Wayne & Marco are great. The reports they send on the vehicle during diagnosis are thorough and show pictures so you can visually see the issues being called out. I also love how they vacuum and wipe down the car at the end of service. It’s a nice touch.

I was just looking for a new place to get my oil changed. What I got was some of the best service hands down. Wayne and everyone made me feel like a long-time customer. Their inspection was top notch, caught a couple items that had never been found but could have caused some major issues down the road. The prices were in line with just about every other place, but the quality is beyond compare. I chose Auburn Auto Doctors based on internet reviews and Im glad I did. They were professional, competitively priced, communicative, and very thorough. They went out of their way to find me a turbo for not only a good price, but with a better warranty than the dealer offered. Additionally, they performed an in depth vehicle inspection, and provided a link for me to view their findings online with pictures, descriptions, and recommendations. This was way above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced with other shops. VERY helpful. Before going to Auburn Auto Doctors I had paid for 3 other diagnoses from other local mechanics. I walked out of the first three mechanics feeling confused about the diagnosed because all of them named other things wrong with my truck besides the differential that was causing a popping noise from there rear end. They all quoted over $3,000 for totally different things. Auburn Auto Doctors was there first to say it was the trucks differential and it just needed a $250 service. 😁 I was so happy with an honest quote that I had money left to fix other minor problems with my truck. Kiley in the office told me about a payment plan that I was able to get approved for that day! On top of them repairing my truck honestly they gave me a loaner car while they had my truck!! What a lifesaver for this single mom on a tight budget!! I have told all my family and friends that I finally found an honest mechanic shop!!! Wonderful customer service and work!!

I brought in my vehicle after it died on the road to be fixed. Died again in their lot after picking it up. Waste of money and time. They clearly dont know what they are doing, but bribe you to leave a 5 star review which explains a lot. A friend of mine had a similar experience and left a review, only for their review to be hidden. Very shady.

All the employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Wayne took the time to tell me things about my car that I didnt know. They fixed my car in a timely manner and kept me informed about what needed to be done. Other mechanics were weeks out and who has weeks to wait when your car is broke down?? I have found a new mechanic for sure.

I had a knocking in my wheel and was worried there was a severe suspension problem. Our normal mechanic was booked 3 days out. I called Auburn Auto Doctors at 8:00 am and they answered the phone and told me to bring it right in. They diagnosed it that same day and fixed it. It turned out to be a minor piece of plastic knocking around and they charged me accordingly. They were efficient, reasonable, friendly, and competent. I will go back to them again.

Okay, so I posted a bad review due to the European car ban rule that I was made aware of through a new front desk person that they had replaced Collin with. My wife was immediately called by the owner who allowed her to understand in greater context that they were having trouble tracking down parts for European vehicle builds and that Collin was still employed by them. The owner also informed my wife that they will still work on European vehicles for customers that they have previously worked on. I appreciated the call and took down my review. I then tried to set up an appointment, which was really difficult with the new front desk person, and decided to go with a different auto shop for my repairs. I recently called the Auburn Auto Doctor’s to see if they could run a diagnostic on my car for an evap leak. Instead of inquiring into my certain circumstance, I was only met with a “we don’t work on Volkswagens or European cars”. I could have argued with the person over the phone about how he needs to talk to the manager, but it’s not my job to educate the business’s employees. It pains me to say this, but I would suggest that people avoid Auburn Auto Doctors.

If youre shopping around and not sure which shop to choose, call these guys. Theyre honest and very pleasant to do business with. I found them from a Google search when I broke down in the area. They were busy, but still managed to get my car into the shop first thing the following morning. Flash forward a few months, my partner and I both need some work done on our cars. I made an appt with Auburn Auto Doctors, even though we live two hours away.This is hands down the best place to get a thorough vehicle inspection done.

Just always honest and informative. Easy to get in touch with. Its the little things I appreciate, like the way they always send me a link with a detailed description of either whats wrong with my car, if its broken down or just whats done if its an oil change or maintenance and I have to admit I love the cookies that they leave on my stearing wheel with every service.

They got the job done very will darn perfect alignment with my track package, I see other high end vehicles use their service as well. I had a few performance question they answered in detail, even taking the time to explain the rules and regulations that coincide with each part. 5/5 loved the experience!

I had called a few places discussing the issue I was having with my 2013 Ford Taurus. When I called Auburn Auto Doctors and spoke initially with Jeremy I was pleasantly surprised how friendly he was. I decided to take my car there because of this. They did a great job on my car and found what my issue was (bad wheel bearrings) and also discovered issues with my brakes. They replaced my spark plugs and actually initially misquoted my work. Adjusted it down since the price for the plugs was less than previously quoted. Very honest and saved me money. I scheduled a 4 wheel alignment through the yelp app with the owner Wayne. His communication was great and i got an appointment booked within two days.i dropped the car off at 8am and they lent me a loaner car so i could get to work while they did an alignment and courtesy inspection, that was a big plus!I was happy with the service they provided and i didnt feel they were trying to push me to do some of the other recommended services on my 2013 mazda 3. they gave me a very detailed email breakdown of all the services they recommended, price estimates, priority, and why they are recommended.My car drives much straighter now and I can start planing on what kind of work ill get done next. I was driving from Reno to SF when my AC went out. I pulled into Auburn and lucky me, I found Auburn Auto Doctors. They took my right in and began to diagnose my cars problem. Colin, Jeremy, Kimberley were all amazing. They spent over 2 hours working on my car. And, what I liked best was not only were they thurough in evaluating my car, but since I was a drop in, they said, In order to finish the work on other customers cars on time, we need to stop working on your car for now. I thought this was incredibly respectful, how they were honoring their committment to existing customers while being as accomodating as they could to me. I would drive the hour and a half from my house again, just to have these guys work on my car. AWESOME!!!

Watch the parts portion of your estimates. Tried to charge me double (vs online price with shipping) for the part and refused to do the work if I supplied the part on my own. Ended up doing it myself and saving $450.
