Bought car new here at Toyota Doxon and been getting service under what they call Toyota care, which we negotiated when buying car. This care expired, and I realized how EXPENSIVE it is to pay out of pocket for simple oil change and general inspection. More than likely wont come back for service. Thats why low rated, high cost just seems an exaggeration not matter if customer service indeed top notch.
