Its a hit or miss on buying a comfy shoes.I always go to this store and everytime I go here I see the same employees working.Sad to say, they are not very accommodating. You dont feel welcome in this store. They only talk or help with their own kind. But if you have a different skin tone sorry youre on your own.Love the Naturalizer shoes but not a very pleasant to go in this store.

Love this store... Only one in the area so I drive far to get here. Nice comfy shoes that are actually stylish, depite the old repuation, they have changed a lot and its no longer old lady-ish stuff haha. The only issue is that sometimes the shoes are irregular and sometimes one will fit different than another. Just make sure you try on BOTH. And look out for coupons too! The staff is very nice as well!

Dont buy shoes there. Their return policy is bad. I have never not been able to return shoes before if worn. I literally have blisters on the back of my heels from wearing only half a day and I cant return them. Waste of money.
