This Safelite was one of the better locations Ive visited in Denver. The staff was polite and quick to resolve my broken windshield. My technician Chris, was extremely professional, honest and fast. I highly recommend him if you need to replace glass quickly.

Exceptional experience. Walk into a beautiful, clean, and modern lobby. Then be created by a happy, curious, and helpful receptionist. They are very knowledgeable about helping with insurance claims. The bathrooms are very clean and modern as well. My technician examined my car before service and quickly took my car into the service area. I strongly recommend making an appointment. My windshield replacement only took about 90 minutes. Without an appointment most customers are quoted an all day service with the possibility with getting done early. I highly recommend this location!

From start to finish I was very impressed! They communicated with me. They over estimated their time replacing my windshield. They estimated two hours. I was there MAYBE an hour. The staff is professional and patient and genuinely care. I will definitely come back.

Very professional and friendly people at the Buckley/ Quincy location. I dropped my car off and they had it done much sooner than I expected. They replaced the E-470 transponder for me and had it all set up so I didnt need to do a thing. The windshield was cleaned inside and out, the other windows were all cleaned on the outside and any surfaces touched by the tech inside were sterilized. I guess thats our post COVID reality but its a nice touch. If you need new glass anywhere on your vehicle this is the place to take it to.

I got a rock chip on the highway from a bus on the way to work. Stopped by Safelite on the way home see if it was repairable. A gentleman looked at it and helped me with the whole process going through my car insurance. I was able to have to repaired the next day and they even came to my work to do it! Great friendly and speedy service!

Absolutely terrible service, made up an excuse not to fix the stress crack on windshield, the service people showed no care or concern on how to rectifying the problem. I am so upset and will refer any one and every one that I co.einto contact with never to come here. Money is well wasted here.

This location was very fast fixing my chipped windshield. They worked with my insurance to get the window paid for. I cant even tell wear the chip is now.

I had an amazing experience at Safelite and my crack is all sealed and looks a 1000% times better. I was told right from the beginning due to the size of my crack there was a possibility it might spread during the repair but thankfully it made it through and looks better then expected. I was pretty upset about getting such a bad crater crack on my windshield but after the repair it looks way better then I ever would have expected and this thing was like the size of a quarter. They were very upfront about the entire process and made sure I knew the risks and that the crack would never fully disappear. I was given instructions to keep my car out in the sun for 2 days just to make sure the resin had the chance to fully cure and prevent further crack possibility, since my crack was so big. The repair was super quick and the people there were very friendly and attentive! I also asked a quick question to the gentleman helping me, about my windshield wiper fluid not working since I am not very good with cars. Even though he didnt have to, he went out of his way to help me figure out the problem. It turns out my wiper fluid tube had broken. He then actually went out of his way to find a tube connector and fix it for me. If I was to have gone to the dealer they would have charged me a small fortune to fix it and this gentleman went completely out of his way to fix it for me, for free! They are a auto-glass shop and he still fixed it for me! I was so happy and was amazed with how kind and willing to help the employees were. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their windshield replaced or a crack sealed. Wish I remembered the gentlemans man who helped me but honestly everyone there seemed super nice and friendly! -- Update my technicians name was Matthew!

Despite having a packed schedule, when I explained that I was already down one car and needed to pick my kids up from school, they were able to accommodate me. Chris is the man, the guy overheard me explaining my schedule to the receptionist and he gave up his lunch hour to hook me up. The work was done quickly and they gave me a quality product! Ill be going back for future repairs.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from a dealership that was in perfect condition (except for the cracked windshield) the dealership paid for my windshield repair which was great until 1 week after the replacement my car started to malfunction. It took many rainy/snow days and trips to the service dept at the dealership to figure out there was water damage to the wire harness because during the installation the tech did not seal the bottom correctly and water completely messed up my car! The tech was in a hurry at the time of installation and I feel that its why he did not seal it appropriately(i was with a patient when he called to let me know he was done) so i have the voicemail he left me and you can tell he was in a hurry. The dealership and service department have done everything they can to help me but told me it is Safelites responsibility to fix it but 3 weeks later Safelite is doing the bare minimum to fix this issue and I am still without a car. This is very frustrating because I have a full-time job and two toddlers to take care of. The store manager, Christopher Newman, refused to give me his bosss contact information to escalate this further so I am at loss of what to do next. For a company that claims they have national warranty for their work, this is pathetic

Their phone maze is the worst phone maze Ive ever been involved with and it seems theres absolutely no way to talk to human being.

In and out. My service was competed at my house. I just needed some residue off my window, it was from a sticker that was placed in the wrong area. Alex the tech was actually nice, really nice and quoted me a 1 to a 1 1/2 time frame, but really did it in less than 45 mins. My window was placed, he cleaned up after including vacuuming, let alone cleaned my other windows. He also informed me with information that was VERY important. Like getting my window recalibrated be the dealer. Now mind you the insurance agent nor the glass place shared that information.

Had my window shot out with a bb gun overnight. Insurance gave me a referral to this shop and they had a drop off appointment available an hour later. They had to order in the glass but got it in that same day and had my car finished up a few hours later. Friendly staff and immaculate looking location. They answered all my questions and made sure to go over everything and some extra after the job was done.

I had to bring in my vehicle due to a sensor that has been left hanging and bounces around. Very poor installation and when I tried calling, kept getting recordings an unable to speak with anyone #dissatisfied

First appointment time the windshield wasnt there, second appointment time they needed to order more parts, third appointment time they finally got the windshield installed. In the process of installing the windshield they damaged the forward looking camera and reset the ecu back to factory on an aftermarket turbo install resulting in engine damage. I was forced to replace the camera and recalibrate at the dealer out of my own pocket in addition to the engine damage. Adding further insult to injury the windshield stress cracked within the first 60 days and traveling less than 100 miles while just sitting in the garage and they refuse to replace under warranty.Wish I could leave no stars but look like you have time leave atleast one :(

Not sure they deserve a 1 star. I did not appreciate that my vehicle was not fixed I was told they have a strict policy about what can and cannot do. But to really add to my frustration they left my windshield with a gap along the drivers side I am certain its not safe to drive it that way but they dont seem to care because THEY HAVE A POLICY FOR THAT TO I AM SURE!

Im going to start by saying I have used Safelite for many years and many windshields with pride. Their glass has been the most durable compared to the competition with it last years compared to only a year with most. Ive used them on over 50 vehicles, 7 being my own. I know what to expect when it comes to the labor and install. So when I dont get it, Im going to say something.I scheduled for an install for an Eagle Talon. I paid for the expedited and early install, and this location tried to put my appointment at the end of the day on install day. That at least got remedied. However, the install itself was not so smooth. I came back to find all of the weather strips around the windshield installed badly, with the lower one barely hanging on and under the windshield wipers. When I queried the installer as to what happened, he claimed to not have the correct parts to install them and I should go to the dealer to correct this. Mind you, I paid full price and extra for Safelite to do this, as this is standard for every windshield install.I gave this location multiple opportunities to correct this but was refused. It also turns out the windshield wasnt glued down correctly either and came loose. I ended up fixing it all myself and posted everything on my Instagram channel.Bottom line, avoid this location if you want quality work and service. Ill continue to work with Safelite, just not this one ever again.

Great place to make an order and appointment a week in advance for them to have the wrong glass when you show up for the appointment. Then sit in the waiting room for an hour while they’re still waiting on someone that’s somewhere else to call back with a price for the correct glass. After an hour, it just wasn’t worth sticking around. I’ll find a shop that will have it right the first time. Now to wait on my $389 refund

Needed a new windshield for older GMC. Set up appointment online via web site. Set up appointment with only 2 days notice. Appointment went well. Priced paid was the price quoted Staff was very polite. (Lots of yes sir, no sir answers) Workmanship appears top notch. Truck was vacumed and new windshield was spotless. Store was very busy but the installer took the time to explain the process. Observed an older gentleman that was hard of hearing getting taken care of. The desk person went out of his way to make sure the older gent was taken care of. Very nice to see...

Great experience!! I had a random unlucky thing happen where my car window was smashed in with a rock. Customer service scheduled an appointment for me a week out and I showed up at this location to get a temporary covering an hour before they were closing. I told the guy at the front that I was scheduled to go on a road trip in a few days and asked if it was okay to drive a long distance with the temporary cover. He responded by figuring out a way to get me in last minute after he confirmed they had already had the necessary part to do the work. They completely turned my not so great day around!

Unfortunately, my son and I had a very disappointing experience with Safelite in Buckley Plaza, Aurora, CO. We had two cracks in our window. Matt, the technician, said that the smaller crack (a pinhole) opened up and split when he repaired it. He told my son and me that it should be fine, but that if it opened up more, Safelite would replace the window. We said, Terrific, thank you very much, and left feeling that Safelite was great. However, the crack did open up across our entire window. We called Safelite and they gave us an appointment to come back in for the replacement. We were thrilled. But then, we received via email a quote for $403 for the replacement. We couldnt believe it. My son and I went back over to Safelite and asked them why we were being charged after being told that if it cracked further (after they tried to repair it) they would NOT now replace the window as previously stated. They said that they never said that. Really. Quite unbelievable. I talked to Matt, the technician, and he said in front of my son and me that he never said that. Again, quite unbelievable. The manager was there, and he backed Matt completely. He did say that he would talk to his boss and see if he could give us a discount off the $403 charge. Suffice it to say, were not going back. We contacted a competitor and they said that they would come to our house and replace our window for $249. Our insurance company, USAA recommended Safelite and we called them to let them know of our terrible customer experience as well. As Matt said in the Safelite office, Im sure Matt will say he never promised us a new window if his worked cracked further, but if an employee or a company mis-communicates, they should stand by their communications. Thats part of the big problem we as consumers have today, employees and companies not standing by their word. Theyll talk a good game, but when push comes to shove, theyll too oftentimes NOT really support their communications or their customers.

I had a chip filled in and it immediately cracked further the next day. Called them back out and was just quoted for a new windshield. Idk seems kinda pointless unless you have the 0$ windshield deductible

Customer service was great! Was in and out for a massive chip in my windshield and I can barely see it anymore! Bonus they vacuumed and cleaned my windows. Few weeks later, the snow storm, one of my windshield wipers popped off...not their fault or responsibility and they were nice enough to fix it for me thank goodness! Everyone is nice and professional.

Wow wow wow I have a leased car that needs to be turned in 4 months. I picked up a rock chip in Wyoming, and was very concerned about finishing lease with damaged windshield. $$$ cost.Took it here to the safelite and was absolutely astounded and amazed. I dont know what he did to my wind shield but all I have now is a little tiny mark,the size of a pinhead, on my windshield. Superbly satisfied.I know he saved me at least $250 deductible for a new windshield.And this service cost nothing as safeco, my insurance company paid for it!

I came in because my driver side window, which had been worked on a couple years back, has gotten stuck halfway up. Staff was friendly and attentive, confirmed it was covered by their lifetime guarantee and sent me a text when it was fixed so I could go elsewhere while it was being worked on. I will use Safelite again.

I had to have someone come to my house to change out my cracked windshield (I have five people I am the caregiver for in my home) and this was who my auto insurance wanted me to set it up with. I am pleased with their choice!I did have to fit it into my calendar so it took almost two weeks to find a mutual time that would work out, but that is not their fault. The lady on the phone was pretty patient about it.Plus, the young man who came out was very polite, sensitive to my situation, and did a great job to boot!

I just had my windshield replaced here after a really nasty crack during a move and Clint was fantastic! It was really fast, professional, and painless; I’m so thankful I didn’t have to go far to find someone certified to replace the type of windshield in my car. We also went here a couple years back to have my mom’s passenger side window replaced, and they were just as wonderful then. Highly recommend!!!

If you live in Colorado, you are going to lose a windshield now and then. What you need is a reliable glass repair shop. Safelite is a national carrier that is very consistent and easy to work with and I would give a 3 or 4 start rating for that. The difference here is good customer service and excellence in communication. The Aurora location sets and keeps appointments to minimize your wait. The communication about the process and what will be happening with your vehicle its great. Ive tried the other providers, but only talk my vehicles to Safelite.

He was very professional and helpful and was able to work my car in on a very busy day. I went in yesterday to have my Murano window fixed because of an unfortunate circumstance (serial BB gun window shooter) so I’m sure they were much busier than normal, but I was incredibly impressed with the service provided.Clint was the tech who took care of me, and he went above and beyond. They were able to squeeze me in the day of, and he got my window replaced in impressive time. Everything from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough of the completed work, there was a great level of professionalism that I really appreciated. I hope the same circumstance doesn’t bring me back, but if I ever need to get a window replaced again, I won’t hesitate to give them a call. Thank you guys!

I was road tripping through Colorado and randomly scheduled an appointment at the Aurora location to get my shattered side window fixed. Tim was super friendly and sincere, and wanted to get me on the road as fast as possible. He went above and beyond to not just replace my window but he cleaned glass out of my car and fixed a couple other simple things without being asked/at no cost. Of course I initially wasn’t happy to be there because of the inconvenience, cost, etc. but I left feeling grateful to have been treated with care.

These guys are Fantastic. They accommodated my wifes car on a very short request and replaced the windshield without any issues. Not only where they able to get OEM glass but got it at lower cost than the Dealership. Then on top of that, they identified an issue with the rain sensor and fixed it at no cost (it is important to note that this issued with the rain sensor had eluded the dealership for months). They are great, they cleaned the floor mats in her car and cleaned all the glass on her car. Totally worth it.

Definitely five star operation. Had my Lexus windshield replaced at my house today. Technician called/texted prior to arrival and showed up right on time. Coming from a decade in the Automotive Industry, you need to know that Sean was the most professional, patient, and kind person Ive ever dealt with. He took the time to explain the process in detail. Cleaned the vehicles side glass, and even vacuumed out the car. Wouldnt even consider taking my vehicles anywhere else due to Seans professionalism.

Broke my windshield trying to fix a chip on my windshield. Never told me there was a chance it will crack. Call the office as tech said, no one will own up to it or pay for the replacement. I have to pay for a new windshield. Worst customer service ever. Now from a MM chip to crack across my new windshield. Good to know, you dont care about your customer even when its your fault.

They replaced my driver side window and did a great job. I had called the dealership and they wanted $500 which was ridiculous. These great people did it for $250 and all i had to do was buy the motor clips from the auto parts store. Saved $200 and it was done in under 2 hours!

They were fast and helpful! I dropped my car off with the keys in the morning even though my appointment was in the afternoon. They finished shortly after its scheduled time and called me. They alerted me to some issues with the car they had noticed, which was very helpful. Did I mention they were kind?

My wife had a cracked windshield on her 2018 Subaru Outback. Mathew performed the replacement service and she was 100% pleased. The car has Onsight and he installed the new windshield and calibrated the Onsight system. Complete process was about 2 1/2 hours - less than the original estimate of 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Matthew was 100% polite, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend this location and Matthew.

Second time Ive used this shop. First time was a chip repair over a year ago. This time was a replacement. Staff was courteous and professional. They even replaced my Express toll transponder, cleaned my other windows and vacuumed out the front of my car. If needed again I will return. Thanks Safelite!

Took over 2 hours at the shop to install a new windshield. It leaked a little 2 days ago in the mountains when it was snowing. Set up a mobile appointment, they did not show. I called and asked what is going on, their computers were down. They called me back about 40 minutes latersaying I was to come into the shop. That is not true. I set up for another mobile appointment for this Saturday.

Fantastic customer service. The techs went above and beyond to help and ensure we got the window we wanted. As a special touch, they vaccum the inside cab when they are done. As part of the great service they took the time explain the process and were able to answer all of our questions.

So far so good. First time getting a new windshield put in. Didnt take as long as I expected. That was awesome.

Took it into the shop and waited while it was done. Nice waiting room, lots of reading materials, and clean bathroom. Windshield is like new, and all the windows were cleaned. Nice!

Directed here through my insurance and made the appointment with ease. However when making the appointment they did not tell me it would be 3 hours to install the windshield. I arrived for my appointment and was told it would be three hours, I explained that I had to leave at 2 1/2 hours to pick up my kids, this was non-negotiable. The front desk asked and two techs said they could do it within 2 hours. A third tech came out and said they normally schedule two hours for windshield replacement and two hours for lane departure system. Again I explained I had to leave in 2 1/2 hours and he said we shouldnt do it. I cant believe I took off work early to find out I could not get my windshield replaced. All around a good thing - as I called three other shops all were able to do it in an hour and were nearly half the price (I dont know how much over my deductible they were going to charge but I ended up with A+ autoglass for $300). So I guess in the end - Thank you for saving me money.

Told them about two chips in my window. They fixed one and over charged (in my opinion). I asked about the other one. They said, oh I forgot to tell the tech (front receptionist). Then they said they couldn’t fix the second chip. So I wouldn’t have fixed the first one, if the second one couldn’t be fixed too.

I had the technician come to my house to replace my windshield recently. Not only did he replace my windshield but he also screwed in some missing bolts on the body of my car by the windshield. He was very nice and quick and professional! The thought of sitting at an auto shop with a 9 month old for 2 hours stressed me out so the fact that he could come to me and work on my car while I was in the house with my son playing was beyond perfect!!!
