T-mobile would do itself a service by closing this store down as there are enough stores in the surrounding area with adequate customer service and professionalism. The representatives at this store clearly lacked both professionalism and customer service, manager clearly didn’t want to help me or simply lacked the expertise to do so.Folks do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I came to this location as this is where I started my service with T-Mobile. After reviewing my bill it looked like this store did not apply the promo on my account and I was over paying for the service.When I came to this location to sort the issue out, they couldn’t answer my questions and due to the lack of expertise were trying to get me out of the store and telling me to call T-Mobile customer service without even offering to give the right phone number to call. After all the trouble they have caused they didn’t even bother to apologize. It paints a really bad picture for T-Mobile. I do not recommend this store location to anyone.

Took my phone here to get my SIM card replaced. Jorge was awesome! Professional, friendly, and informative. He made sure my phone was working before I left. He even informed me that I was eligible for a free line of service! Jorge also helped me understand my options for my lease that is ending on my current phone. Amazing customer service! I think we worked with Jorge who is Spanish speaking, if needed. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had to mail order a new phone and he offered to help us change the sim card and service if we wanted to bring it into the store.

Store was incredibly hot with no airflow. Made my wife nauseous. I was sweating by the time I left half and hour later, which happened to be before I was seen. So, wasnt thrilled with the service either...

Jessica went above and beyond for both my father and me (two separate issues). She was patient and didnt rush us.She assisted my father first. She walked him through step by step with his question.She went over it multiple times until he was confident enough to do it on his own. In most cases, people in her shoes would have been exasperated. Even if Jessica was, she never showed it.Even though I am no longer a t-mobile customer, she was able to rectify an issue I had been having since Sept 2020. After many failed attempts in different t-mobile locations and through the customer care line, she was able to completely fix my issue.Her customer service is supreme. I would recommend her service and care any time!

This place is literally amazing. My family and I were about to give up hope on using T-Mobile as our carrier due to past stores we visited. However, at this store we were very well acquainted. Jessica and Jorge were extremely helpful and patient to us. They were met with a lot of difficulty with our phones and our transfers, but they were not willing to give up. In addition, they are covid safe too! Jessica pointed to a man to pull up his mask! They both tried to get us the best deals possible and were making sure we get the best quality of service. We are forever grateful to them.

Came here to check on my wifes phones and myself. Jorge was amazing he explained how the phones worked setup our emails . We have had our phones for over 2yrs and NO ONE at any store we have been to has ever offered this level of service. Take into account we are not 94 years young. This location is so phenomenal where do I begin. The entire staff helped me during my purchase at some point. From the sales rep, to the management. All of them extremely kind. Excellent Sales People as well. You can tell they were properly trained because they guided me in the right direction for a smooth phone transition. It was hassle free despite the chaos going on around them. I am extremely impressed with the poise of this location and the attentiveness to solutions. I give this sprint a 5 star, they work hard and care about doing a good job. Overall very impressed! It is not easy!

Service was great! Got a new phone and was in and out within the hour!

Only 2 Sales persons....one in a sale and the other talked to one guy about cell phones for 45 minutes and he had said he just needed information....3 other parties and myself waited and waited. She could have broke away from him but apparently shes not interested in a sale just a date. I left after waiting a long time and so did a few others....I came in because Im not getting help on the phone with my billing 🙄

I came to sprint thinking I would just switch over to a regular plan (that’s what I had with another company) but after talking to Jessica about my landscaping business, she helped me set up a business account that came with great benefits and deals that I would not have gotten otherwise. Really impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and willingness to explain things in detail and actively find ways for customers like myself to save.

This is the best Sprint store that I have ever dealt with. I’ve been to others but you’re just a number and they don’t care if you are satisfied with the product or not. The people here help you and genuinely care about the service they provide you. They are not in a hurry to push you out the door just so they can make another sale. They will work with you to resolve any issues and make sure everything is sorted out before you leave. I would not recommend any other Sprint store.

I visited this location to inquire about the newest Samsung devices, as a surprise for my wife, but was a little hesitant as her device had been paid off for quite some time and I was NOT looking forward to another monthly payment. However, Jorge was very helpful and found me great deals! I was able to save and ended up getting a device for myself and my wife! Jorge also helped me with a new plan that gave me more, like Amazon, Hulu and a new security application to protect my device, all while keeping me at a comfortable monthly price. Thanks Jorge!

Looking to get a phone service go no further, this is the best place I have been as far as customer service is concerned, they really know the value of a customer. Jessica and George were great I ended up saving money with the deal I was offered, never pushed me to buy additional service or insurance. I went there almost closing time but I was never rushed. Jessica was busy with a customer when I got there with my family but she notice I was debating If I should leave and go else where, she came over to me and my family and answer my questions and concerns while her customers were on the phone with customer support. Jessica took her time explaining all the service details and how to use my phone and she even transfer all my data from my old phone to the new phone. I cant say enough good things about Gorge and Jessica. Dont take my word for it go there and you will see what I mean. I ended up getting 3 lines with the latest Iphone.

I have been to the store over 5 time to get my phone fixed by a technician The technician looked at it put a new intentare on the phone that did not fix the problem then back to the store multiple times to see the technician The sales people would not allow me to see the technician they call their self fixing the problem but they do not know how to fix the problem I dont know why I have to go to the store so many times To get my phone fix I will like to see a technician not the sales person I am sick and tired of running to the store trying to get my phone fix

This is the worst company. Their customer service tells you one thing and the store tells you something totally different. Your phone breaks? Oh well nothing they can do for you. Not to mention the fact that you have to drive 30-45 minutes to a store to have the phone looked at and there are only 3 stores so everytime they get a phone your wait time goes up 2 1/2 hours. They finally offer to give me a different phone but force me to take a phone I dont want? Why should I have a phone I dont want? This whole place is a bunch of talk and no help. Customer service will tell you what you want to heat but the stores wont do it. Place is a joke.

Ive been receiving terrible service around my new home so all she could recommend is calling sprint for a box in my home. I dont need it in my home. I have wifi in my home. I need better service in my area of aurora by fox valley. Also, they are out of stock of c charger cables for my phone. I wasted my time here today.
