Car maintenance gives me anxiety but after speaking with Lynn any concerns I had were alleviated. My estimate call was returned same day and an appointment scheduled at my convenience within two days from my estimate. The gentleman arrived on time for Installation, answered additional questions, and laughed with me while I expressed my excitement over my new windshield. My experience was exceptional! A rock chipped my windshield, they got me in same-day, repair took about 20 minutes, I can barely see where the (quite large) chip was. Service was friendly, prompt and even explained what they were doing as they did it. I hope that crack doesnt spread! Highly recommend.

Do not waste your time with this business. I had an appointment to get a chip repaired in my windshield. I showed up just a couple minutes late due to an extremely bad accident on the road. When I arrived the door was locked and I was told the person had already left exactly at my appointment time and would not be able to fix my windshield.

Total 5 star service. We needed a custom window made to replace one broken out on our vintage RV. They so very gently removed the matching window and took it to the glass supplier to make a template. When the new window came the my installed it with the same care. They are pleasant and very professional. They also do mobile work and I would not hesitate to send them to my daughter’s homes. This is who you want to do business with.

The service was awesome. My car was broken into recently and Novus Glass was able to replace my window first thing the next morning. They were able to replace it at an affordable price and they got it done in under an hour. This is definitely a company I would use again.

Highly recommend. Superb work on my windshield repair--it looks so much better than the last chip I had repaired with Safelife, which is still very noticeable. Lynn was friendly and professional, plus he got me in same day, whereas Safelite had me out a month and a half.

My back window was completely shattered. I was calling around to different shops and my friend recommended me to see the owner at Novus glass. He was very professional and fixed my window. I’m so thankful for him because other places couldn’t get me in until next week. Thank you again!

2 Novus techs were dispatched to remove and reinstall a rear window. 1 tech was brand new and the other had experience. It took them 2 hours each to remove the glass, and they had to borrow my sockets. Upon the reinstall, they left seat bolts loose and scratched the tint on the glass. I called to complain and left a voicemail complaint 5 days ago asking for compensation to re-tint the glass....still no reply as of now. Bad quality work, non existent customer service. I will not call these folks again. .

I had someone break into my car and broke my passenger window. Novus was able to service my car on short notice, and replace both the passenger window and my dashboard window within an hour. Kind, professional and quick.

The parking garage in my office building recommended them for glass repair, and unlike 3 of the other glass shops I called, these owners actually returned my call--they wanted the business! Their quote was competitive and they arrived exactly within the appointment window. They replaced the windshield in about 30 minutes. A+!

Lynn and his partner did an awesome job. They showed up on time in 99 degree weather and replaced my windshield in less than an hour. He is super friendly and professional. Good price! He even put my parking permit back on perfectly which I hadnt even thought of. I would def recommend these guys!

These guys are absolutely AMAZING! My front windshield was shattered when a tree branch fell on it during a snowstorm. Weeks later, my neighborhood was hit with a terrible hailstorm. I contacted Lynn to replace my windshield and he and Tony were at my house within hours. Then to my surprise, Novus also repairs hail damage! What?! Ken did an awesome job and my car looks brand new! The Novus team is extremely professional and I would highly recommend them!

Lynn and his team were beyond professional and timely! They took care of my car with major hail damage at great rates!!! I would recommend there work to everyone!!!Edit: 7 hours after my car was done, I noticed the top of the windshield and the rubber seal was not sealed! I have brand new car! And now its not perfect! He came tofix it pretty quickly only he used a razor blade and I have little cuts along my rubber seal, and its NOT perfect! I paid for perfect! So if thats what you are looking for, go somewhere else. They dont do prefect at novus. This is a very honest review. I was super happy to get it done, until it turned out the way it did. Go pay the extra $200 at safelite and I bet your car will be PERFECT!

Pretty upset with my service. Asked for tint on the top waited more than a week with no response. Requested this in the initial set up. Told me they dont have it. Took almost 2 weeks for them to even contact me back. The install was ok but now the molding on the top of my car is damaged. Its been more than a week still no word on tint. Ill be going somewhere else next time.
