Spacious supermarket. It is so spacious, clean and well organized. They have Grocery, Deli and Bakery section. They sell varieties of products. They have good selection of furniture, toys, sporting goods, Mobile accessories, books and clothing. They have good variety of ladies and kids clothing. Ready to eat items are also available. Customer service is very good and there is not much rush at billing counters. Starbucks and CVS pharmacy are located inside the Target store.
Its currently under construction. So this means lots of empty shelves, things all over the place, & check outs not working. The worst part is the new self checkouts dont currently have functional scales meaning you cant buy any produce you need to weigh. When I went they also had no other checkout lanes open so there was no way to buy any produce.Maybe itll be better once the construction is done, but you literally cant buy basics right now so shop elsewhere.
I absolutely love Target so 5 stars for them. But 0 stars for the lady at self checkout tonight and the person who who hired her. Got confused and thought I was at Walmart for a second. The “black” lady at the self checkout was awfully rude in the way she communicated with the customers checking out. Thought she was having a bad day or a tough life so didn’t think much of it til a couple of “black” guys came up and her attitude changed. She greeted them asking how they were doing and stood there having a friendly conversation, laughing and sharing small talk. Nothing like the few times I had to interact with her or the attitude the rest of us had to experience. I’m sorry we weren’t “black” enough for you to be treated with decency.
I just stopped in to pick up an order and was greeted by the most delightful target team member!! Dawn was at front door sanitizing shopping carts. Her positive greeting made my day!! THANK U DAWN!!!
I had ordered a nightstand online. When it arrived, it contained two of the same legs. Therefore, I went to the order online and indicated the problem and needed to have the correct leg, but I had to return the entire item to get a replacement (not just the missing leg). I had the option of mailing it back or returning it to a store before my replacement could be sent. So, for expediency, I took it back to the Perimeter location. I explained the to the associated what had happened. When she was finished with the transaction, she handed me a receipt and said my card would be credited. I reinforced to her that I was simply exchanging it for one that would be sent to me. She said what she had done was correct, though it didnt sound correct to me. Sure enough, when I got home and checked my account, the whole purchased had been canceled. Do associates no know how to do an exchange when it is not a purchase from a store. Now, I will find place to find this item.
The team is always so helpful, thoughtful, and considerate, Ive never had a bad customer experience at Target, NEVER. Today was no different. I was in Isaiahs line at the Dunwoody store and he was so sweet, kind, and patient. I was socializing in the line and completely forgot to put my items on the belt (kind of funny). Isaiah patiently waited for me to stop talking to the ladies behind me and once I realized I didnt have my stuff on the belt, we both started giggling. I apologized, and he was so kind and friendly about it. He asked about my day, and we had a nice little chat; it really brightened my day. Isaiah exhibited great customer service to everyone ahead of me as well. Thank you, Isaiah, I appreciate you!
The new bright open and well defined/organized shopping areas within the store are evidence of a carefully researched and planned expansion of this store. We appreciate the attention to detail evident in this planned expansion by Target.
I love this location because its huge and the layout is so spread out which makes better to stay in and shop longer. Lol I can spend hours in here because theres so many things to look at and buy.This is definitely a Super Target because they have a Starbucks, an Optical, a Grocery side and a small restaurant.Target is expensive but they have quality items and thats what I like about them. Definitely expect to pay a little more for your items but youll be happy in the end.They also have good sales and items on clearance all time. To stay update on the sales, inventory and get points just download their app to become a member.Great customer service their always helpful. I just wish Target would be more accurate when it comes to using their app when location items.Its located in a shopping plaza and near Perimeter Mall so its not too hard to find.Target should just sponsor me for spending so much time and money in their stores. I never come out with one thing!!
I would recommend this location over the adjacent big box store. I enjoyed this shopping center location as well as my family members who were visiting with me. The store was night and day different from the previous experience in the near by big box store which was a nasty mess. We found all of the items needed to stock up the new family home. The presentation of the food and other items was definitely better here. The aisles were not cluttered and we moved consistently to get what we needed.
The customer service experience was very unprofessional and rude from the barista at the Starbucks counter who hap hazardous made my beverage and had customers waiting while she was in the back. When I attempted a refund the customer service desk cashier was extremely rude to a customer in front of me. And then she began to attack me. Very ugly spirit. I asked for manage but the manage on duty really did it care offering weak and diluted apology for the horrible experience. I will never go back to that store. It was apparent to me that new hires were not trained on customer service. Shame on you Target. I want to give zero stars!!

Terrible… This construction or remodeling of it must be setting them back. The guest services line was wrapped around the store because they only had one girl working. Poor thing! She had to help one individual customer at a time and then go run all the way across the store to grab their order. Everyone was confused, no employees around seemed to care or help. I feel bad for her honesty.
The service you get from when you walk through the doors till you get through checkout is phenomenal, the workers always acknowledge you.

My cashier, Totianna, was WONDERFUL!! She taught me how to use the Target app to scan my grocery items to check for discounts. I did not realize I could do that, and I greatly appreciated her taking the time to show me. She was friendly, outgoing, helpful, and just a pleasure to interact with today.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Target. I came to purchase an Apple product for my company and the rep (black woman with dreadlocs in a black shirt with a crystal around her neck, no nametag) who rang me up acted like she wanted to fight me for wanting to put in my Target Circle Number. She kept making remarks to the young woman beside her saying I was ruining her morning and this is why she hates working here. My phone was dead so I couldnt pull up the app like she demanded and needed to use the number entry. I went to a manager to ask for assistance and the customer service manager basically stared at me with a dead look in her eyes and told me there was nothing she could do. I have personally worked in customer service so I try to be respectful and kind to all staff when I am patronizing a business but the way I was treated today was ridiculous. They do not have to worry about me or my business frequenting this location ever again.
This Target has some great vegan friendly options and it is literally the biggest Target I have ever been to.

I usually like target because of its cleanliness and neat organization of goods, but not this particular location. I was very disappointed and in awe to see its cluttered situation. Also, there was this empty space with nothing in there. And, I could not find half of the stuff I was looking for.

I visited this establishment about week ago, looking for a Nintendo switch. They were sold out in many locations, however this location had the product in stock in abundance. There was a worker there by the name Fig he assisted me and was ver knowledgeable of the product and gave me several tips on the sd card to get with the device. He provided excellent customer service which is rare these days. Definitely recommend this location, and will be shopping here again. P.S. give Fig a raise, fantastic employee. Thanks Target for the wonderful customer experience.

I placed an order pick up. There was a mishap that occurred with the order however GlenWood and Bunni rectified the situation and provided professional customer service in resolving the issue.
This was my first time using the drive up service. The app experience was user friendly and easy to follow. Our wait time was only 3 hours which was less than the expected 4. However, when we arrived for pickup, The associate responsible for bringing our merchandise expected us to get out of the car and assist ourselves. I think she may have touched our product maybe once to say that she did try. I’m glad that I brought my friend to help because otherwise she wouldn’t have been able to lift the items. She stood and watched us load the product with a few ‘you got it?’s in between. Despite the latter, I am not upset because luckily I was prepared. However, if another customer were to expect the service as described in the app they are sadly mistaken. I expected to be taken care of being that I spent a lot of money here.
Lately they have been great! I noticed they’ve had a lot of new employees working and they have had a huge turnaround in Customer Service. Several times I come on Saturday looking for my favorite Ice cream and they are always out by Saturday but Saleem is great and goes out of the way to drop what he is doing to check to see if they have them, then go back to get them for me. Katlyn is great too she knows where everything is and doesn’t point she will walk you there. Also there is one more guy in the freezer area working that I don’t know his name but he will also get my beloved ice cream when they are out of stock. Great customer service at the guest service counter too lately all the ladies are fast and pleasant.

They are always out of the Urban RX Clear Skin Cleansing bar and associates are never organized enough to tell me where the ones showing in stock are. Im tired of the lack of supply and poor customer service.
Pick up with Quick & Easy and very courteousI could not wait to get home and use my little deep fryer it worked out perfectly. I shopped for chicken wings in the store. I went home and made lemon pepper wings and they were absolutely delicious.. I. HIGHLY, recommend this little fryer it is superb and it does the job well. I filled the little oil Container up to a little over minimum and it was perfect.. if I went a little higher it could have overflowed, so dont go up past the maximum.
Waiting in line always takes a long time, none of the scales on the new self checkouts are working, so it is challenging to buy produce, understaffed, employees are clearly overworked, poor management,
Went to look for artificial Christmas tree, found what I was looking for unfortunately the tree I liked was unavailable. The sales associate said I could take the tree on display. All trees at this location were 30% off and I asked for an additional discount since it was display/open box. The manager gave me an additional 10% off.
The online portion is easy. The in store experience was very efficient. I will definitely use it again!

Target as a company being supportive of diversity. As a big retailer with many locations across the country, Target seems to be a best of breed. I typically shop them based on price, but the service is always good.
The selection was great, staff was helpful and I was able to get everything I came to shop for.
Never any checkout lanes open. After doing all your shopping you have to stand in long lines to check yourself out. What’s next are we going to stock the shelves?
I am appalled by the poor service at this Target location. The mask policy is not existent. Customers and employees blatantly walk around the store without masks (or worn inappropriately). The employees seem more interested in socializing and bad-mouthing others than helping guests. When seeking a product in the technology department, I was ignored, then treated disrespectfully. Given Targets reputation, this store is a disgrace to the company.
I love target but the wait for two bags of Ricola cough drops was ridiculous & the pharmacy guy wouldnt check me out at his register even though I had two medicinal items from the pharmacy section. I had to stand in a long line of people with tons of groceries for two items & no express checkout 10 items or less lanes were open. Even self checkout had a long line.

Drive up is absolutely useless - no matter what I do it always cancels my order 10 minutes after I place it. Guess Ill just have to go into the store and make my purchases instead of being able to safely purchase it and have it brought to my car! Thanks for nothing.
Mask policies are very poor. Saw several employees with masks below their nose. About 25% of customers had no mask on. Mentioned it to an employee who never said a word.

Associates are always eager to assist customers and pleasant to work with. The merchandise and selection are great and the stores are clean and orderly. Not to mention the Target App, Red Card, Circle offers, order and pickup or delivery!

Worst Target in Georgia, possibly America. Phone Pickup took me 2 visits of an hour each, return/exchange took me 4 hours and I was doing their work such as contract reversals. If you dont know what a contract is, you shouldnt be selling phones. They are very unprofessional, rude and unwilling to put in any effort to help you.This store is a clear outlier from the Target brand which usually provides excellent service.

Standard Target. Pretty clean. I was surprised the school supplies area was as clean and in good shape as it was.
It went very well. There is a little confusion for me between drive up and pickup. I wasnt clear that there were 2 options? I wanted to have driveup service, ordered pickup and they actually were cool and brought out to pickup thanks!

Never do the drive-up order at this Target store. I waited 20+ minutes on two of my orders this week and ended up going inside the store to notify customer service which defeated the whole purpose. The customer service at Walmart contactless pickup was amazing and the only reason why I gave Target a try, in spite of the higher price, was they didn’t have any minimum order limit. I’ll now happily switch back to Walmart contactless pickup.1/14/21 Update - of late, Target has been doing a great job on the drive up orders. Someone is usually already waiting with my orders by the time I pull up my car. Great way to turn around things!
Its amazing to read bad reviews of this place. It is never that busy and is in a quite posh neighborhood. There is not much to dislike. If u throw off a bad or demanding attitude, then that is what u get back.

Every time I go to Target I find helpful employees. Pre-Covid, I found most stores very well-stocked. Employees are taking a very active approach to keep their customers, employees and stores healthy.
They always have everything I need in stock! Its by far my favorite Target in the entire Atlanta area! Their hours are good too, which makes it easier to go after/before work. Love this place! The cashiers are always super friendly. They have so many check outs lanes. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and never had to wait long in line. Top notch Target.

I love Target! I mean who doesnt. This specific Target has great deals, nice staff, and a clean store. Today I had gone a little overboard with my clearance items, so after checkout I immediately went to the customer service desk. The girl that helped me with my returns was very pleasant. Super quick and easy. I believe her name was Vickie. She helped me through my order and easily refunded what was needed.
I love that target has moved to now having self check out options. It allows for the short and longer trips into the store to be faster.

Great customer service from one of your associates. His name was Seth. He gave the best retail customer service I have received in many years. He assisted me with a Christmas gift return fo a store credit which we used to purchase a TV. Further, we had been shopping for this TV at other retailers and asked fo a price match, which he graciously helped us with in addition to the return. We expected both the return and the price match to be difficult and onerous. Seth made both transactions pleasant and easy. In short, he was amazing.
I frequent this location often and I usually receive excellent service. Today was the exception to the rule. I utilized self checkout and while scanning my items I received an error message. Because of this Yolanda with the dreadlocks was required to come over and entered her code. When she arrived she rolled her eyes and had very poor body language and a horrible attitude. I asked her if she was ok and she proceeded to speak with her coworkers about how frustrating it is dealing with customers and their attitudes. I never said anything to her other than asking if she was ok so her response was very confusing and unnecessary. She said this right in front of me as I was standing there waiting on her to complete her job which I had to remind her to finish. After she finished, she went over and stood with three other employees and began to laugh and gossip about her own behavior. In times when jobs are scarce and resources are low I would expect far better behavior than this! I’m very offended and will most likely never come to this location again simply because of this horrible interaction with Yolanda! Also, management began to apologize for Yolanda’s behavior but Yolanda stopped her asking why she would apologize. This is truly sad and ridiculous
The staff here goes the extra mile for you, they make sure you came here to get what you came to get. We’ve gone to four targets to find a specific item and finally found it at this one in sandy springs because the staff went the extra mile and checked absolutely everywhere. We are so great duo and will definitely come back here again.
The pick up made things really easy for me. Target edits their choices so I dont get overwhelmed by too much selection AND I know it will be of an appropriate quality. I feel like shopping on amazon is either a craps shoot or a research project. Shopping with Target I know what I am getting and I know I will be happy.
Went in today to pick up an order. The staff at guest services was NOT pleased that I was there interrupting them. Informed them that I was picking up and was told I’d have to wait...with no other guests in sight I found it odd. The other attendant went to scan my bar code really quickly and continue her phone conversation on her cell she was trying to hide. She came back with a fan when my order was clothes. When I informed her it was the wrong item both attendants let me know that was my order. I’m pretty sure I know the difference between a fan and clothes. A third attendant came and between the three of them they were able to find my item (apparently it was in the wrong slot...not sure what I could do to fix/assist with that.) After confirming it was the right item I was swiftly dismissed. They could not get rid of me fast enough. If you order online I definitely recommend picking up at the Lenox location. They never seem bothered by having customers.
Location and selection are great. Recently looking for a Roku. Decided on the stick +. Saw that it was available at the Target that is close to home. Ordered it that night. First thing the next day got an email it was ready for pick up. Stopped by, waited for one person in line and was out the door. The only way it could have been easier to get in less than 12 hours is if an employee brought it to my house. Great experience.

I place an order May 30th, 2020 around 12:45 pmI receive an email stating that my order was ready to pickup around 4:42 I left home to pick up the order I arrived to target store at 5:58 pm I was almost 2 steps to enter the store when I saw 2 men’s in a hurry coming towards the door and say the store Is closed, before placing the order I saw the store hours 8:00am to 9:00pm the main reason for placing the order was because the store hours because I needed the item for my daughters birthday, I ask to speak to an LOD to the security guy at the door an he let me know that they did not have an LOD, And he stated that he was the manager, I ask him if he was hard lines 4 and hes answer was I DONT CARE IF YOU WORK FOR TARGET THE STORE IS CLOSED, I ask hes name and he stated that hes name was Victor a very rude guy with no name tag and and kind of abusing just because he thinks he had authority I ask what department he work for and he stated that he didn’t feel answering my question, all I wanted was someone to bring my daughters items to the door because it was her birthday. How you won’t notify your customers that out of no where you were closing the store early, I called target corporate to make a complaint Victor do not deserve to work there just because the way he treated me as a customer.
