A lot of stuff we were looking for wasnt there. Seems like most of the big box stores just cant keep anything stocked. I guess thats payback for their own greed since they buy or make everything from or in other countries

Had a flat tire on a Sunday night close to closing. The automotive department took care of it quickly and had me back on the road in short order. The gentlemen were kind and courteous. Thank you!!!

Its a basic Walmart in a college town. Same as any other Walmart except is has a pretty good selection of AU merch.

Love itI go to the Auburn Super Center from now on. I used to go to the Opelika Super Center but they have more electric carts NOT working then they have working ones. Their shelves are half empty also. I live in Opelika but will never go again. In fact I live less then a half mile from the Opelika store. Its well worth the drive to the Auburn store.

It was good. There was one worker that got a little to close to me. But he didnt engage. Other than that its clean and a good place to shop.

Laziest employees I have ever seen. They cant even be bothered to check to see if they have something in stock before someone makes the drive all the way to their store. Like how lazy do you have to be to not take five minute to go see if something is in stock before a customer drives 45 minutes to your store. Wow. Just wow.

By far, the best Walmart around

So went to this location and rides were great, food was eh some places were decent others were less decent. Staff was the real problem, bland personalities were all over, one or two were lively but that was all. We were out way out when we went into some of the shops and bought some souvenirs I went to get a batman sweatshirt and a batman ring while my sister bought a couple of shirts and a shot glass, flash memorabilia. We got to the car and went to look at our spoils and we did not get our ring or shot glass, went back to get it and couldnt find our receipt so they wouldnt let us back in even though they werent close yet and refused to work with us. So now we have our receipt and have to call customer service. We live in Florida and park is in Georgia so this was a big inconvenience.

Where is the customer service? Ive only gotten customer service from a guy who is handicap. Everyone else who is capable of moving around faster and reaching things wont talk to you of yells your their off duty and I need to find someone else to help me.

Better than average Walmart.If a stockman is persistent in seeking your attention. You can answer as you keep walking. Dont be polite and engage. Unless youre into that. Once the initial flattery dies down, there might be an interesting conversation.

Horrible. Everything Is Just Scattered On Isles, More Things Are In The Wrong Spaces Than There Is In The Correct Places. LONG LINES. Barely Any Registers Open & Both Self Check Outs Have Lines That Are Always So Far Out People Are Blocking Whole Isles Trying Not To Lose Their Place. Its Ridiculous. I Only Shop At This Particular Walmart When There Is A Sale Thats Too Good To Pass Up.

Im pretty sure only one person actually works here, they just dart around using secret passages and put on various wigs and hats. Youre gonna wait if you go at any time with other customers.

I bought an oil change a few months ago, but according to the sticker and the tech I had a few more months and 2k miles left [I buy full synthetic]. I was halfway and they said I needed a new oil change. I buy the best, so I dont have to worry. I cant recommend them at this point. The store manager had one excuse and the dept. mgr had a totally different excuse.

I visited the store in Opelika and Auburn. Both was well stocked in the. Clothing areas is eas shopping for. Unlike the one in Valley you never have a lot to choose and the lines are always backed up.

We were able to get nearly everything we needed, minus an item or two, and overall wasnt too bad in the store. My only complaint is the bathroom seemed to never have soap in it

The closest Wally World to Tuskegee University geesh. It was clean and q large Walmart. Next time Ill stop by before I get to the school.

Who wants to check out 4 or 5 hundred dollars if items at the check out them selves and and bag it plus pay high taxes on it..no one so do not go to the walmart in Opelika al just go to the one down the street in auburn .they have full service...

This store is always ott of stock of the things I need. The checkout lines are always too long with not enough registers open, and the self checkout never wants to let you pay cash, only card. The Auburn Walmart is the worst Walmart EVER!

Judging them by their own success being the biggest retailer in the world they come up short in every capacity. Especially quality of staff and customer service.

Walmart i belive has addressed the issue of raising wages by making their stores all self check out. But now the employees whos only job is to watch this self checkout and provide any assistance needed give the nastiest attitude when you ask them any questions. So thats why Im going to do my best to not shop any business that I have to ring up and bag my own merchandise and to go along with it lazy and rude employees. Think of it like this if you had a plumber come to your house for a leak and he just stood there while you fixed it and got irritated when you asked any questions about how to fix it. And then pay him his going rate for you to do all the work. Just doesnt sound right does it?

As far as Walmart stores go, this is another one. It a very large supercenter, with grocery, auto parts and service, and pharmacy. If theres something you really need, it is probably here - - - or a great substitute.

Typical WalMart as far as cleanliness, stocking, inventory, pricing but no customer service (staff - no eye contact, dont speak, engaged in personal conversations, customers are a bother to them and any issue or question is always a NO) and safety is a tad sketchy.

As I entered every staff member was friendly. Easily found what I was needing. I went through the self checkout. I was in a hurry and it was a smooth process. Walmart is truly getting better and better at customer service.

This walmart is anti-reusable bags! My friend had scanned all her items and put them in the bag and a worker came up and rescanned all her items. She then cancelled the items and told her to come up to the register where we waited for 10 minutes while she ignored us. We ended up leaving the items there because she was incredibly rude!

Great Place To Go Shopping !

We were headed to Gulf Shores beach pulling a camper trailer and had pur 2nd tire blowout of the day and had no spare. We limped into the Auburn Al Walmart tire center. All the folks there were fantastic! We bought 4 new hi ply tires, discarded the remaining may pops. They balanced and mounted the new tires and had us back on the road in no time. Many thanks to the crew at Walmart tire center!

The worker went above and beyond what she had to do. She went out of her way to help us.

Auburn Walmart is my favorite store. The store is clean and organised.Walmart is improving as far as carrying organic and nonGMO products although not consistent in providing the items.

Being that it was the day after Christmas I went into Walmart this past experience given the circumstances was actually a lot more pleasant than most. The cashier was very friendly and when I asked a worker for their help, turns out the gentleman was deaf, however, he gave me his phone to type in what I needed help with and assisted me quickly with a big smile on his face. ☺️ Literally made my day.

So I was looking for a very specific item. Im one of those people that doesnt require a lot of help and Ill look online for aisle numbers; or once in store words or pictures related to what Im looking for. Not only could I not find the item that the app told me was in stock but I couldnt find the aisles. I asked 2 different employees (for the item or the aisle) and both shook their head in defeat without trying for a solution. I dont think I like Walmart anymore. Theyre so busy trying to save money (getting rid of all the cashiers and employees) that its making the customer experience a bad one. The one on college street never has stuff even tho it says in stock online. And the one in opelika has stuff but you have to hunt for it alone. I ended up buying my product from Academy. It cost 4 bucks more and my gas and time going from Walmart to Walmart for no reason. 😡

My pick order wasnt ready. Had to come back the following day.

The store was clean. Customer Service was excellent. Self check out is not on point. One machine should take both cash and card but instead it is one machine for each...I forgot wallet with my cards in it and only had cash. Mistake on both ends...
