Jimelle replaced flooring in our entire home. They were wonderful to work with. They helped us select the right flooring for us. The installer was amazing and the work was done when they said it would be done. I would recommend Jimelle to anyone looking for flooring. They cant be beat!

Walked in with a blank slate not knowing what we wanted with in a hour had all the floors and tiles picked out. Very reasonable pricing and customer service is amazing. Ask for Jennifer Barkel she knows what she is talking about.

Jimelle came highly recommended by a friend so I was looking forward to a great experience...of which I did not receive. First they missed the appointment to come measure the flooring in my home. After I paid in full for my flooring upon ordering I heard nothing from them regarding verification for date and time of the install. I called Jimelle two times leaving a message to let me know when they were coming to install and they did not return either phone call. Then I get a phone call at work from the installer who was sitting in my drive ready to install with no notification from Jimelle they were coming. Finally the installer tells me its a two day job when nothing was ever mentioned to me that it was a two day install. I will never use Jimelle again.

Wanted to keep it local and so glad I did! Every step was a great experience. Had 3 rooms Gary and Dacota did amazing! It was quite amazing to watch them master their art. Definitely recommend and hope to do the bedrooms next.

We have put carpet and Cortex flooring in all the rooms of our home that we purchased from Jimelle Flooring. They did a wonderful job and if we had any problems or questions they were very willing to help. Their workers were very courteous and we couldn’t be more happy. We would highly recommend them.

I stopped in on a Friday needing new carpet within 1 week installed due to out of town guests coming. Someone measured that same day and new carpet was installed on Monday! Excellent products and even better service!

There were several issues with our experience. However, the bottom line is Jimelle is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. They will not own their mistakes and do not demonstrate the values you would expect to see in a family-owned business. I am a very reasonable and understanding person, however, even after giving them several opportunities to make the situation right, they still declined to take responsibility for their mistakes. I will not go back.

This is a family owned business that I have had the pleasure of working with on a couple different occasions and they are definitely worth a 5 star rating because they genuinely care for the people they work with! They have fair prices and go above and beyond the service expectations!
