Top notch professional team here. The guys here did a phenomenal job fixing my car after an accident. Truly cannot tell that anything even happened! The helpful and informative staff kept me updated throughout the process and answered all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend for any and all body/paint work.

They were so friendly and super helpful. I had a paint repair job on the bumper of my Tahoe and it looks brand new. It only took three days and it was very reasonably priced. I even think they cleaned my car while they had it which is above and beyond and so kind. Definitely will use them in the future for any work and recommend them to everyone.

They were extremely helpful. The work was was not overpriced. They worked quickly and did good quality work. My 14yr old 4Runner will be needing more work in the future. Tiger Paint & Body will be the first place I go.

If youre a car person, find another shop. While the actual fender replacement and appearance of the finished paintwork was flat and shiny, they left 6 fisheyes and 3 hairs 8n a 1 square foot area. Dirty conditions.The black car was handed over cleaned, buffed and polished. It was returned with scratches and swirl marks on every surface. It took 8 hours with a rotary and an orbital to correct the paint to an 80 percent condition.They failed to clean overspray from the entire vehicle. They failed to open the doors to remove some gummy residue from the jambs.Overall, Im entirely unimpressed.

I am very impressed with the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff here. Jud was so kind to drive me to Enterprise since they were not picking up because of Covid 19. Jud stayed with me until I was seen by the car rental staff. He even looked up my claim number for me when I needed it! Thanks for great service Tiger Paint & Body!

Highly recommend! Hopefully you’ll never need paint and body service, but if you do, this is the place you need to go to. They kept us updated on everything and are very professional.

Dropped Jeep off to be repaired from hitting a deer on my way to work. The time span for repairing and the way I work, worked out perfectly. The quality of work performed to repair was superb and perfect. And the courtesy cleanup of my Jeep just put the icing on the cake. Excellent!!!! You have another spokesperson. Great reliable service

Dont waste your time. A simple job as fixing a bumper will take them a long time. A few days will turn into a month, they keep extending the deadline. Take your car somewhere else.

The work was perfect and the people were always kind. It was a day late because they had to reorder a part but overall it was a timely repair and I would suggest them.

I mostly spoke with Chuck during the time they were working on my vehicle. He made sure that I was knowledgeable about what was going on with the vehicle each step of the way. I called several times, but he was never impatient about answering all my questions. I am happy to report that my car looks great!

Friendly staff & quality work ..

I was already mad when my truck took a month to make it from the tow yard to the body shop, but that wasnt tiger paint and bodys fault. Now that it is there though, it has been two weeks and I still havent received an estimate. I surely hope the repairs happen quicker and more thorough because as of now I am extremely dissatisfied.

I HIGHLY recommend Tiger Paint & Body. They have been absolutely amazing throughout my accident ordeals. They have gone out of their way from calling Enterprise to have them pick me up, to arranging the tow truck, to dealing with the insurance companies, and even having one of their employees pick up my car in Montgomery first thing in the morning and drive it in when it was getting some work done so I could have it before the weekend. I have dealt with Chuck and Josh and both have been delightful, professional, helpful, and sympathetic. Thanks so much for making such a stressful event a bit easier to stomach. I appreciate it more than you know!

Ive dealt with various body shops over the years but hands down the best service that I have experienced. Chuck and his staff are very helpful and they go above and beyond. They stay busy and I know why, dont hesitate calling them or stopping by.

Had our car for almost six weeks and we couldnt even get an estimate, much less any actual work done. Never returned a single phone call, kept putting us off about the used part estimate, didnt even give us a quote on all new parts, which requires no salvage. They might do fabulous work when they actually get around to it, but we didnt get a chance to find out. Ridiculous!

Give free estimates but usually 20% above other shops. Not flexible on non insurance claims. Yet to give them any business based on their estimates.

They do great work!

Ive used this ship twice, once out of pocket and once by insurance. Both times the customer service was horrendous and the repairs were done extremely slow. The due date they give you is a complete lie. Do not use this shop

Horrible service. Called multiple time none of my calls were awnsered. They would tell me my car would be ready at a certain time and the vehcile is never ready by that date. The customer service is horendous and all around could be operated better.
