Ive done business at this Belle Tire location a few times over the years and always had a decent experience until recently. I picked up a nail in my tire and came in for what should have been a simple repair. Arriving in the morning, I was told it would take over a day to complete, and would need to leave the vehicle overnight.Next the manager looked at my tire and refused to repair it because the tread is too worn and winter will be here soon, instead suggesting a whole new set (tires were clearly above the 2/32 threshold).Went to another shop that fixed the problem and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. I wont be returning to this Belle Tire location.

Stay far away from this place. My 79 year old mother purchased 4 new tires from them with a one year warranty. When one of the tires went flat I accompanied her to Belle to have it repaired. They were busy so he told her to come back at 8 the next morning, as soon as they opened. When she got there they were already seeing customers and she was told they couldnt help her at all for another five days . Discount Tire took care of her in 30 minutes. Guess where were getting the tires from now on. Belle are crooks.

Went to Belle Tire to replace my 2 tires. They convinced me to purchase four and to repair my breaks and do a wheel alignment. After spending over $1300.00. I was on the freeway not even 24 hours later and my car started shaking at 55 miles per hour. Called Bell tire before it closed and they said there was nothing they can do until the next day. Was suppose to go on vacation in the morning so now I have to cancel. My car worked perfectly fine until I brought it in.

Well my experience here not that bad, but it was not that good. I had a very simple repair for one tire with a screw in it. Usually its a 10 minute job. I do understand I was a walk in and not having a appointment is a factor determining work being done. I was first told it would take about three hours before it could be done. I asked if the tires could be rotated also and I asked if the alignment could be checked. In reply I was told yes to everything and if it is needed to be adjusted did I want it done at this time. The cost would be about 89$. I declined the readjustment. So three hours later I called just to see if it was done and I was told it was next to get worked on. Two hours after that I just went to the location and waited in the parking lot in front of the locations garage where my vehicle was on the rack. I watched the tech perform the repair in about 10 minutes. Then I got the call from one of the workers, in which later, I discovered to be the assistant manager saying the vehicle was ready. Upon getting the vehicle I asked if the rotation was done. He said that it was not on the work order, they would have done it if it was. He apologized for the inconvenience. I thanked him and departed. The services done are part of the warranty and name. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and I just didnt feel like I was a real customer for using the guaranty always advertise.And it only took five hours for 10 minutes of work.

My Ford C-Max had a flat this past week. Since these cars do not come with a spare, I had to get it towed to the nearest Belle Tire. I was running really late for work and phoned ahead to ask if they could get me in and out. Rex answered the call and assured me they would do their best to take care of me right away. He practically met the tow truck in the parking lot and took my car in right away. It was all fixed and ready to go in 35 minutes. The best part - Rex said there was going to be no charge on the repairs. I insisted that they should charge me for the work they had done but Rex would not listen. He said he was trying to make my day go better after the rough start that I had.Rex, I really appreciate you and Belle Tire for empowering you to take such good care of customers. You guys have a customer for good. Thanks a lot!

They were very accommodating and professional. I appreciate that the manager remembered me after a conversation 2 days prior to me showing up for service. They were very informative about my service and gave me several options. No matter what I decided I felt my car would be safe and well maintained.

Worst service. Took it in for suspension work and some how my transmission stopped working after 2 hours of driving and they claimed innocence. Do not, and I repeat do not use them for any service other than tires and wheel work. Now I will not even use these for that.

These guys do a good job. Sometimes the info they quote on the phone does not match what you run into in the store which is frustrating. Not being able to use coupons when that is what draws you to the store is also frustrating. I will say that the manager stepped in a few days ago and made everything right which made me decide to use them again today. Got a $64 quote for oil change and tire rotation. Got to the store and they said $72 because my vehicle takes more oil than originally thought. Why ask for the make and model if it’s not going to be checked? Either way, they got it done in an hour and they let me use my $30 off coupon. $41 out the door. So overall a good experience, reasonable price and their work is always solid.

I have been a Belle Tire customer for many years. Have purchased more than two full sets of tires from them. They always have the best prices and also back their tires and work. They have repaired tire leaks for me many times and have also changed my winter/summer wheels and tires at no cost. Tried other tire centers and these guys are the best.

Never again...they told me it would be at least a 5 to 6 wait just to check the tire!

While I was seating outside the guy who was doing the test drive on my van started with a burnout almost in front of me without knowing I was the owner. Thats a no no buddy. You dont do that to customers cars.. Real disappointed

Highly recommend this location! They do a fantastic job of laying out the best options to fix your car. The first place that I have ever went to get my car fixed that does not try to add a bunch of unnecessary things to your bill. They will give you the pro’s and con’s to everything they suggest that needs to be done to get your car going.

Theres no better place to check your tires.

Terrible. Broke a censor on the vehical. Has a million excuses. Wanted to make me wait half a day to fix there own mistake. Dont go here. They are also super rude

Just a heads up to customers. They do NOT do free tire rotations. Ive been told by some people I know, and even was told one of the employees that they do, but they dont. I know it seems silly to pick at this, but its a little annoying when I left work early for the scheduled rotation thinking one thing and then finding out another. Oof.

I walked into this shop today scared out of my mind about my suspension being bad. The man up front was very kind and extremely helpful the entire time. He gave me lots of different option for new tires as I do need new tires. They also took a look at my suspension for me at no cost. When he was done he took me into the garage to show me exactly what is going on with my car and was extremely honest about what needs to get fixed and the timeline i should get things fixed in. It really made all the difference that he actually showed me and explained to me what was going on with my car rather than just tell me you need to get xyz fixed I will definitely be returning in the future.

The counter help was (short)!My questions seamed to be, well they didnt want to be bothered.

Just called Belle tires Midas Costco and sams club belle tire is a rip off trying to steal money. Midas for TIRE BALANCE charges 2.99$ per tire sams club charges 3.88$ per tire and Costco charges 3.99$ per tire while Belle tire charges 15$ per tire🤔 don’t go here your being over charged.

The service was ok, but I really did not appreciate failing to be told (or finding out in this case) until after I sign and drive off that whomever serviced my car broke a hubcap cover on one of the wheels. Its not a major cosmetic issue, but left a bad enough taste in my mouth for not mentioning it and/or owning up to it that I wont be returning to this location and suggest you do the same.I would strongly prefer the Troy location to this one.

I went in for FR tire valve stem leaking, That was fixed but now rear right sensor is not reading right pressure. took 4 hrs to fix and have to go back. I think they must of done something in the program. It worked fine when I went in. They did give me a free $6.00 part for free though which was cool.

This place is currently under construction by what appears to be an unlicensed contractor judging by the appearance. Most of the service writers (or sales people, whatever they are considered) are friendly but I immediately got an overwhelming sense of dishonesty after they diagnosed my vehicle. I hit a curb the day before. The tow company sent a mechanic to diagnose if I had ruptured my break line in the process, or if I just needed the spare put on. The mechanic advised me he seen no damage to my vehicle or the tire. However, since the tire had gone flat, he assumed I hit the curb just right to move the tire off the wheel which was more than likely the cause of inflation. He thoroughly examined my tire also. Then I get to Belle Tire and am told a (knife looking) gash had caused my tire to be useless and I would need to purchase a new one. Also charged me $49.99 for a standard oil change. I didnt feel the gash was justified nor did I feel the service writers confidence in the assessment. Ugh. Never had such a poor experience at belle tire. Wont be returning to this location!

This place was great! Had a little wait, but just went next door to Meijer to do some shopping. They patched my tire for free! Cant beat that! Very friendly, got a quote for some tires for my truck, and the price is right. Ill be going back...

This is our go-to Belle Tire and they usually take care of our needs. Just bought four replacement Michelins during the Oct tire sale and asst mgr Rex was awesome; friendly & knowledgeable. Kudos also for the above & beyond customer assistance!

Brandon helped me a TON with my visit on 1/26. Being a female in my 20s, Im not typically educated on all things tires. When I typically go to car shops, I get jipped on my money because of my inexperience. This was not the case here. Brandon walked me through exactly what I needed to know about my tires, and educated me on when to get the best priced tires from their store later in the year when I will be needing replacement tires. Not only that, but all of the workers stayed up to COVID cleaning standards, and I felt very safe and well taken care of being there. I always appreciate the free wifi during my wait as well! Finally got my wheel lug not removed after 5 years. In 2016, the tech at this tire center damaged my wheel lug key. Was given a $500 bill from bmw for a new wheel key. The manager, senior/old white male, Joe or John failed to even apologize or owe up for the issue and completely dismissed the issue saying you can speak to the owner. Did not offer any assistance or advice, was shunned down. Today I finally managed to get the damaged wheel lock out at some other location after 5 years of a bad experience, so Im writing this review. The one star is for the free air, thats the best thing at this location. Belle tire is a good brand like the Dearborn location, but definitely not this location.

Bell Tire on Brown Rd. in Auburn Hills Provides great service, at a good price with a friendly smile. Ive had all my many cars and Big Chevy Van Ive had for years repaired there. Ive been taking all the Vehicled in my household there since they opened that shopping center. 15 or 20 years ago. Ive been getting all my new Tires there too. Four Michlin X Ice winter only soft grip tires and Custom wheels.They have great traction on snow and ice and I can stop faster then all the other vehicles with all weather tires. There way better then summer only tires, but they are a compromise. My good Premium factory Crome wheels on my 2010 Buick Lucerne Still look great. They have never been on snow or salt. 2hrs before they close and my wife was denied service due to a nail in her tire... An easy repair but unfortunately they said they were to busy to accommodate a damsel in distress. We always thought Belle would go above and beyond... I guess we were wrong... What ever happened to good ole fashion services? We always bought our tires from Belle ....saturday 330pm

Service rep did the research, ordered my tires, made my appointment for the next day and now Im rolling on new tires. I was told the tires would be on in 1 1/2 hours and the car was ready as stated.

Tom was awesome! Came in bc I hit a pothole and my car was unsafe. They fixed it right up for me. I also needed new tires, price wasnt bad at all. Quick and affordable, highly recommend.

Got my tires changed. I have never had anything bad happening to my lock or door. But I go back to my car after serviced and im locked in my door. The door cannot open at all. I tell them inside and the mechanic said same happened to me. The way they dealt with sutuation makes me feel like I am not helped for what happened after the fact I paid for their service. Especially the fact where this has never happened to me ever. I think the mechanic is careless if this has happened. Not trying to be mean but this is upsetting

Belle Tire has always done great work for me, which I appreciate, as was the case this time. The only thing not-so-great was their stance that my cars 2 best tires should be on the rear wheels. I dont get that. 90% of the wear on tires occurs on the front tires. Thats why tires are rotated. FWD cars -- like mine -- especially need the best tires on the front wheels, as they are the drive wheels that need traction. If you always kept the best tires on the rear wheels, youd NEVER rotate tires, right? Makes no sense.I had to insist on having my 2 best tires put on the front wheels, which they did, so everything came out OK, but I wish I hadnt had this issue to deal with.

Very happy with the speed and service. They quoted me two hours to be safe but were done in less then an hour, pulled a nail and a screw out of my tire and didn’t charge me anything! Called to tell me my vehicle was all set and met me at the door with keys so I didn’t have to go back in and wait in line. Excellent service.

I stood in this store for 10 minutes without being helped. With only 3 people in the store the clerk helped a person who came in behind me, I did not like the energy here. Took my business down the street to discount tire.

I stopped by to ask for a diagnostics on my van. The Rep told me he would recommend that I take my car to a dealership because it sounds like an electrical issue. I appreciate the fact that he didnt waste my time and money paying for something that wasnt necessary.

Ken the guy at the counter took down my information of what I wanted done made a few suggestions said he would talk to the mechanic and inform me oh how long is going to take a couple of times. This place is awesome! They are fast, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. Most car repair shops try to scare you into buying things you don’t need and try to charge you way more for services. I’m always an easy mark as a young woman who knows nothing about cars, but the guys at this Belle Tire are honest, good people. They’re really helpful and don’t mind answering all my questions. I take my car here every time I need work done. I highly recommend going here!

Ran over a piece of wood and I knew it punctured the tire. Drove over to Bell Tire that was less than 4 miles away, thankfully. They said don’t worry we can take care of it. It was done in less than an hour. In all honesty, this is how Bell Tire works, they get things done and they are cool about it. That’s why I goback.

As always Belle Tire delivers with great service, picked up a nail in my tire. Walked in at lunch and was in and out in 45 minutes. The techs and staff at the desk are always kind and courteous and the repair didnt cost me a penny.

Ill figure it out later, can I at least get you to put air it in it?Belle tire: We dont have a hose that goes outside, if you want to leave it with us, you can pick it up in a Couple hours, or Meijer has air ($1.50) you can get air there.How many stars do you think thats worth? Front end alignment. They tell you to be back in an hour. You show up to pick it up Then tell you it need parts. Ass clowns. I took it to Bakers and had no problems. Needed no parts. They were all new. Go figure. Plus it was $24 cheaper.

Went in attempting to purchase two new tires and get an alignment. I was told I needed four tires in order to get an alignment because they needed to match. Okay then. I said screw it considering it was the beginning of winter and had previously purchased used tires, which were near the end of their life.Upon getting four tires put on, I was told they cant align the car because my suspension parts were bad, quoting me $1700 before labor. I was told my lower control arms were bad, in addition to the ball joints and bushings. Each item was itemized individually, the (2) lower control arms being $450 each, the (4) ball joints being $100 each, and (8) bushings at $50 each.The ball joints are forged into the control arms, and the bushings are included on assembly, therefore theyre trying to charge me extra for parts that come as a whole unit.I found them for $95 dollars each and did them myself and got an alignment elsewhere.I noticed the very inside of my tires were worn, almost to steel belt. Went to Belle Tire to replace them under warranty and they outright refused to, explaining the warranty only covers hazards if theres at least 3/32 of tread left. They also denied quoting me the way they did and assured none of their employees would do that. In hindsight, I would have kept that quote ;)

UPDATE: So I found out that This location told me my lug nuts were “rusted” on my wheels and they physically could not take my wheels off to rotate the tires, couldn’t even recommend anything to fix this issue, but it turned out that when my tires were put on by belle tire themselves they over torqued it and cross threaded the lug nuts on my tires, forcing me to go out of my way to a repair shop that’s capable of removing a tire. Pathetic.Everyone here including corporate are completely clueless and will go out of there way to inconvenience their customers, I dropped my car off a few days ago to get my tires rotated and struts looked at, in a span of 8 hours they made an excuse to not rotate my tires because there was “rust” also refused to diagnose my struts because it was “coated in mud” Rex is completely clueless and couldn’t give me an answer as to why he is refusing to give me my warranty on my struts stating that my springs are bad without any evidence, also they quoted me over $400 to fix my tie rod end which is a $30 part, save your self the hassle and literally go anywhere else, this shop is run by a dog anyways

Stopped going here because we would never receive notification when a our car was done. Every time they said they sent a text and neither my wife, nor I received one.Add on top of that that the time estimate given was always way off and we just cant bring ourselves to go here anymore. With three kids and my wife and I working opposite shifts, our time is more important than that. I wish they valued our time, at least a little as well.
