpleasant individual. She talked over me the entire time. I asked her multiple times to please let me speak because what she kept telling me wasnt accurate. Never did really get a word in, so I asked who her boss was. She replies, oh he bounces around a lot so you wont be getting a hold of him. I was floored..then I asked her if he could call me and she told me dont you know that this is the travel season? All of the managers are taking vacations then she proceeded to tell me no one would contact me essentially for another two weeks.

Id like to give a huge shout out to Rey at the Green Valley location! Rey took extra time to help me trade in my phone and answer any questions I had during the process, even though it meant staying a bit past closing time to help. He also called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything transferred over correctly. He went above and beyond and it was much appreciated!
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Turns out the person giving such services was the manager, no less. Upon trying to clear up some issues that I have had since day one with this plan (the package was purchased at a different GoWireless store), I was constantly talked over, and told that I had cheated the company out of $160 of free cover glass (absolutely false, as free cover glass was in my package when I purchased my phone). When I decided there was no constructive conversation to be had (because I wasnt being listened to), I left the store to the voice of the manager saying Sorry for doing my job. I am completely at a loss for words at how unprofessional that entire interaction was, but especially Alex the manager saying Sorry for doing my job, out loud, to a customer. I have 4+ years experience of working in the customer service industry, and if anyone had been caught saying that, they would have been fired on the spot. If 0 stars were an option, thats what I would give this branch of GoWireless. Due mostly to this experience, the next phone I need will come from an actual Verizon store.
Terrible location. While the service and hospitality was initially good, after leaving the location my opinion changed completely. Not only did they waste my time by coming to the location twice because of an error on their part but there was no compensation and one of their employers Carlton was incredibly rude to me and completely disrespected me even though we were reasonable by coming back and being patient. Overall if you want to lose your money and time over some very laughable service then this is the place for you.

I went in to buy a phone charger. Alex was working. He answered a lot of my questions about the use of my phone and the apps. Very pleasant young man, and gave great service!!
Came in today to get more info on switching from Sprint and take advantage of some black friday deals. Dealt w/ manager, Carlton who was very helpful and attentive and fun to work with. Overall the store has great staff and a fun environment.

I understand that customer service requires complete attention to customers. i walked into the store while the 2 reps were busy.....only 2?..I waited, patiently, for more than 20 minutes. I just wanted to purchase a product I noticed...I was upsold thinking that a cheaper product would be better because of a bundle. Total BS. Upsold TOTAL STUFF I DID NOT NEED. While Im an idiot to allow this BS, I know this authorized dealer needs to make this right. And seriously it needs to make this right now. I just needed headphones. I wanted the skull candy, was willing to spend 50 got scammed into 77BTW: Im pretty confident in my tech requirements, but these guys were super quick...They sold me stuff I dont need and cant use even while knowing my interface: usb-c

Went today to get screen protector changed, and the broke my phone case getting phone out if case. I asked if tghey had another case fr mu 8s plus. It was out of stock. Week before I bought a warranty for screen protector for $40. and now its $60. And was told It was never $40. Im just going to take ride to stapleton

Horrible service, I tried a galaxy 5s back in December for one week then cancelled it was way too expensive and same service I had with T-Mobile so I decided to go back and got charged 50 for restocking fee on the phone I used for one week. Now I got send to collection because apparently the ppl at this store dont know how to do things right, been there 3 times to try and fix the problem and they keep telling me to call the customer service number and they are really rude.

I had been a customer with Verizon for almost 2 years. So I decided to go in to ask how much longer until my contract ends. Chris, the store manager says I only have 3 weeks to go but I can cancel right now since I dont have to pay a cancelation fee. Well, good news for me right? He gives me a post it with my verizon acct number and my phone # and says this is what I will need to switch carriers and keep my current number. 1 month later, my CANCELATION BILL ARRIVES!!!!! So I call and ask why I have to pay $146 cancelation when I was told there wasnt one to pay. I called Verizon customer service and since this happened at the store they cant help me. I called the store last week and Chris said theres nothing he can do about it, and has emailed his superior to help solve this problem. A week later I call again to check the progress and good ol Chris is on vacation, no word from the other guy, my bill is due in 2 days, and the only advise I got is to pay the $146 because if not itll go to collections. I just got dooped by Verizon.

The worst Wireless store theyre liar they say u get this amount and u gonna get more than u expect!!! They told me that the JetPack was absolutely FREE and no activation fees but I received a huge bill!!! And the manager is rudeee, meann she better need to learn how to speak with a customers! Was told that I would receive Samsung 360 camera with purchase of S8 phone. The deal was one week past its expiration but the employee still said I would get it. They dont know their jobs, customer service, or how to manage problems. GoWireless needs to be dropped from the Verizon franchise.
