I have never experienced such slow and inefficient service at cashiers in my entire life. The express lane is NEVER open during peak times and they usually have have one cashier open period. I understand COVID concerns but it is just not efficient for people with large carts of groceries use self check out - this only holds up the self check out line!! I’m so sick of waiting 20 mins in line every time I come here no matter what hour of the day.

Kroger apparently has taken a relatively hands-off approach to controlling customers who play games with Kroger’s mask mandate after this recent uptick in precautions due to the Delta variant.It is really frustrating to walk through the store on a Saturday afternoon and what appeared to be a third of customers either not wearing a mask at all, or wearing a mask around their chin. I didn’t feel safe shopping at this Kroger for the first time during this entire pandemic, and if they’re just not going to proactively enforce their own mandate—clearly stated on signs at each entrance door—I’m happy to the higher prices at Publix who does a much better job with making sure all customers and employees are properly following safety protocol.Innocent children are dying now, and last time I checked the ICUs are completely filled in all Dekalb, Fulton and Cobb county hospitals.Please do a better job Kroger.

Got a meal from the hot food area and asked the worker behind the counter (that made the plate) if he could ring me up. He asked me tf I look like doing that. Then he told me all the things he supposedly had to do and laughed the entire time like he was funny. Wasted majority og my lunch break waiting on him for him to decide to not ring me up.

Got food poisoning from their eggs. Bought them and ate them the same night. Sick for days now.

Decent selection. Lots of parking. Excellent for grab n go snacks and hot foods if youre staying in one of the nearby hotels in Buckhead.

If Zero stars was an option, I’d give it. I have been shopping here for 2 years and for the most part everyone here helps. BUT the two ladies in management or at the customer service desk, need to be relieved or never allowed in the customer service desk. Rude, never once gave me the respect of looking at me or giving me eye contact. Their response to my question was a muffle response that I cannot understand. There is zero willingness to help or assist. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

The store is less than half a mile from my home so I stop in frequently. Never again. It is tired and scheduled to be demolished but that is no excuse for one cashier, interminable waits, indifferent service. And the store appears dirty.

Very negligent about price updating on products if you dont pay attention you pay more what tag shows.

Im from out of state. I found things there a little expensive and not rasy findable. Food items were in multie locations instead of being groupes together or near each other. Examples: cheese and lunch meat in deli, but other brands all the way at other end of store. Bread is in bakery section and also in the middle of the store.

I visited this store and needed assistance after a really bad day. The manager on duty Brett, was so sincere and kind to me that I was overwhelmed with gratitude.Its not often that someone leaves me speechless, but this young man simply cared so much that all I could say was Thank you so so much sir. You are a really good man. I meant it too.Kroger is so fortunate to have an individuals like Brett and his team working for them. They represented themselves today as Servants of Christ. They really Love others.

The staff who work in the deli department dealing with the hot food are extremely rude the older man and the older lady EVERYTIME I go they never have good customer never smile speak nothing just rude and ask is that’s all you want makes me want to stop coming

Great and Clean place to get your groceries! This was one of the grocery stores in area where I could get eggs! Employees are very helpful and friendly!

One of the best Kroger stores and one of the cleanest stores anywhere. A great variety of things to buy, with good fresh produce and bakery items. The prices are the same as at other Krogers even though it is a Fresh Fare designation. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have gone to this Kroger multiple times over the past 20 years and I had seen it all. I came in around 2pm just for roses because it being Valentines Day and in the past they hadnt failed me but today they did. All the red roses just looked old and just not up the usual Kroger quality. I knocked down the review heavily because of the roses since thats the only reason I came in.

They Do not close at 12!!!!! 11:30-11:45 there doors are closed so if you need to get something quickly late at night this is NOT THE PLACE...it’s just a waste of time!!!

This Kroger is horrible !!! I came in to buy fresh produce but was I surprised !!! ALL the zucchini was floppy not firm and molded. I proceeded to talk to the produce staff which was 3 of them working and each one walked away from me when I asked was there fresh zucchini in the back. This place is going downhill. They need a fresh facelift, new management, and a new team ! DONT SHOP HERE!

This is the Kroger Disco store. Great varieties & wonderful specials on grocery items every week. This is my favorite Kroger as its close & lots of handicap parking.

On April 3, 2020, my experience at this Kroger was HORRIBLE. I experienced this at the Deli Department. The ladies were totally unprofessional and extremely rude. I called the store to speak with the managing no one EVER came to the phone!

Door was locked tonight at 12:45am. The guy finally came over and rudely told me I had 7 minutes. I just needed to grab 3 things, which would have taken 5 minutes. He said he was getting out of here by 1:10 at the latest and if he let me in, he wouldnt. I worked at a grocery store for years and this is horrendous customer service. I told him to just forget it and left. I could have gotten what I needed and been out by 12:52, if not for him locking the door 15 minutes early and whining about his job. I work hard too. I worked really damn hard to get there on time. He was unconcerned. Your customer service is quickly in a race to the bottom with Wal-Mart these days. So sad. I grew up with Kroger and it never used to be like this.

I gave a three because I dont appreciate being treated like a thief because of the way I look or whatevere reason he chose to follow me. The store is great, nice, and clean. Prices easy to understand. Well organized. The store give me the impression they take their job seriously, with proud. I will change it to a five because he was only doing his job. If I could this would be my primary store to shop.

Its 12:35 pm, busy lunch time and you run out of fried chicken! Then say chicken will not be ready for another 15 minutes. People are clearly on their lunch break and you want them to wait. Also the deli line is ridiculously slow, so dont waste your time thinking that will be faster. That is just poor planning. Luckily the sushi chefs make great sushi.

Very frustrated. I called Kroger the other day for information about flowers. The woman I spoke with wasn’t able to give me the information I needed so told me to come in. I came in today and no one was at the floral department to help me.I asked an employee if they could help me and they called numerous times for the floral department and no one came to help. I waited for 30 minutes and eventually just left.I called Kroger and couldn’t get in touch with the floral department so finally got in touch with someone else in a different department. Only to find the floral department is in a board meeting!Shouldn’t there always be someone available? Even if there’s a meeting? Shouldn’t there be better communication to employees so they’re aware of what’s going on and can better assist customers?I can only come in certain times so am incredibly frustrated. The person on the phone told me I need to come in for my floral questions..... it’s a vicious cycle. Very disappointed.

What can I say I love krogering. I love shopping for manager specials, finding things on sale, using my coupons. I feel like Im a smart shopper. But sometimes Im stupid enough to go in hungry. Oops!

#Kroger called customer service to confirm they are open. That simple and you would have thought I asked If he needed oxygen to breath, was very rude and acted like why are you asking since I answered. Do employees not understand without Customers you do not have a job? That simple! I’ll get another grocery store!

Well I was visiting The prepared meal section. Me and another gentleman was in line for 10 minutes, While we overheard 2 employees Talking in the back not paying attention to the line that was Piling up. And honestly this is happened on 3 occasions January 18th 2020 5:30 p.m. Whoever you have on this shift.

Self checkout discrimination. Attendant was rude and took the items from my cart without saying anything. Racist attendant assuming I stole items. Worst customer service, treated me like a criminal.

Everything is delicious and the staff is friendly. I got sushi and it was crisp and fresh. Also got some seafood salad and great party food spread ideas for another time.

In the 2+ years since moving to Atlanta, Ive seen this Kroger go from so-so to awesome. The produce is always fresh and well-displayed with an impressive assortment of organic options. Aisles are wide and shelves remain stocked. The ladies at the deli counter always aim to please. I leave protein purchases for Fresh Market but otherwise rely on Disco Kroger to fill my pantry. #Buckhead #Groceries

Kroger is consistently great, with fresh produce, best in town freshly made sushi, awesome meats selection, phenomenal cheese selection, top notch fresh bakery and very competent wine selection. Oh they have great flowers too!

Nasty and people with unleashed dogs everywhere. Also the homeless are all inside in abundance begging you for money.

Do not go to this Kroger and do not go to this shopping precinct. There is a company called Empire Parking Service that will clamp your car if they feel you are not parked correctly. You can not see the signs as within the lot there arent any and furthermore they are not lit to warn you. They clamp very easily as they know that you will pay anything to get released. AVOID PEACHTREE PIEDMONT CROSS SHOPPING CENTER AT ALL COST.

This is the closest supermarket to me so I usually give them the first option when I need some shopping done but no more. They constantly run out of stuff that they shouldnt like romaine lettuce. They also have a very crappy selection of Roma tomatoes and run out of those too. If you need to shop for produce make this the last place you stop at to do your shopping. The produce manager should be fired. There are times when you go to the customer service counter and no one is there and after 5 minutes you say enough of this and leave. Not to mention it seems like you might need to carry a bulletproof vest to shop there these days because of the really bad crowd that hangs around there and people have been shot. Such a potentially good supermarket in a nice area of Buckhead but run so poorly. Also all the other Krogers in the area have those mini push shopping carts in great abundance. This Kroger refuses to buy anymore . I dont care whatever the reason is a lot of customers like those carts and at best, they have maybe 5 of them??? and seems like they wont be buying any more. Its like if the manager of this Kroger ran a hotel, people know that guests will steal towels, so if this manager ran a hotel and guests were stealing the face towels I guess he would not order any more face towels for his guests? I will take the extra 5 minutes and go to Publix now.

This style of Kroger is fading fast in a sea of markets . Especially with the much larger newer Kroger at Lindbergh I dont know why anyone would come here. But its still a decent Kroger with better prices than Publix.

This review is for the Kroger Pharmacy. I have never been treated with so much compassion and understanding from a pharmacist I have never even met before. I usually have some ordeal getting any prescription filled b/c I travel around a lot, and they immediately assume the worst. I still cant believe how helpful the pharmacist was in trying to help me save money, and she did. I wish more pharmacies operated in such a manner. When I am in Atlanta, I will be returning here. Absolutely, without a doubt the best service ever! (and I am not exaggerating)

Please do not buy any bakery at this Kroger, I usually go there to buy fresh bread twice a week. Four times Ive seen the bakery manger sneeze and cough right in his bare hands and he does not use hand sanitizer to clean his hands after and touches the bread and all the bakery goods right after sneezing and coughing with his dirty hands. I once spoke with the general manager and he said he was going to talk to the bakery manager, but apparently he forgot or the bakery manager just do not follow hygiene safety and cleanliness instructions. Today I went to get bread and I saw him sneezing in is hands again and them touching cupcakes.

Predatory parking patrol. They allow a “parking service” to boot anyone who leaves their vehicle in the parking lot. Questionable legality and I definitely did not feel safe in this situation. Shop anywhere else if you can.

Excellent Kroger. I pass at least 3 Krogers from my house to shop there. Very clean and organized. Produce is fresher than other Krogers I have visited. (No idea what thats about)

Don’t go to this place if you need to utilize the money services counter. They are never operational. Went to the store multiple times and every time it says “money order machine down“. I even called ahead and asked them if it was working, and associate said that it was, and then when I arrived they said it was down.

Nice to have an extremely close grocery store! They most always have what you are looking for if you shop at other Krogers. Downside is the store is at the back of a mini shopping center, so the traffic can be terrible trying to leave the store. Avoid during mid day times if you dont like sitting around.

HORRIBLE. Associates always seem to have an attitude or not want to help. Very ghetto. Deli food always looks old or they never have anything fresh up. Pan handlers walk around the store and bother customers. Avoid!

Kroger should just go out of business. Today I thought I would buy a bottle of wine as an afterthought. As a 50 year old man, this shouldnt be a problem but corporate has a policy that NOT EVEN A MANAGER can sell a bottle of wine to a FULL GROWN MATURE MAN without an ID. Its like they totally forgot that the LAW states that minors cant buy alcohol. If they have SO LITTLE trust in the intelligence of EVEN THEIR MANAGEMENT to make a judgement call, they should just close down.

How is this place getting high ratings? The staff is horrible and the place is filthy?! I had, hands down, THE rudest checkout girl in the world. I truly feel it was race related as well...I guess if you are a nice Italian woman you are not welcome there.

Slime City trip with my daughter and decided to stop in Kroger bcuz she was hungry, while purchasing items through self check out a guy with braids to the back and receding hairline stands behind me while my daughter scanning items, I asked him why was he watching us and he wen ballistic in front customers and all. My wife told him that was unprofessional and he continued his verbal tirade in the middle of all these ppl😳. I worked at Whole Foods when i was young, there is no way I or they would have let that happen to a paying customer but i will never go back to this place and Im telling everyone I knw to stay away. #customerservice

Just saw this Kroger location on The First 48: Atlanta for a man being shot/murdered at the store in cold blood acter being brutally beat which was filmed by a good samaritan.They have parking attendants?Do they have security?Are customers safe?This is why many people order online.As the population increases in Atlanta, so does the crime. Smh!

Produce prices were quite high on top of produce not being very fresh - multiple cartons of strawberries were already molded, the clemintines I purchased were already dried out inside and the peppers were quite pricey. Clean store, very friendly staff but produce was not up to par in my opinion.

Horrible customer service, the one person working the counter doesnt take the initiative to call for help even when the line is long. Theres always a person in front of me with 5 Western Unions to purchase (those take forever), Im standing there for 15 mins for a quick transaction (to return rotten tomatoes, which is already frustrating that they were rotten in the 1st place, because theyre already overpriced, but thats another issue). Im not the only one complaining, other people in line behind me are also complaining.

This kroger is large and has lots of organic and healthy food options. It does not have a large cheese department. I love that there is a sushi bar you can stop in, have a seat, and eat at the counter.

Parking Lot is a nightmare. You arent able to properly maneuver due the high volume of traffic.Staff seemed extremely aggravated when asked to perform job duties. No Smiles No greetings.Prices marked as one price but rings for regular price. Not what I expected from Kroger

Its a nice store, but the past 3 times Ive been theyve been out of whichever meat I needed (both chicken breasts and pork tenderloin). Since I like to plan my meals for the week, this can cause some issues.

Filthy Kroger, found used martini glass someone had eaten out of laying on the food bar, and a package of ice cream sitting on a counter out of the freezer, among other random trash laying around. Plus we got booted in the parking lot and had to pay a fee. Lovely place.

We shopped here twice during our stay in Buckhead. First, this store is very clean! Its also quite large & well-lit. Their prices seemed very comparable to Publix in Tampa, although we werent shopping for typical grocery items. We bought a few snacks & sodas on our first visit, and wine on our second. I was most impressed with the size of their wine section - very large for a grocery store! Our cashiers were friendly, and both times gave us the sale pricing even though we didnt have a Kroger card. Not that we needed it, but this location is open until 1am on weekdays, & 2am on the weekend.

One of the dirtiest Krogers in Atlanta. We bought snow crab from the seafood counter and when we got home and took it out of the package it reeked of being rotten. Customer service is on par with the cleanliness level.

Hands down the worst kroger I have ever been too. The funny thing is that they have so much potential. Its right in the middle of buckhead and gets great traffic.They are never stocked on produce or any other thing I am looking for. The service is OK for a kroger. I cant trust their food because I have seen rotten produce there multiple times.
