This is my 2nd time this year my car was broken into. The first one was fixed but a part was broken unable to use window so he fixed it until I can find the part for it. Today for my 2nd time different window and different company the technician fixed it and fixed my issue on the first window. “Amazing service” highly recommended trust me I called 4-5 auto glass company and this one was by far the best price and best service thank you so much. The fact he understood our situation and how upset we were about the break in. We are forever thankful.

They showed up late, but that was the only critique, and the tech was very professional and apologetic about it and got to me quickly. Once he got to me went right to work and took care of business and was very easy going and courteous. that goes a long way in my book. but I see why he was late great personality and also a perfectionist that really make sure its done right to where nothing goes wrong. the price was great, the customer experience was beyond expectations. I definitely vouch for this company and choose their services. couldnt ask for a first time experience on getting windshield replaced.

This week I had my car broken into and my purse stolen. While I called many different auto glass repair shops this one had by far the best price. They came to my home in Tacoma and repaired it in less than an hour. The repair man Igor was very friendly & professional & I felt completely satisfied with his work. These guys are Awesome! I would strongly recommend them. After getting a rock chip I called a few places and no one wanted to bother to fix it after giving up I gave these guys a shot and they were super friendly on the phone gave me an after hours appointment only 2 days out and came to my house instead of having to drive somewhere and and got it fixed for $60. My only regret is not contacting them first. Also a big shout out to the gentleman that came and helped me he was friendly, polite, and Professional!

Needed a rock chip repair so I called and was able to make an appointment right away. He was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced! I will definitely return as I get more rock chips (I’m a commuter, they’re inevitable).

I’m giving it 5 stars because that’s the max amount of stars available, these guys are top notch. I am so glad I came across these guys, and as someone who is VERY particular about the work done on my car, I can say that I was nothing less than very pleased with the work done. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else for auto glass replacement/repair. These guys are the real deal.

I am hugely appreciative of Sergei (spelling?) and his efficient, mobile work! He was able to get a passenger door window replaced a day after I scheduled with him to replace my windshield, and he did both in about an hour, at my work site! Im so thankful for his excellent work!

I had a small rock chip repaired by Master Auto Glass. They were friendly, did good work, and were prompt at completing my mobile repair. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the service man seemed unfamiliar with the insurance billing process, and had to call in to the insurance customer service to ask what to do. Other companies Ive worked with in the past have been able to bill my insurance automatically online.
