They are awesome here! Joanne always answers and is super friendly. I took a few years break from the automotive life, and came back and she is still there, just as friendly as always! They have done absolutely awesome (repaired a Peugeot head nobody wanted to touch) and are always professional and do excellent quality work. I wish they were closer to our shop

This place is awesome really. They were very knowledgeable an when the 1st head I brought was no good an they let me keep bringing an checking for FREE till we found a good one an then even still services were affordable an Im very pleased with how it turned out. 🤘

Awesome shop, great owner. Entirely aluminum heads - no cast iron. An honest business. No mechanics there, so you remove the heads yourself and bring them in. Legit.

I cant say enough about Heads Up Inc. I bent a valve in my 1989 Isuzu pick because one of the retainers sheared off and it slipped down and the piston bent it. After searching high and low for a set online and calling around a service dealer suggested I call Heads up for help. I called and spoke with the nicest person there named JoAnne. After some explanation of the issue she walked in the shop and dug through bins and called me back, Yep they had it! Even asked me if I needed anything else which I said I needed a few more things. Yet again she searched in the shop and found what I was working for. Called me back and said I was good.Unfortunately Heads Up only deals with businesses and not call in one off customers like me. She offered to send the item via mail to which I was extremely appreciative of. Was ready to give her my credit card number and she said not worry about it and she would take care of it. The next day, low and behold, there was a package in the mailbox from Heads Up. She actually packaged it and got in the mail the day we spoke.I know that this one off type of transaction doesnt amount to much for all the shops she works with but her dedication on making a random person that calls in needing some help shows how great this company must be to work with. I highly recommend them!

Excellent work, prices are competitive and for the quality work they do I am perfectly satisfied. Most important is a very friendly staff who treat you with respect and just overall down to earth people which are hard to find these days. They are very good at taking you out into the shop, showing you all components as disassembled, and finally, clearly explaining what/why repairs are needed. I fully trust this shop and have been doing business with them for approx. 3 years now. I that time Heads Up has refurbished/rebuilt and made necessary repairs on at least 5ea heads that have been dropped off for all type repairs and ONLY if work is authorized and mutually agreed upon. Keep up the great work Heads Up!!!!!

She sold me a pair of 3.0 ford heads that (heads up assembled)Smoked and burned oilI had to change valve stem sealsThe ones they installed where so big didnt even touch the valve and she took no responsibility.And she would take no responsibility

Head was dirty when I got it back, resurface was eh. What pissed me off was the guy that was supposed to reassemble the head called in sick twice. When I went to pick up my head to take else where there was a machinist or tech walking around scratching his ass when he could have did I paid these people to do. Will never use again.
