I needed to replace one of the bulbs for my headlights. They had it in-stock. My friend had the check engine light on in his car. They ran the code for him. They didnt have what he needed in-stock. However they searched at their other stores.
2 people working let me take a self guided tour of the back stock today! Lol 😆 just needed to dump some old oil and they told me its in the back. Took a bit to find the container you pour your oil in walked around the aisles back there after for a bit to see how long it would take. Was a good 5 minutes or so 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They lack customer service. Slow and no registers open. They had four people in store two helping one on cell phone other in back nobody to check out customers. Just placed item down and left. Oh the days of CHECKERS auto parts.
Iris M. really needs to work on her customer service. Shes rude, doesnt listen, and likes to argue a bit. You guys really make it simple when I go there, but, all she did was confuse me. When explaining things, shes rude. I usually go there for my auto needs, but, I will definitely skip her to get my customer needs.I, also, went in last week and Jenna was dealing with all the customers while the African American guy was on the phone for a very long time. There was all kinds of customers waiting, as I was. You can tell it was a personal phone call, because he was laughing away and saying stuff like, I this and I that. I didnt hear anything about cars or car parts.Definitely, didnt like the customer service today.
I bought windshield wiper blades online from AutoZone and went in to have the rear blade installed, the gentleman that put it on was helpful!
Customer service is what business your in not just part sales and youd think in a place so competitive with advance napa and OReilly near by you might get some customer service but you dont, I had to ask for the District Managers number and got laughed at and told, Hes going to tell you the same thing I did Well Jenna thank you for your nice words and excellent customer service (sarcasm obviously) its good shes in the back away from people, it wasnt about the warranty you refused, work on being nicer to people and if you dont like your job, quit
JOEL IS FAST but rude AF I recall the rude part DID NOT know he was deaf i apologize and just basic hygiene WASH your hands covid r not. N yes I understand how hard it is to keep ur hands clean when you work a certain job drive on the road delivering least you have a REGULAR bathroom

Let me borrow a tool that was cool i asked them if they could charge battery when im back they said ok came back 15 minutes later buddy decided to close store at 935 that was not cool. Sitting here typeing this review and watching customers walk to the locked door and walk back to there cars. Change the time on google if your gonna close early because your wasting peoples time. I know im going to advanced auto parts from now on
Unbelievable. Ordered online to reduce my time in the store. Out of 15 or so items only one and a half correct parts were pulled. Why even bother letting me know my order was fulfilled?I go inside to pick up and half the employees are not wearing face masks, handling change without gloves and disrespecting distancing.

This is a very friendly auto parts store. My experience with the staff has been uplifting. They are all very knowledgeable and quite friendly. The store itself is extremely clean and well organized.
The woman acting like the manager and bossing everyone around was an unnecessary pain and wouldn’t allow her employee to check me out with a box of fuses before continuing on a hunt for some part they couldn’t find. Would have taken 30 second and the young kid knew it. Good job

Went in to buy an oil change for my beetle yesterday. I couldnt get the lazy young man to print right ticket in three tries because he was busy on his phone and didnt pay attn.After getting my right filter and oil I brought them to the counter and the other employee had started a fight with a customer about stealing.Weekdays are solid there. The ones left to manage on Sundays are lazy uninformed and lack service skills.To be fair I used to work at this AutoZone and the kid knew me. Instead of assisting me to spend my 80$ he calls his boss and tells him Im there about getting my job back. All this while the other worker started a fight in the store with a lady he accuse of stealing.I left my intended purchase on the counter and left in disgust. Rick, the manager, would NEVER treat anyone this way and I expected the high quality service I know exists there.Sundays are a never go to this AutoZone.. honestly and regretfully.

They did not have my spark plug cables on time and they do not notify that they do not arrive so as not to turn around and that I asked them if they notified when they arrived and he told me that he attended me that no because orders always arrived early every day and that when I outside they would be there that they do not need to notify or anything
Ryan took the time to help me out with replacing my battery and now everything is running fine!

Worst Auto Zone Ive been to. My brother and I walked in yesterday for a simple replacement car light bulb for my car. We walked in at 8:40 and there was only a couple of guys that were together in as customers. They were already being taken care of. I stood in line and watched multiple employees just walk past and doing their closing duties. I waited for the employee that was helping the guys out to finish as he was probably the only person checking out. Another woman walked in about 5 before 9 and she stood a few feet behind me. I was looking at the little gadgets by the check out when one of the employees who has been walking past me called the woman to check out. We noticed and let him know we were there first. He knew that. He then proceeded to check me out. It took him but a minute to take care of me. I needed a few other things but waited until today to go to another auto place. We almost went to Advanced Auto yesterday, but i insisted on going to Auto zone. Never again. Worst service ever.

No greeting yet still followed around store, when walking to register no one said anything to us. Yanked the two quarts of oil i had to google to ensure were the right viscosity out my hands and proceeded to ring them up. I asked are you ok, still no response. Took my money and slammed the drawer shut snatched the receipt and handed it to me with no announcement of change coming back. Asked for manager the caucasoid male claimed he was but not behaving that way..........Never wished us a good day or welcomed us back. Terrible service in a neighborhood that typically caters to their patrons. Be aware of this behavior especially as a minority citizen. Youre definitely not wanted nor trusted in this establishment. Odd to hear in 2019 right? Oh its VERY common. Wake up

I wasnt impressed at all. When I drove up one of the employees was just outside the front door smoking. He threw his cigarette down when I parked and turned around and scould at me. When I went inside an employee was on his phone and didnt even acknowledge me. I found what I needed and went to the checkout where I was made to feel like I was interrupting his conversation on the phone. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Came here for some oild since I got a gift card for a birthday. They couldnt get the card to work, not knowing their own system, and when we had questions about how to get it fixed, the lady copped an attitude and started bobbing her head basically telling us its our responsibility. We checked online, and the card showed completely valid with a $20 balance... Didnt matter to her. We left, went to another chain for a filter, and tried another AutoZone for the oil. The other location was able to try a few times, while remaining friendly, and got it to work. Wont be coming back here with her working there; she was unhelpful, snippy, and didnt want our patronage.
Went in to buy a hose plier tool. Walked in, three people looked at me and ignored me. Went to pay, one employee was on the phone with zero acknowledgement that I exist, another employee walked in looked right at me, dropped off his cart then went back outside with no comment or offer to get someone to help. I had to start making comments about getting annoyed before anyone bothered to note that I was at the checkout ready to check out. Contrast that to Advance across the street who immediately offered help as soon as I walked in.

Brought my motorcycle battery to get tested. The battery was bad. Bought a trickle charger, rags, lemonade. Fast and friendly service.
Went there just the other day. Have to say workers are strong and very helpful. The Store Manager Rick I believe is his name on the other hand is terrible . Cussing at his employees infront of costumers. Talking down to them and just being all around nasty, when there is simple issues or mistakes. Making customers feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This is a place of business, for professional interactions. Not what Rick has been orchestrating.

I have 2 company vans, recently had to replace 2 specific electronic parts on both a Ford Wind star and a Chrysler Town and Country. I replaced on both the Crank Position sensor and Cam position sensor. Less than a year later both Cam sensors failed and we broke down, with the tow bills on both we figured around $500.00 loss. The issue here may be a poor quality manufactured part, not Auto Zones issue, but they should be made aware of a potential part supplier that is selling them terrible components. I decided to not warranty the items and go to another parts store that sells a different name brand, hopefully this may do the trick, only time will tell. The Chrysler Van Cam sensor has already been replaced twice. If you have a warranty on the parts at Auto Zone, they will not refund you any money, only an exchange for the same garbage that may fail again, its not worth the risk, go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE customer service. They dont help when you need it and they dont take the time to help you find what you need to fix PROBLEMS with your vehicle. They always have this annoyed face and dont greet you walking in. I used to work at Autozone and that kind of attitude was never allowed and we always had to put customers first and stop what we were doing to go help them. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO SERIOUSLY IMPROVE THIER ATTITUDES AND DO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
