Wow!! Such great customer service!! We needed new tires on our expedition and had set up an appointment for the next day. They called us and told us to bring in the vehicle the day earlier and finished the entire service in under 45 minutes! My husband and I were so happy with their service and plan to stick to them for future requirements. Im pretty loyal to Discount Tire. Ive always gotten good service there. Prices are fair. Free rotations and balance. If you damage a tire while traveling you can take it to any DT to get it fixed.

Everyone was so nice! From start to finish no issues. Called in the morning to make sure they had a tire in stock the man was very nice and helpful. Then got there 15 minutes later they were fast, friendly, said it would take an hour and got my car in 30 minutes. Service like this is why I love discount tire

The people working were clearly doing the best they could in an almost impossible situation as the line of cars waiting to get service was out of the lot and two blocks down the street. I would have the workers five stars but waiting an over an hour while only two of the five bays were open three stars was the best I could do.

Not only do I get my tires from them, but also just had a screw removed from my tire and repaired for free because I bought tires there! I also use the free and easy air check, and dont even have to get out of my car.

They took real good care of me. They kept me in constant communication and did all they could do to get me taken care of. I ordered a set of wheels that the manufacturer was unable ro produce and they helped me source a new set and had them shipped right away for me. I got my new wheels within 3 days! They quoted me a week, so naturally I was thrilled. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes!

Costco had these guys beat by $400, but the wait times at Costco were insane. These guys price matched Costco and had it done in half an hour. Very friendly staff and Im very satisfied. Ill be back with my other car!

I had just bought new tires from the thornton location and suddenly my back rear tire got flat Outt of no where. There was a puncture on the tire and it was not repairable. I didn’t have funds to buy a new tire again. These guys cut me a huge break and replaced my tire and I cannot be thankful enough. Will definitely be coming back

The young man who helped me made me aware of a possible problem with my right rear tire and suggested that I have them check it for a possible repair. Sure enough, I had a nail in the tire. They repaired it quickly and checked the other tires also. They take great care of me at this store. I have bought tires from them previously and am getting ready to purchase tires from them again. They are simply great!

This place runs like a well oiled machine! They have a huge selection and price options, no high pressure up sells and the workers are really nice. I had 4 tires installed, balance, rotated etc and was out in less than an hour.

These folks are life savers.2x now I had a nail in my tires and they fixed it and I was on my way.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here to fix a tire that was losing air. Made an appointment for 1pm, dropped off car, and at 3:30 called to check status. They said they did not have a work order for it so my car was just sitting out there with no intention of being fixed. How is it that I had an appointment and gave them my key faub but yet they had no idea that my car needed to be fixed? Then they call me back and tell me they can not find my key faub. Then it was revealed that they have given my key faub to another customer! I was shocked! First off by the fact that an employee would give a customer two keys (because who goes to a tire shop and gives the shop both your keys?), and second that a customer would take two keys when they know they only gave the shop one key! Also, it was revealed that the customer whom was given my key did not even drive a Jeep! Discount Tire ended up going to the persons house and then their place of employment to recover my key faub and then issued me a $500 gift card for tires to mend the relationship. This location has lost my trust, completely.

Need hub rings, my vehicle is not in their system so the sales person I spoke to while there said he would have to call the next day - it was late, thats fine. He did not put notes in their system, so no one knows if he called or not. I called in and spoke to Taylor, who outright refused to assist me. He said word for word, I dont know if he called or not, so you will have to wait for him to be back on Tuesday.I didnt know only one person could call one time about an issue, seems like an easy enough situation to remedy, just call yourself... Taylor started lecturing me on how they oporate and was extremely condecending, outright refusing to assist me further with the issue.

Ne3dee used tires. Called. Told them the size. Was told to come in and quoted 48 dollars and 15 to mount. Finished errand (hr tops) and called to make sure still good to go in 15 mins. Told to come in. Come in. Ignored in lobby for over 15 mins. Went to back. Told them i needed help and told him tire size. Was told we sold the last pair earlier today (i arrived 8 mins after i called)

There are Discount Tire stores everywhere. The trick is to finding one with competent staff. All stores have friendly staff and the same low prices but some do a really poor job. This place is great! I have gone here for years. It can be crowded at times, but they are very efficient and the wait isnt too long.

We wouldnt take our car anywhere else. Excellent service 👏

The Discount Store in Aurora, CO was absolutely fantastic. I made an appointment online for four new tires. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and helped and was back in my car in less than 30 minutes. I have spent countless hours at FireStone stores waiting for a simple oil change. I will never go there again. I cannot recommend Discount Tire more highly enough for their affordability, professionalism and speed of service.

Discount tire may have the best customer service of ANY type of business. In this day of mediocre service it is great to be treated well and not be charged for every little thing they do. They found a leaking valve stem on my wheel and replaced it free of charge. Ive been going to Discount around the country and they all take great care of their customers

Revised: this is one of the best operated discount tires Ive been too. The technicians handle and get the work done quick and right. The advisers are not always the most customer friendly but I realized they deal with a constant barrage of customer issues and requests; their job isnt to be doormen at the Timbers. They are knowledgeable and wont lead you astray. Tires are more critical then AWD/4X4s in this environment, especially in the winter. Listen to these guys and keep yourself and everyone else around you safe!

I absolutely love this place. They always do my air for free and Ive even had other locations patch tires that had nails in them for free period of course, when I need new tires thats where Im going. Theyre so nice, they give you facts without trying to upsell you on everything or push credit cards. 10 out of 10 highly recommend this location and the chain as a whole.

Ive been here before, many years ago, its not a bad place, but its small and only one way in or out from Havana headed north.plenty of New young faces, so lots of turnover, but service is offered at the same level as are most of the chain offers.

I got a flat tire and they fixed it in less than 39 minutes! I recommend making an appointment, the service was great and fast!

Stopped in for a tire repair, not only did they do this (quickly) they checked the air pressure and notified me of other issues pertaining to my tire wear/made recommendations for fixing. Love it!

Gave me a discount for 2 new rims to match my old ones, hooked me up with free lug nuts (I lost the ones I got with the first 2), and found and patched a tear in one of my tires at no charge while offering super friendly service. These guys are simply the best!

The tires were fine and the service was actually very good. However, they scratched up my rims. It looks like the technician used an angle grinder with a wire brush cup to remove the old weights when he balanced my wheels. I have a nice story about how Discount earned my trust and my business 9 years ago. This experience is how they lost it.

I have been going to this store for all my tire needs. These fine people have treated me very well over the years and have always provided excellent service. My most recent visit was quite unusual. I went in for tires on a Monday, took my car out on the highway on Wednesday. I noticed my car had this alarming shaking coming from the rear. My first thought was a wheel was out of balance. It was 6:30 PM, half an hour after they close. I decided to call just to see if maybe I can book an appointment the next day. Someone answered the phone, I explained to them whats going on and they said if I wanted to come by real quick, they can get it done. OK, what the heck. I got there about 5 minutes later, they opened the garage door and there was a team of five people waiting for me. They guided me in, had one person balance each tire and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Wheel weight must have fallen off in the last couple days. No big deal. I have never experienced customer service like this before. Simply amazing!!

I had a slow leak in one of my front tires.I kept having to add air. I made an appointment to take my car to Discount Tire to have the tire checked. They have a new method for checking people in due to COVID-19. Someone met me in the parking lot. Everything was nice and clean inside and seating was properly spaced.I had a screw in my tire. My tire was fixed for FREE! I will be back!

Only tire shop I will be going to from here on out. Great customer service at the counter. took 45 minutes to 1 hour to have my inside dually wheel removed, patch, filled with air, and both tires put back on. FREE OF CHARGE!!! This morning my wife went to go get air put in her tires and she mentioned to the guy that they might be a nail in it and the guy told her that he can’t put air in the tire at all and that his air compressor is broken leave it her to drive with a flat tire to the next tire shop which big o tire was happily put air in it

Booked an appointment got in and out within 45 minutes. The service was great and fast. Just watch out for the free air tire line, it can be messy in the parking lot.

My wife and I bought new tires here on Wednesday and Friday last week. They sent us away without balancing our tires and her tires were filled above 90psi! They shouldnt be letting people leave with unsafe wheels. I brought it to the lone tree location to have them check it. They informed me that the Havana location had not even balanced it. They sent me out without even putting it on the spin balance machine. Dont use this location if you value safety.

This is my go to location whenever having tire issues. I recently had a shop quote a price regarding the replacement of a tire pressure gauges. The quoted me double what Discount was going to charge. The team here has always been courteous and professional. Theyve been a pleasure to work with.

They were wonderful, I arrived at 8:50am and they were done at 9:35am and they offer a military discount.

There were many cars lined up for air and the young man was serving every one graciously.

Service could use some help at this location. They make you set an appointment and then ask you to arrive early. They had the wrong tires on my order. Then, they didnt take the car back until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Why make me show up early in the first place? Ive hand much better experiences at other locations. I will not stray from my local store again.
