I had David H come out to my house to replace my OEM windshield of my jeep wrangler. It was very important for me to get the original windshield because of all the awesome Easter eggs the wrangler house. He arrived on time and waited in the driveway 20 minutes as I was still sleeping. Very polite and professional and worked in the cold I felt a little bad but he did an amazing job. Thank you David H

I needed glass replaced in a few windows in my home that the seals had failed over time. Not only did they offer the best price, they did a fantastic job. The team that installed them, Pete, Larry and Rob were very meticulous and took the care to do them correctly as if it their own home. I have used this location for other glass work before (shower enclosures) and also was very please.

I called last week and made an appointment for today. I called to ensure they were coming and the rep on the phone had the appointment made for next Thursday. I verified this information multiple times with her. I took the day off of work for nothing and they were unwilling to make anything work for their customer. Horrible customer service

Buyer Beware! Shop around before buying from this Henderson store. They charged us double the amount that my son was charged at the New Baltimore Henderson location for delivery. We both ordered cut glass for dining room tables, and this Henderson charged me $100 to deliver, while Henderson Glass in New Baltimore charged my son $50 (for a larger piece of glass and a longer distance). When I contacted the Auburn Hills store about the price discrepancy, they basically told me, That is our delivery price, blah, blah, blah. We assumed pricing and delivery charges were consistent across all Henderson Glass companies. Dont make the same mistake.

Courtney was the tech that was sent out. He did an excellent job, being careful in the process with my windows since they were older. I recommend him if he ever needs to come back out again. He also did the measurements. All in all, very happy with Henderson. They have now replaced 4 of my windows and have saved me a good few thousand dollars.

Fast and good price for little chip in windshield. Other company that comes where you are cost 3 times as much.

The 3 ladies, who are the first people you encounter at Henderson Glass are the most unfriendly and unwelcoming part of the team. When I entered the store to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted with do you need something.To whomever works with office staff, take down names, especially of the ones who call you. I was informed by a women I spoke with over the phone my vehicle would be ready at 9:30 am. I told her I would pick it up after work which be around 2pm, we ended the call in agreement. When I was dropped off and greeted by the not so friendly 3, I was told my car would not be ready for another 30 minutes, it was 1:45pm. I asked who called me the day before, no one knew. A response I did not believe, because when I asked about warranty/leak guarantee 1 lady said for life and the 2nd chimed in with details of my service and said 12 months, I think I found who I spoke with the previous day.When I asked for the warranty information in writing, I was told they dont have anything in writing to give me, they keep the details in their computer.Windshield looks good so far, but good, honest customer service means a lot.

Had a windshield repair. The person at the front desk stated that it was not cosmetic and would only stop the crack from spreading. When I asked her specifically would it at least fill the cracks that are protruding out from with the point of impact she said that it would. Upon driving home and seeing the repair in better light it looks like it wasn’t even fixed I could’ve done better buying a kit myself what a waste of money do not ever take your car to these people.

Went to pick up my insurance-paid windshield replacement today. 10 seconds after I left the parking lot the rear view mirror fell off. I circled back and the technician admitted he partially broke it during the replacement but thought it would be ok. WTH?! Now they have to order a replacement and in the meantime Im driving with no mirror. I get that mistakes happen sometimes during repairsbrepairs to stick back the broken part and not communicate what happened should rate ZERO STARS.

Henderson Glass replaced our double insulated window as seal had broken. We are delighted with the initial estimate by Courtney, window was ordered and within 10 days the new window installed by Courtney and Larry. We are very impressed with the care and attention they gave us. The customer service provided by the office staff and installers was excellent. We recommend them without reservation!!!

I called this location to replace the windshield on my car. They were able to get me in on the day I requested. Vicki C behind the desk was courteous and efficient. David H went above and beyond to remove leaves and debris from under the hood before installing the new windshield. The service was outstanding, the windshield replacement was great. I was very pleased.

I had a second story window replaced. They had to build scaffolding and it was a big job. Henderson Glass sent 3 amazing guys to do the work. They were friendly, efficient and so helpful with moving the furniture back and even changed a lightbulb in my second story ceiling fan while they had the scaffolding up. I have used them before for smaller jobs and they have been great as well!

Absolutely the worst! Do NOT go here!I took my car in TWICE for the same cracked windshield and both times they ordered the wrong winshield!When I called them the first time, I explained I was leaving in a week for business trip and the windshield had to be repaired. I told them I believed I had a Rain Sensor windshield. I was told that I was mistaken as my model didnt come with a rain sensor but that they would order the one I needed. A couple days later my son drove over with me so I could drop the car off and pick it up later, as Henderson told me installation would take an hour,but it would need to cure for another hour before being driven. The technician looked at the car and said I needed a rain sensor windshield, which they didnt have in stock!!Because I was leaving for 8 weeks out of town, I was forced to go in at 8am Saturday morning, where it was first come,first serve! My son again came with me and we dropped off my car. We returned home and 30 minutes later they called to say the windshield would NOT FIT and I must need a dealer ordered one!While my son drove me pick up my car I called Mr Windshield almost in tears. Steve assured me that they had what I needed in stock and hed fit me in as soon as I could get there - on Saturday morning!Oh, FYI there is NO dealership special order windshield for a 2017 New Beetle and Mr Windshield uses an adhesive that does NOT require an hour dry time, so total installation was done in less than an hour! It was also almost $100 less than Henderson was going to charge!!Save your sanity, AVOID this place like the plaque and go to Mr. Windshield!!

Henderson Glass replaced my 2003 vans front window for $223 and an extra $10 for rain repellent. It looks great! They have also replaced the front windows of my husbands and sons cars. They were done a couple of years ago and still look great!

Henderson has always been a reputable company with great service. Unfortunately, the lazy imbeciles installing the glass need to undergo customer service etiquette. Had glass in the vents, floor, seat and dashboard when these inbreds were done.

I came to the store and requested a repair for my cars windshields stone chips. The woman who I was speaking to accepted my request without taking a look at it, even my car is just outside. I asked how it could look like after repair, and she had no answer. Instead, she did give me warnings and some professional words of how the chip could be repaired. Her attitude was not good.I saw youtube videos about this stores ad before going there; and looks like it could be repaired perfectly. So anyway I signed and leave my car there.When I came for picking up. The chip was still there. A little bit of improvements. I asked why, no answers.It just took me $40. But definitely not worth it. I felt like I paid for not only a BAD repair, but also a BAD service attitude of the people working there.

I called Henderson Glass for an estimate to replace insulated glass on a bedroom window, they set me up with an appointment right away. The estimator was really nice & didnt waste my whole afternoon waiting for him to show up & once he did his estimate was pretty quick too. The price was right so I made the installation appointment. Since they call when theyre on the way I was able to leave work, have the glass put in & was back to work in no time. The installer, Rob Jones was excellent, very nice, very professional. I couldnt believe he even took time to adjust my front storm door that had been slamming too hard for quite a while, talk about above & beyond, thanks Rob! I definitely recommend Henderson & have bragged to co-workers, friends, & family already!

Went in for a chip repair. Have had several done before at various places which were amazing. U could not even tell that anything was done. Still looked like just the same. BAD. In all fairness I was told it wouldnt be cosmetic. But it looks as if they didnt do any repair at all. Not worth. $39.

Rob And Ashley did a great job! Replaced the majority of my homes windows (glass only). Saved a lot of money just replacing glass. I would not hesitate to call on Henderson Glass again for all my home and auto glass needs. Thank you Henderson Glass.

If you make 1/16” mistake on dimensions, you on your own. Maybe good service to contractor? But definitely bad service to walk in customer!

If I could give it 0 stars I could. Went to get a chip repaired on my car and was originally suspicious on if it had been done or not. Went to a dealership about a month later and watched another specialist show me that NOTHING had been filled in on my car. The crack was not even capped. I called Henderson to explain the situation and ask for a refund (telling her that I had evidence that there was no fill) and the woman who I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude. I was very nice throughout the whole conversation. End of story my refund was refused and now Im paying TWICE to get a crack filled that they should have done right the first time. I will NEVER go back.

Im not surprised with all of the negative reviews on here.Long story short, terrible customer service. No sense of urgency even when theyve made mistakes on their end. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Very poor service. Had them out on a Tuesday 4/17 for a quote on hanging mirrors on two seperate walls in our home gym. They have yet to get us the quote. My husband has called everyday since then and has been told something different each time. He’s been promised a callback each time, too and we haven’t gotten that either.There are plenty of other choices. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I brought my vehicle in for a 1/4 stone chip repair and the result was very disappointing. Now, there is a visible black ring around the chip that wasn’t there before the repaired. The services was terrible, they blamed us for bringing the vehicle in on a raining day and moisture caused the blackness on the chip. I’ll try other repair shop to see if they can fix this problem.

Was not at all pleased with this company. Walked into the store looking to replace a couple windows in my house, and was provided with ridiculous hours during which someone could come over to give me a quote. M-F, two giant time windows: 8-12 or 1-4. Thats nice, apparently you cant work for a living if you want new windows.The lady helped me out though - offering to make me the first stop of the day, which should equate to 8-9AM. Great. 10AM rolls around. 1030. 11AM, I give them a call, and am told its not possible to get a reservation for the first spot of the day, only time windows work. After some debating, they get on the phone with their guy and say hell be over within 30 minutes. When he arrives, he does not say hi. Does not shake my hand. Just asks where the windows are, and then asks, what are you in a hurry or something? Yes, genius, I took off my morning and have been waiting for you and have to get to work.I get my quote later that week, and pay over the phone. Im told 2-3 weeks. Late in the 4th week, they have my glass and schedule an installation, again offering to give me the first slot of the day. I declined it this time and just asked for a 30min heads up. This time he comes first thing in morning, and I get a 10 minute heads up. Once again, installer couldnt be any more disconnected from the concept of customer service. Thankfully, he at least did a good job installing the glass.

Had a side window replaced on my car recently here. The window moves up and down slow now. The guy on the phone also said they would remove the broken glass from the inner door and they didnt do that either. Every time I close the door it sounds like 2 pounds of glass at the inner bottom. I dont recommend going here at all.
