Past two days I have gone in to get coffee. The 7-11 app shows that large coffees are $0.79 with your phone number. This location has refused to honor the promotion, with one employee telling me that it didnt even exist. It may be a close 7-11, but Ill go to the other end of the road since this place is willing to ignore their own promotions and overcharge customers.

This location trys to double charge you for stuff if you do not ask for a receipt. Theyve done it a couple of times to my family with small items. In my case regarding the picture, it was for a phone charger. He said it was $14-$16 but I could tell this big dummy had forgotten there was a sticker with a price on it. 🤥👎

Broken pump with no out of order sign, clerk very rude when asked about public restrooms (which they dont have)

Would give zero stars if that were an option...I dont know how many times Ive went hungry because they couldnt cook my food for me, pizzas mainly. They are extremely rude to both my boyfriend and I and for no reason what so ever!!! I absolutely dread going into this store! I avoid going here if at all possible, thats how bad they are!!!

I know people suck, especially the classic 711 customers at times in auburn, but you and your employees represent your establishment.

Literally the worst customer service.Whats worse than one bad 7-11? Two bas 7-11s ...across from each other! They are bad because they are owned by the same people who do not know the meaning of quality customer service!

The staff here treats you like youre wasting their time, and you should be ashamed of yourself for doing so. They would always be on their phone, yelling back and forth, doing anything else other then ring you up and allow you the privileged of shopping in the store.I personally would drive down the road to Chevron and give them my hard earned money. Its a shame because I only live one block away from this 7-11.

The owners are scamming customers out of money. I bought a snack (not prepared food) and was charged tax. When I told the lady that this was illegal she smerked and said everything is taxed!Does she really think she can play stupid while stealing 10% from customers? I have brought this to the attention of the IRS. This is the land of opportunity! Not a land and people to be taken advantage of !I wonder how long they have been collecting a 10% premium on their inventory. I hope they are arrested for scamming the system that has graciously allowed them the American dream.

The workers charge you extra all the time, when they think you arent paying attention. Its happened to me 3 times, and to MULTIPLE people I know.

I like this 7-11 fot selection. They keep it clean, organized. I hate that there is always a panhandler outside the doors, but not the fault of 7-11. They try and keep them moving. Over all one of the better 7-11.

Horrible Service. Bunch of kids that waste a ton of your time. They will sweep the floor while there is six people in line. They suck.
