Bought a transmission from them on eBay, the canceled the sale saying that the transmission was damaged. Then they sold us a transmission directly and sent us the wrong transmission, now we cannot get ahold of anyone to get a refund for the wrong transmission. $700 lost.

These guys are eBay scammers. I bought a steering wheel off eBay, the item arrived DAMAGED due to no packing material and too small of a box used. I sent it back and they sent a partial refund! Its not MY fault you packed it poorly, what a joke of a business you are, you wont be around long with the way you treat customers

Staff so helpful! Great place for parts and they are flexible. If you love the foreigns like i do check them out. I found a rim for my Ml500 that was hard to find. I have also purchased many other great parts there.

Purchased a used part which was labeled as good condition, unpacked it and it was broken and defective. Went back to them and owner did not acknowledge me when I came in nor say HI, a courteous way of being nice to customers but instead, inspected the part, and said we did not do this turned around and walked away. Alex was helping me and witnessed everything. If I would give this business 5 star, its not the business but its for Alex. He works hard and courteous and knows how to be nice. Stay that way Alex!

Great local business that has ties to the community. Ive referred several people to them and they always have a great experience.

Had order a transmission from this company never again, transmission was no good, had to get my money back from Ebay... be careful with this company!!

Asked about part having certain seat inflators as that was what was needed. Advised it did have it and they pulled it straight from the car. Did not have inflatable side bolsters which made it useless. Charged 80 dollar restocking when I brought back the 80lbs seat one hour later and received no help even carrying it in or out

3 hours later couldnt tell me if he had the parts. Called the next week 4 times between 9 and 935 no answer some dude who sounds like he just woke up calls back hung over or something. Uh let me call you back in 20 to 45 minutes he wanted to go back and check he said he can pull it up but the computer inventory may not be right. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Horrible business. Web site advertised a part with FREE shipping. They call and want to charge me $130 to ship. Refused to honor ad. Ended up getting refund. False advertising at its best.

Great selection of used parts overshadowed by horrendous customer service. The retail savings are not worth the hassle of dealing with this company.Bought a used roof rack that was listed as in working condition. Two nuts and a spring were missing, making it impossible to fasten to the roof of my car. I wasnt interested in paying return shipping on a falsely advertised purchase, so I bought the missing parts and fixed the rack.I did reach out to customer service and was met with a snarky response, first denying the fact that they shipped me a defective product, then accusing me of extortion. All I had asked for was a partial refund to cover the costs of the missing parts... just $15. I wouldve gladly provided receipts, but it didnt even get to that point.
