ZERO STARS!Do not contact these people if you need to repair a window. Especially if its winter time and raining. I agree with the other written review on this company.I first called and got a call back the next day on fixing two broken windows. After the first initial call they were scheduled to come out that Monday to do measurements. Never receiving a phone call and waiting around before work they never showed. So I called and left 3 messages 1 on the home office line two provided from the person coming out to check the window. Finally two weeks later still trying to get in contact I got a hold of him he said he forgot the papers and didnt know the address so we rescheduled it now a month later after my first call for him to come out and do the measurements not the installation.He actually showed that morning for the scheduled date to do the measurements. He was here a total of 15 minutes and last thing that he would give me a call once again on the following Monday or Tuesday to schedule the actual installation day. It is now been almost three weeks and Ive called them and left messages no response back. So now Im writing this review to let all inquiries know that this business has no Integrity, this business has no honesty, this business is very unreliable. So if you have a broken window I recommend not going to this place because theyll give you false promises of coming to do an installation and never follow through. Now Im on the hunt again this time Im going to check out reviews on what companies actually follow through and this time price will be not be an issue because at least it would get handled and I wont have rain ruining in the inside of home after a month and half of waiting for a no show/response.

Not impressed with their customer service. I left a message with the office and with a cell phone, and no call-back within 24 hours. When I called another cell phone, the man was brusque and unfriendly, didnt apologize for not having returned my call, and even said were working, implying I shouldnt have called even now. Based on this attitude, I would not pick them unless they were the only ones in town.
