The service we received here was absolutely unacceptable. Id like to start by saying that theres a really rude manager named Lisa in this location. She has poor customer service skills. I came in with my family and was treated with disregard and disrespect. I felt very unwelcomed as Ive been a customer here for over 5 years. She did not aknowledge us for 10 minutes straight considering we were one of the only customers there along with another customer. When she finally acknowledged us, it was with a very condescending attitude. Not ok. Makes me wonder if it had something to do with my ethnic background. Please staff your leadership employees better because we will not be coming back. You cannot make your customers feel like they are an inconvenience, business doesnt work like that! I hope you improve your customer service skills!

I will not ever shop at this store again. It’s sad enough being black and how some of us are treated but I can definitely put this store in that category. Don’t have a purse with you at all, and they allow the customers (a different race) (Europeans) to talk to other customers and profile them, as if I don’t get enough of that. I know if I returned the same energy it wouldn’t have went well. But thank you for letting me see how ignorant you all could be. In all aspects, customer service =F, greeting =F, attitude =F, friendly =F, a complete whole of staff and store =F.

The customer service is always top notch. They are helpful and kind and have a great vibe. I like going to a store where it seems like they love their jobs and want to help you find that perfect nail color or hairspray. No question is too stupid and I have always loved going to this store. Keep up the beautiful work!

The ladies at the store were super knowledgeable. I have been using the same shampoo for years and it was discontinued. The two lovely employees helped me find an alternative that was much more expensive but apparently really, really good. They talked me into it and it turned out to be on sale drastically! Yay salon centric!

Great place for a individual haircut, nails painted or even a massage! Very clean, individual rooms and practices safe distancing with mask.

Went to Purchase Polish on clearance. At State they didnt have the color they had the color, and here they did it costs a dollar more and I asked if they price match (Rachel- the manager) walked up and said nope Not unless its an everyday item not on clearance was very rude in her tone and started asking the other girls about her phone charger and acted put off and so rude about it. I will not be coming back here for a while she was lacking customer service. What is wrong with people it takes just as long to be nice!!!

Management is rude and arrogant. Sales people also rude. Always out of what we need. Prefer Salon Centric off of Arapahoe - much nicer staff.

Stephanie is incredibly rude. They seem too wrapped up in talking to each other then helping customers. Seemed like they just wanted to get me out of the store.

Rude and unfriendly. No greeting as I walked in the door and did not have updated information in the system. This location in particular needs some polishing with their representatives. I usually shop at the location on Leetsdale....its a much better environment and the ladies always represent the company well.

I like that store, they have a whole lot more variety, the ladies are nice.
