Atlanta airport is so rude!!!! I came to the Pandora in Boca Towne Center and received the best customer service from Leo, the supervisor. He helped me deal with the Atlanta airport Pandora store, who were completely and utterly rude!!! Their sales supervisor, Lindsey Waltower, was very unaccommodating.I wanted to do an even exchange on a bracelet I bought for my mother but I couldnt find the receipt. I bought it May 4th during a layover and went to exchange for a bigger size May 10th. We called the store so Leo could verify it was within 30 days and Lindsey proceeded to say how they dont keep their receipts and later in the phone call when I asked if he kept receipts he said it would be inconvenient to search through thousands of them. I passed the phone to Leo to which after a few minutes Lindsey hung up the phone. Leo called back and a sealed representative answered and gave more information in a civilized manner than the supposed sales supervisor.Coming from a service industry and bring a retail store in 2016 that kind of customer service is appalling from Atlanta Airport Pandora. Thank you Leo for going above and beyond and having to deal with rude individuals!!
