Why bother to find a shop? Just go to Safelite. Destiny does great and excellent customer service. I felt treated like VIP by her! Besides that Safelite was the only shop which provide quote right away ( I checked several shops up and some didn’t even reply me) I believe Safelite knows what customers want and need. Thanks for their great job.

I accidentally came a week early for my appointment on an already busy Saturday. They were still able to squeeze me in and get my windshield fixed in a timely manner. The staff was all very friendly and thorough. I appreciate the great service and I will definitely be coming back next time I need any window repair.
The customer service rep couldn’t answer the questions I had. I wanted the same Carlex glass that came from factory for my Subaru, with heated windshield. The factory glass was pelted many times and held up until the big one hit... it never cracked or anything until it finally broke. The representative didn’t know what brands of glass they sell! I asked her, you know the brand of shoes on your feet right?! If your in customer service you should know these things! She didn’t so I moved on to a company that could answer my questions.

After they crack your OEM windshield. They will order in an aftermarket windshield. Try to Bill your insurance for both and then install the aftermarket windshield thinking you will accept. Once the wrong glass is installed, call you and ask if you are ok with the Chinese import glass they just tried to leave you with. Then, they will charge your credit card for the amount of both mistakes.Additionally, the counter associate is unprofessional and unwelcoming.

I 1st congratulate my American family insurance. Safelite replaced my windshield, calibrated it and now works as if it is the original. I cant forget to give my electrician who made it on good time and replaced all the Uber/Lyft/TNC stickers as they were b4. So he Stephen not sure should have my 5 star and bonus as he gives more dedicated services to your clients.

Amazing service. Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. Expected it to wait 2-3 hours because of recalibration. They got me in an hour early and completed the whole thing - calibration and all - in 45 minutes. I could not me happier
They took care of me right away. Dont know if I came at the right time or they meant to do so. Those that had the means to get around were all day orders. Those who had to wait inside were handled right away. Nice 👍🏾. I recommend this place to anyone who needs car or truck window service.
Had my window replaced, they were super booked for home service, so I opted for an in store service. Called into their call center and the lady was very helpful and sincere in helping me book the appointment. Had something come up and called again to see if I could do a drop off earlier and pick up later. Which they said it no problem, and when I picked it up everything I as done and perfect. The cost was not as bad as I thought (first time replacement).
I have nothing negative to say about my experience only compliments Shop was clean, service by deshawn was exceptional. I had to reschedule my appointment and was accommodated without it being a hassle. COVID-19 distancing observed without fail. I’m impressed. Will use service in future.

Ive used them for years for my fleet, but this was my last visit to this location.They are friendly, but they can only handle one job at a time. I needed my back window replaced, and they did that, but they couldnt fix a rock chip during the same appointment. You also cant schedule that on the website. I would have had to create a second appointment and take another entire day to deal with a second problem on the same car.I have trouble understanding how a rock chip repair guy in a parking lot can do this in 10 minutes, but Safelite cant.
Go to a different safelite shop.The windshield replacement cracked just two weeks after replacement and they refused to repair it under warranty.Come to find out Nissan says only OEM glass should be used for their vehicles but that was not what was used by safelite!Ive used several safelite autoglass repairs in my lifetime all across the nation and have never had to deal with deception before.
Try taking phone calls from customers and you wont lose a fleet account of 45 Vans. Need 5 windshields asap. Going elsewhere. Thanks for not taking calls!

Most definitely had a great experience with this shop in Auburn, especially because Im a female and usually when I walk into an auto shop males tend to try and play me for my money with disrespect BUT HERE!! I was most comfortable and greeted by Steve!He told me the wait time to replace my winshield would be over an hour, so I asked him if I could watch to learn. Its clear Im not to be in the shop and we are all supposed to be social distancing with the whole Covid-19 going on, but Steve smiled back and said You know what Ill bring your car to the end of the garage door so you can see then he actually brought me a whole chair to sit in, outside of the shop, with a clear view of my car and his tools. He let me ask him any question I had about my car, was super polite and we had a great conversation about what types of Fishing we like to do. Never felt more comfortable being in an Auto shop! Its Steve, young man with the Grey hair! If I could give this shop 10 stars for perfect customer service, I would. Im recommending this specific shop in Auburn to all my friends and family!
It was great. I was at work and he called me when he arrived at my home. I told him where the key to my vehicle was and he fixed the windshield quickly and put the key back where he found it. Windshield looks great! Very professionally done.
Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had my windshield replaced before Christmas and they did an amazing job! My only problem is that my survey session expired so quickly I wasnt able to contribute. Fyi I have HUD and many cameras on my windshield with safety gadgets and they all work the same.

Our technician was Edwin and he was amazingly fast, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to have a shattered rear quarter panel glass replaced and he did an AMAZING job!! We will definitely use Safelite again if we ever need any other glass replaced!
Honest folks who explain everything to U, respectfully & thoroughly. Ive been here 4 times& this time the young man darren or derreck? explained that i dont have a puncture just slight pitting... no danger of crack. He charged us nothing. Wow!

I am not very happy with the Safelite office in Auburn, first off when i call for a quote to have the replacement done i was told $ 214.00 for the replacement, then when i went to drop my car off at 9:00 AM i was told the bill was $297.00, when i ask why they said that was for the labor for the work, and i was quoted the wrong price, i was there so i said to have it done. they said it would take 1 to 11/2 hours to complete, and they would call me, after 3 hours i called them and after a 20 min. wait for them to answer their phone, they said it was ready, as it turned out the tech that did the work(Brandon) did not make the call, Traci at the front desk was very understanding and made things right(coutoes to her),as for the quote lady and Brandon they need to do better.
Absolute joke of a location. All 3 people I’ve spoken to have been extremely rude and they can’t seem to figure out how to properly install a windshield without damaging it. Unfortunately my insurance makes me select Safelite for repairs but if you’re paying out of pocket AVOID SAFELITE ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.

This Auburn WA shop installed the wrong windshield and glued down the Heating Glass Plug for my Subaru. These guys are not professional and do not care about your car.Had a second appointment from the Puyallup shop, who were so kindly to shop me missing windshield clips and how the Heating Glass Plug was glued down.This shop is 🗑. Is there not a direct line for this shop? I have been given 3 different phone numbers and still can not reach the manager to get the issue at hand handled properly. Every number they claim to be the direct line is in fact not. They all send me to the same automated prompt and sends me to persons who do not work at this shop. I am very disappointed in how this company handles things.

I had my windshield replaced and it was done incorrectly. I came into the shop for warranty work and an associate inspected the windshield and said that it indeed needs to be replaced and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out because of unavailability and my busy life style. When I came to the appointment 3 weeks later, another associate said he wouldn’t replace the windshield because he didn’t think it was necessary in his opinion. He also told me that they can’t guarantee that they’ll install every windshield perfectly.... isn’t that what we’re paying them for? Anyways, I ended up missing a wedding I was supposed to go to because I couldn’t convince him that it needed to be replaced. Avoid this safelite location if quality and great customer service matters to you.

I was able to get in earlier than expected. They were able to get both windows done in one day. My car was vacccumed and windows were clean when they finished. I received a free can of window cleaner! They worked with my insurance company so all I had to do was pay a minimal amount. The store manage was so nice. Great Service!!

I replaced my windshield here, was told that it is a Japanese brand but it was actually a Chinese brand of glass( OEM but still Chinese for Lexus...) a month after it was raining through the windshield inside the car... sadWent back and they have redid the jobP.S after couple weeks this windshield cracked instantly after a very tiny piece of rock, Safelite Auto “experts” told me that i have to pay for a new one, and that it is ok for a windshield to be so fragile... I don’t think so, my Original Windshield had many chips and never got a crack from them... i will never use Safelite again

I want to post my recent experience with Safelite auto glass repair. I searched up and down for a good price, but couldnt find a suitable price. Untill I called Safelite, which had the best price in town.My technician was Nathan, and he showed up on time with a positive attitude. I felt safe and comfortable when he took the time to confirm my vehicle and bill. With courtesy he made sure my window was installed correctly, and made sure the glass was vacuumed up. Talking about great customer service, Great prices, courtesy to clean and provide me a copy of service provided. I know with no doubt that I will count on safelite auto repair for any future service. I dont care what others says about Safelite. But I love my Safelite at Auburn WA. Had my glass replaced October 2015. Then January 2016, developed a crack on the passenger side. They said it is a stress crack. They replaced it with a new glass just like that for free since its still under warranty

Safelite in Auburn confirmed my appointment twice, offered me detailed driving instructions, completed my job more than an hour ahead time, worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and had a generous coffee/soft drink/snack area in the waiting area. Top quality in all areas!
The Auburn store is unprofessional. I was without a car all week because of the botched install they tried to redirect on my sunroof. My sunroof never leaked but the day after installing water drips from the front of my windshiel they just replaced. I had to get a second opinion from Ford to apeas my insurance. Then I had to wait for safelite corporate. The car rental I had I took back because I couldnt drive two cars the rental and my broken one and they didnt even pay for it like they said. The experience was horrible, dont take your car there.
Pat at the Auburn location was friendly and fast. They fixed my rock chip repair no problem. I called ahead to the 800 number and made an appointment within 15 minutes and verified my that my insurance would cover rock chip repair. Great experience!

My car needs a specific windshield because of the Subaru EyeSight system. I know this because the previous company I tried to use to replace the windshield had a hard time getting ahold of the correct part. Because of this, my wife made sure to talk with the man who called about this and was assured that he knew what he was doing. He asked her several seemingly irrelevant questions such as does it have heated seats and said hed be sure to order the right one.Fast forward a week and Im dropping off my car. No one comes out to look at the car, to check that the right part was ordered, they just take my keys and tell me theyll call when its finished. So I leave and on the way home they call to tell me the wrong part was ordered. As if this werent bad enough, the receptionist says shed have to drive to Seattle to pick up the correct part and essentially makes me beg her to do it because traffic was bad and she didnt want to make the drive!Edit:0 star customer service, 4 stars for the windshield work. Once the right one was finally found, it went in quickly and the seals have held up just fine so far.

The guys are super friendly and courteous. Arrived early hoping for a break in the schedulle and I might get out early and lucked out. They have snacks sodas and coffee in the waiting room. When the work was complete I got afree can of window cleaner. I would defenetly remcomed Safelite and specificaly the Auburn loaction. Also if you are using your insurance use Safelites website to make reservation it automatically connected with my insurance and repotyed for me and calculated deductible. Very efficient all around.
AVOID Safelite AutoGlass and their garbage glass!!! They use cheap Chinese glass replacement instead of OEM quality glass. I learned the lesson the hard way. They say they offer a lifetime warranty, but on what? Most places already fix rock chips for free through insurance.Needless to say, within a couple months we got a rock chip driving on HWY 18. It was small and I called to get it fixed the next day. Unfortunately, because the glass is such low quality, within a few hours the small chip spread in both directions and is now spans left to right across the entire windshield. I called the warranty line, already assuming the answer, and they confirmed they dont cover such defects from rock chips. Lesson learned, make sure the glass shop uses OEM quality glass.

They cant do miracles when it comes to chip repair but i have had several windshields replaced with no quality issues.
My Dad made an appointment on October 7th, it was scheduled for October 10th. Never showed up and never called. He called this morning and they rescheduled for next tuesday but no explanation or apology.
So I went in a few times and each time the replacement windshield was broken so after like 3 attempts I got a new one when I got it there was stuff all over the windshield I was told its probably glue and it will come off that was April I went to the Nissan dealer they said umm those are scratches not glue so umm now what?? They were friendly and tried to accommodate but how are all the Nissan Altima windshields always broken or defective?? Im changing my previous 3 star to 5 stars. I just left Safelite and they took car of everything thanks SARA!!

Replaced winshield for my car and I could not see the VIN number under winshield. The roof liner is not adjusted as before and it looks loose. I made second appointment to fix it. Today Once they were done with the car, they gave me the keys without saying a word on how they fixed it and why it was an issue. Drove back home and it is not the same as before replacement of winshield. I personally think they are not as professional as they advertise. Not good customer service. My car is 2018 and of course I want it to be fixed, same as it was. Would not go and wouldnt recommend anyone going to them. Better to find a local glass place to do the work.
I used them last week to repair my windshield. My appointment was at 2:00 pm. I arrived at 1:45 and they finished around 2:30 plus vacuumed my car. OUTSTANDING!

After 2 home appointments and 8 + hours waiting for them to show up, they were not able to replace my windshield. They had me come in to replace it because they couldn’t remove the wipers, which They blamed the previous windshield repair shop over tightening them- it was Safelite that replaced it two months earlier! So I Commuted 45 minutes each way to the Auburn location and waited two hours for the repair. I went directly home, avoiding the freeway and left in my garage a couple days. First trip out I heard a weird thud and realized my wipers were not working and the motor was trying to move them but they were both stuck. So headed directly to the shop, and when I went over 40 mph I noticed an air leak from a faulty seal. Upon closer insection, the fabric on the ceiling was not put on correctly either. When I arrived they didn’t apologize they just asked if I could come back tomorrow or later that afternoon. I refused as I didn’t want to drive in the rain without wipers. They just said “well you’ll just have to sit and wait between appointments”. Grrrr... crappy customer service!
They took the car in early, supplied me with snacks and drinks while I waited, State Farm insurance discount made the the cheapest option, the car was cleaner when it came out than when it went in, they gave me a can of glass cleaner for free. This was truly old fashioned customer service.

Mixed experience with staff. Windshield replacements are fine, mobile chip repair was not so great, I feel that they purposely do a bad job so you are likely to get a new windshield instead. Competitive pricing.

I will never do buisness with this company again .I had a windshield replaced and its been a horrid experience. Magicly scratches appeared I call them set an app the guy comes out says he sees no scratches its personal and Is extremly rude I had to tell him to leave my property his name was joe . I took my car to their office where they admit seeing Marks and clean my windshield . I said ok Im sorry left well 2 days later same Marks same spots I took pictures . I go back in they tell me its gonna be a week to get the glass there they finally set it two days out at 8 am at their shop only wont come to my house. Satifaction warrenty is a joke Im not satisfied at and I should not have to drive to their store their sposed to come to me thats what they advertise .buyer beware.....continued. 2.7.19 edit. No u do not warrenty ur work u sold me a piece of glass ur quality control manager admitted was not properly cleaned .instead of replacing it no its still on my car I was givin cleaning supplys and told to clean it myself after they cleaned it once saying its gonna need it again it is not my job to clean glass that should have been done before it was installed. Currently on hold for 20 minutes trying to resolve this . Listening to a non stop repeat message about the lifetime stress free warrenty .. ya prove it... refusal to replace window have to file new insurance claim . To much stress never trust safelight. They did not properly clean the glass before installing so it has packaging mark from one side to another instead of replacing it the clean it but the Marks come back so they give cleaning supplies and tell me the customer to clean it... no thanks

From the time I called the 800 number to set up the appointment to the moment I picked up my car this was the best customer service experience Ive had anywhere. This is coming from someone who works in customer service. I believe the gentleman I talked to on the phone was named Wayne which explained to me the difference between the random installers and safelite and the two ladies that helped me in the store. I wish I could remember the ladies names because I want them to know I appreciate their level of service. I was there Friday afternoon. Thank you safelite for the whole process.
They did an excellent job on my windows. My only complaint is that the customer service agents on the phone are extremely confusing. They quoted me two different prices for the same service. The difference in price was $100 off from each other.

I went in for a rock chip repair. I was visiting the area. Safelite was the only windshield repair place open in the area on Saturday. The guy behind the counter may or may not have known nothing else was open. He indicated that they were booked and only had two people working. He told me to go to either the Auburn Mall or South Center.Get more Saturday staff. I’m sure I’m not the only person who expects to be served even as a walk-in on a Saturday.
They told me the crack on my windshield wasnt able to be repaired and I needed to buy a whole new windshield whitch I knew wasnt true because Ive seen bigger cracks be repaired and they gave no explanation why.so I whent to a different repair center and what do you know they repaired it in less than 45 mins . I would not recommend Safelite Auto Glass to anyone, plus there costomer service was just rude not friendly .

Lady at front desk was rude when I told her that I had setup an appointment for a window replacement, but she was claiming that I entered it wrong and scheduled it for a week later with snotty smile on her face. She said, That is why we asked you to call yesterday to confirm the VIN number. In all reality I did call back that day and was on the call with both SafeLite and my insurance company to get a claim number. I was never asked for a VIN number and even asked the SafeLite rep if they need my VIN and they said no. At no point during that call did the SafeLite agent mention the date of the appointment. Im a software engineer by trade and know how to use a calendar on a website and was very aware of the date selected because I was supposed to leaving town later in the week and wouldnt select a service date when I was going to be across the country. So if youre going to have the appointment date change you should probably make the customer aware via a phone call when you have the opportunity to tell them.
Auburns Safelite Autoglass team is fantastic! The gal at the front desk gave excellent customer service when checking in for my windsheild replacement and scheduling my boyfriends chip seals. They found an extra chip on his windsheild and were nice enough to fill it free of charge!I would recommend anyone to them and I will not hesitate to go back for further window services for my car.
