This place was recommended by a friend. My Sienna needed a new windshield. On a phone Herman gave me a price that I was happy with. The car was ready when promised, the quality was very good. I recommended my in-laws to fix their RAV4 there, and same story, very good quality. Herman is easy going and easy to work with. This guy wares his heart on his sleeve, no wonder he is almost 30 years in business.

I cant recall the last time I was this impressed with any business. Not only did they replace the front windshield on my Jeep but also installed an OEM at my request for no extra cost, lubed my rusty door hinge and even detailed the interior of my vehicle. I was totally amazed. This business has been in Aurora for 29 years which is exactly the number of years I have lived here myself.....wish I had heard of them much sooner. If anyone deserves our business it is this man........oil changes, brakes, tires, detailing, glass. Aurora Transit Auto Glass goes the extra mile to give outstanding customer service. I was able to get a next day appointment for my cracked windshield and they were able to provide all of my options from the cheapest right up to the OEM BMW replacement options over the phone. Once the work was completed, I found that they had added an extra strip of rubber to minimize future damage and fully detailed my car. Truly impressed and would recommend to anyone in need of a windshield repair.

Getting your windshield replaced sucks, but i was treated very well and my schedule was accomodated. My insurance didnt want to pay for OEM glass, but I was given an equally good alternative. Will definitely use again.

Honest and experienced, a surprise find in Aurora.My windshield took a harder than usual hit on the 401 one day, I noticed a small but deep chip immediately. I Googled for an auto glass repair shop along my way and I found this establishment. I was extremely happy with Googles suggestion for a number of reasons. The proprietor was friendly and he was knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect the chip and explained his remedial steps to me. He worked quickly and meticulously on my windshield yet he did not rush through the proper steps. And finally, he charged me more than fairly for the excellent work, far below the price of the franchise chains.

Real chatty guy, but I would not recommend. Arranged appointment for Saturday morning. Job was not started until Saturday afternoon, finished at 3:30. Glass shards left on the hood and dash. Dirty hand prints on the headliner.

Good service but quickly negated by poor workmanship. Installed new windshield by breaking clips that held original glass in place. Since the clips were broken, they used a cheap adhesive that took over 8 hrs to dry. In removing the original glass, they also cut into the metal of my Santa Fe, causing it to rust. Also damaged the moulding along the side of the glass, making it ripple. And finally they re-installed my condensation sensor in the wrong place making it impossible to re-attach the cover plate. How many more things need to be wrong?
