This is a really good and reliable company. In the local Home Depot, I was offered a carpet that was at the same price, but the quality was much worse. The pile length on the carpet was shorter. Here they offered a completely different quality. I am very pleased with the service and quality at Affordable Flooring.

Called a few places looking for remnants for a small 350 sq ft job, but didn’t have much luck with other places. I struck gold here and got a high quality carpet for a great price. Installation was very reasonably priced also. They treated me, a small customer, just as they might a big one. I’ll be back when I have another flooring need.

Vitalily the Affordable Flooring LLC., runs a fantastic business, and he takes extreme pride in all of his work. They installed a floor and carpet throughout our house. There were things that were not just right, and Vitalily did not like how it turn out, so he wanted his installers to fix it, and he never asked for one penny until we were completely satisfied. He did right by us and we will never look anywhere else for flooring again. I cannot recommend Affordable Flooring LLC stronger. We are thrilled with the end result.

Ive known about Affordable Flooring for many years. Totally impressed. First-class quality from start to finish. They helped with my floors in 2007 -- just a one-bedroom condo but they treated me as if I were their biggest customer. 10 years later I bought a new place and was reminded why I loved them the first time.

I was having a lot of trouble finding carpet and installation that fit my budget for my 4 bedroom house. Everything was either expensive or looked cheap. I called this store and spoke to, I think his name was David? He came over and gave me a better deal then two other companies i had been speaking with. New carpet looks great and the people who did installation did a really good job too.

Affordable Flooring is the best place to buy carpet EVER!!! I love these guys. I got a better price on great carpet than anyone could have imagined. When I need to get the rest of my flooring, I wont even bother to shop around. Dont waste your time either!!!

Contacted them via their website for an estimate/walk through. Confirmed with an email on date and time. Drive 45mins to the house we needed done and they never showed. Called them, were not very professional, sounded like I called a house. Told them we were suppose to have a David meet us here. He said he doesn’t work here anymore and we are closed on the weekends. I told them we got an email confirmation and while he was trying to figure what went wrong I never received an apology. We ended the conversation being we didn’t want to work with them at this point.

He starts a job and does not finish the job. I chased him for 4 months, he was suppose to come finish the job and never did. I do not recommend this company at all. My floor is unfinished

I got outstanding advice, very high end flooring materials at a very good price. Five star service too!

Over the phone the conversation was a little brief but he gave me a FANTASTIC deal with the exact right material that I needed to finish my attic with some phenomenal carpet. Next time, Ill go back to him.

They did an amazing job installing new carpet, this was the only company that explained the process of the installation to me. Management and staff very professional and knowledgeable

Called early in the morning to have them come bid out my commercial space in Auburn since they were a local company. They confirmed they would be out between 5 and 6pm that day.6:15 pm I get a call asking if they can reschedule for Saturday! I told him no thanks that I didnt appreciate gett in a call 15 minutes after they were late for the appointment to reschedule for the weekend.If they needed to reschedule they should have called me before 5pm and not make me wait at the building until after 6pm for a no show.The guy then tells me he never said he would be there at 5 or 6 only that he would call me at 5 or 6? Tbis is a lie. I took notes during the first call and confirmed he would be here between 5 or 6pm.I dont have time to waste with flakes like this.

Bought flooring from them before without any issues. Came by twice, sign flashes open but they were closed.

Far and away the best bang for the buck you will ever find, especially the smaller jobs, say less then 600 SF. I left with 550 S/F of Wool berber for 1/10th the price I was quoted, in a showroom down the street.. Be prepared to find remnants that retail for over $12.00 a SF for less then Lowes very cheapest carpet. This place is awesome. Being flexible will go a long way. Drove all the way here during business hours. Says on the window they should be open......they are not open.
