To start off, the instore experience I had was absolutely wonderful. But this companies faults are in their customer service. I called to complain because I was trying to exchange a tshirt. This should be simple right? WRONG. I had the shirt sent back to me telling me it had be worn, washed, and the tag was cut off. In fact the shirt had NOT been worn, NOT been washed, & the tag was STILL ON IT (ALL IN PERFECT CONDITION). They strung me along on the call and putting me on hold about 10 time over the HOUR LONG CALL ALL TO TELL ME AT THE END THAT THE SHIRT IS MESSED UP AND CANT BE EXCHANGED. NOW I KNOW THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO KEEP MY MONEY AND NOT HELP ME OUT IN ANY MANNER. I WILL NEVER BUT FROM THIS STORE OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER BRANDS LIKE FOOTLOCKER AND CHAMP EVER AGAIN. AND I PLAN ON LETTING EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON THE INTERNET AWARE OF THIS ABSOLUTE BS.

Great environment, nice employees, overall very nice. Would recommend to anyone who is big on sneakers and streetwear!
