This store has 1 guy working. He is trying but 4 people came in and left as he was helping us. Another employee would poke his head out from time to time but not actually help.Poor effort by the connectivity source who runs this location.
Elijah and the store manager, Cierra was so friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated Elijah taking the time out to assist me. I swapped from a Samsung Note to a iPhone Max Pro and was quite nervous about it. Elijah told me that the iPhone max pro would be a great swap for what I do. I was leaning more towards iPhone because my husband just got one today and i heard good things, but to be honest, Im a android phone girl. I went ahead and made the swap because I ultimately wanted to make everything more seamless. Ive had apple products for years. Ive got every apple product alread except for the phone and watch. Its more professional and reliable for work that way. Im excited to use it. My con would be the wait and process in the store was super long for me. Also, I stopped by a day earlier because I didnt have an actual face mask. No other options were provided to me. It was a bummer as Im only in town for a limited amount of time. Also, read the fine print. I understand the Covid stuff of course. Maybe next time the store can have disposable masks or allow other options when customers lose or forget theirs. Overall all, th le team was great today and I appreciate the assistance. Stay safe!
Walked in, looked like no one was in the store. We werent greeted at all the employee Daniel C. Stood up and said Im going to tell you what Ive been telling everyone our system has been down all day I cant do anything go to the other store across the way. I tried to ask him if there is anything going on with the network that would cause my phone to not make calls or send texts. He wouldnt even entertain my question he just said I cant help you because my system is down. Absolutely horrible costumer service. Will never go to this location again .

Went in to upgrade phones. Elijah was the person who helped us and he was great! It is important to be happy in your job and he genuinely seems to like his job. He made sure we were up and running and answered all of our questions and was good at it. Thank you Elijah for hooking us up and making us smile while we were there!! This will be the store we return to whenever we need something in the future.

The manager, Sienna, was fantastic. We were in and out in 15 minutes. However, the woman at the counter was something different. From25 feet away as I walk in the door, no salutation, Sir, you need a mask! My bad, go back to the car and grab the mask. Walk back in, Hand sanitizer, now. Not sure I complete understand but ok.I get it.But Im a customer coming in to ask a question and possibly upgrade. No warm and fuzzy, no customer service from this woman. Overall, the worst experience at Sprint except for the store manager. Great job Sienna!

My family goes out of their way to come to this store as opposed to the ones closer to our house, solely because the staff here are excellent.We had Yadira, and she made our experience great. Shes basically the only reason I stayed with Sprint for my network.

The staff was lovely, albeit they couldnt completely help me with what I needed (not their fault, Sprints). I was upgrading a phone and just wanted to pay the price outright. Sprints system wouldnt allow that so I have an 18 month lease with monthly payments on a phone that didnt even cost $200 for my kiddo. Kind of silly if you ask me. Customer service will be hearing from me on that regards. The in store staff was great though.

I came in 9/28/2018 to get a new phone, I was in and out within 25 min while she was training someone. She was very friendly during the process. Great customer service.
Waited a hour for nothing Vondell Wilson wasted our time, we waited to add a line when the tech center was down.
I would like to point out that there is no 30 day risk free guarantee as advertised. I started my service on 8-01-19 and was canceling 2 weeks later. The phone had a small crack in the screen, which I was sold insurance for repairs on, but I was not informed that there are no parts for the phone, hence no repairs. I was instead forced to pay an additional $130 to replace the phone before I could cancel my service. So within the 30 day guarantee I was refused the right to back out of my service with sprint until I paid to make sure that sprint wasnt out any money for a cracked screen. So this month I donated $168 to sprint and I have no phone and no service to show for it. Your welcome sprint.

The employees here have possibly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. The employees fixed all the problems with our past bills and upgraded our phones which took five hours over two days. Five hours!!! They were amazing and patient with us no matter what. If you have sprint, do not call customer service, come here instead. You will leave completely satisfied and know that all of your concerns have been addressed. We walked in with a big problem and walked out with new phones for everyone and a lower bill. Again, A++ service.

Apparently they have a new system to check out with. These employees dont even know how to use. Is there no training? I waited 20 minutes to pay and check out just for them to fail again and again. I had to leave. This was ridiculous. These two gentlemen should not be in charge of a store or money.

Such a beautiful store and so close to home. The young lady that helped me was Sierra. I went in there because i was having issues with my icloud. Sierra took her time and helped me get my icloud running. Also, they are able to put accessories on your bill!! WHATTTT!!!! i walked out with a brand new case for my iPhone X and a apple watch. The staff was overall very friendly. This is my new neighborhood sprint store!!

Store requires that they photograph your license or federal ID. The refuse to honor Colorados temp paper ID.

Switched my service based on the buyback program. I dropped of a copy of my bill a month ago, I was told it would get taken care of. I called Sprint who said they have never received it. I should have know when I left the paperwork and the girl seemed irritated and unprofessional.
