Josue was extremely patient and insightful. He listened and laid out my options and best course of action. He troubleshot my issue as if it were his own. The store even sent out a tech (I was broken down nearby) with a portable starter. At the end of the day, Josue was even able to point me to a nearby shop that took care of me same-day. Thank you

Need to work on their return policies and make sure what they are selling works. Bought a fan clutch about 3 weeks ago, it made my truck sound like a school bus and started losing gas mileage, I thought maybe it needed to be broken in but after a week and half I couldnt take the annoying noise of it and replaced it with one from Autozone ($20 cheaper too) and made my truck run and sound back to its normal self. Tried to return the Napa fan clutch but they wouldnt accept it back without a receipt or original box (I wouldnt of have thrown the box or receipt away if i knew their parts werent going to work). Normally auto parts stores can look you up through phone number or something else but these guys just said nope.

Went in to get jumper cables because my battery died across the street and I was turned away because they couldnt break my 100 dollar bill. Got my car jumped by a nice lady. So Im going to spend my money at the Autozone across the street. Thanks Autzone for helping me. When Nappa totally failed .
Do not use there paint department. I paid dam near 40 dollars a can for this paint. I get home and the can does nothing but drip everywhere. Its a spray can she made in store. I t ruined my floor and it has caused me to redo several pieces of the project I wS working on. When I come back to store the lady was rude and very disrespectfulThe name of emp employee is Natalie. I had bought two cans of paint to redo the fairing on a motorcycle both cans tricked out the side so bad I did it did nothing but leave big spots on the bike. When I went back to the store to return I had one and a half cans left. I couldnt use the rest of them the lady was very disrespectful and told me very rudely that I used most of the paint. Now please Somebody explain to me how a half of a can of paint would even come close to painting the fairing of on a motorcycle. She was very very rude very disrespectful. It was obvious that the cans were malfunctioning due to the cops at the spray cans. I recommend that if you do go to Napa Auto Parts that you definitely dont want to buy paint there if theres a girl named Natalie working at the counter. Not only did it ruin my kitchen floor but I got disrespected by NAPA Auto Parts staff also thank you very much Napa

I do not usually do this type of thing, but I think that an old gal like myself would like to speak about her experience. I went in on friday to the napa store to purchase a battery. It was my first time being at an intimidating place like this, especially since I do not know anything about cars. I walked in the store and immediately found the batteries, I heard a hello and proceeded to walk to the batteries. A few minutes later a young man walked up to me and asked if he could help me find anything, I told him I was looking for a battery for my car but was not sure exactly what I needed. He went outside to my car, asked if he could test my battery and did all this with a smile. He told me my battery was good and it just needed a pretty good charge, so I told him I would return later. I went to grab my daughter and explain to her what this young man had told me and she said it would be better to replace now. I went back in a couple of hours later and to my surprise this youngman remembered me and asked if he could take the battery from my car. I told him we would be purchasing a new one, and again with a smile he said he would be happy to help. He gave us prices on them and kept us laughing throughout the time we were there making this experience a wonderful one for myself. This youngman does not know this, but because of him I have smiled this whole weekend. I recently lost my husband and he was the one that did all the car things. All because of this experience and because of this youngman I know I will be returning back to this napa, thank you hasua and thank you for making this old gal feel pretty.
When you cant waste time with the minor league auto part stores,you know there is an alternative that has people there who actually know what they are talking about. Love NAPA
Enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, happy and ready to help. Also, they called me as soon as my parts arrived in the store so I didnt sit around waiting for parts all day, which has happens often at different locations.
They got worser with years the paint department now I have to re paint my door wastes time trusting they with paint code never again Ill be buying again from them again the guy was to busy on his phone while mixing the paint

Its fine. Its an old school NAPA. You go there to get parts and they probably have them. You dont go there for oil or accessories.

Be cautious. Apparently their Military discount makes the prices higher and they dont allow you to give a phone number.. at least thats what Dennis did... Really sketchy...
There are only two places in town that mix automotive paint, and this is the only one that does it right. Worth any drive, worth any wait, these guys are absolutely amazing.

Only 1 person wears a mask at their front desk and tell people when they walk inside the virus is a hoax you dont need a mask on and they pretend they cant hear you until you take the mask off.

They are the worst auto parts store ever, the service is near inactive and then I couldnt even use my own wifes credit card because my name wasnt the name on the card, no where else I go is that a issue. Her credit is better than mine, if you was wondering.

After arriving at the napa warehouse trying to return a tool rental I was told all the computers where down at 16:30 they told I could take it too another location, so I made effort to get to one on Havana before it closes at 17:00 didnt make it by 2 min so looking I noticed this one closes at 18:00 so headed that direction walked in started the return process then the customer service representative tells me this napa doesnt honor the other napa stores, I explained to him the other napa warehouse customer Service to head to the napa and nothing about any particular ones . I started to head out and the customer service rep blurts out enjoy your drive I assume it was in a lame attempt for dry humor because I had been trying to beat the clock on this rental return jumping from store to store ..absolutely no empathy from this customer service rep for the efforts I put in simply because their computer system goes down an hour before closing having to turn away customers, its a sad world at the ongoing events currently being faced by humanities progress . And here is this customer service representative cracking dry humor jokes at a customers expense, not one once of empathy did he/she show as respect especially in the current ongoing events we all are in it together .If I was the customer service representative I would have shown empathy for the efforts the customer had to partake in because our computer system failed, the customer didnt fail us, we failed the customer I would have been apologetic and understanding of the the wear, tear the customer had just gone through . This is my personal experiences and my opinion of this no one elses others may differ .. Thanks

They always have the parts and supplies I need to fix and take care of my vehicles. The prices are what I expect for the quality of the parts. If they dont have something at the local store they can get next day from their depot. Good people and good stuff for cars and trucks.
I needed wiper blades for my Mercedes C230K. They wanted $89! I found the blades on line for $32 including shipping.
What a disaster of a store. Very unorganized and under stocked. I like napa but this particular store is a joke... drive an extra 5min to a different one

Ive been dealing with Napa for over a decade and what sets these guys apart from the others is service and attention to detail. Great for older cars and hard to find stuff too. Dennis and Eva always seem to find exactly what youre looking for.

Love that they mix paint and rather affordable. One of the paint guys was super helpful and wanted to get the paint matching perfectly. He went above and beyond. The other guy seems like hes mad at the world and definitely wasnt Willing to help. He even said sorry for being an ass hole. Lol smh. Also he tried talking over my head with technical data and then chargers me MORE than the younger guy did for the EXACT order /color of paint I bought four days previously. The younger guy without a beard is who you want to see without a doubt
They are wonderful just to check the air in your wheels to see if I need new ones the workers know what they are doing and the store is very nice..
I needed urgent assistance because I had lost my wallet in or around the store and I requested that they please check the cameras, and have in mind I was very kind in they way I asked I was not mean at all, and The manager was extremely rude to me saying that my issue wasnt important that he cared more about his customers walking through his door.. I was extremely desperate to find my wallet I had very important documents in it! Now also have in mind I was a customer there I always went there when I need something for my car! But thanks to their rude ass manager Im never going back there nor will I let anyone go back there. And it might sound like a dumb reason to stop going there but i was extremely disappointed and hurt with the way I was treated

We are an auto repair shop & we have always work well with napa EXPECT for yesterday. I called thursday ordering some U Joints & they said it was going to be deliverd Friday morning FORSURE. Friday 2pm came and nothing i called and said the driver try to deliverd three times but i was there all dad and never see no one stop by . I called agaiin to see if they can “re deliverd “ and they said yes an hour pass by and nothing. I called and ask to speak to the manager and they had is waiting on the phone for 20 mins or more, no one answer so i drove over and see what was going on. When i got the the manager was doing nothing so idnwhy he didnt bother on andwering me and then he was RUDE VERY RUDE . I check the part and it was in very bad condition. I will not buy from this place again unless it my last choice. Really really bad

This is one of the worse automotive parts stores I have ever been in! The counter people are rude... manager is dumbfounded and has no respect for customers! Over priced and RUDE! This comes from the owner of a nearby shop!

Had all kind of issues trying to fix the vacuum leak in my 03 Mazda 6. No one had the parts I needed but good old NAPA they didnt have the vacuum connecters I needed but they made sure I had what I needed to still get the job done
