Very charming little shop. I really was so happy to find this place. It has every kind of stationary you could possible want as well as lots of fun knick knacks and odds and ends. I feel like it has a little something for everyone, and the customer service! So friendly and helpful. I genuinely felt like a guest of honor, lol, I cannot wait to go back!

This store was extremely small. We weren’t greeted when we walked in and no one came to help us when we went to look at wedding invites. They lost a sale because they were not attentive. The back of the store also smelled like urine.

The ladies who work here are amazing! They are friendly and helpful. I ran into their store two days before Christmas and was tickled to find that they wrap presents! Because I was painfully Ill prepared, I went home, came back with all of my Christmas presents which they wrapped for me in a span of 4 hours.Im grateful they are my neighborhood store!!!

Great letterpress card selection. Be prepared to pay for them though...they are expensive.

Loved this Paper Source - the most wonderful woman helped me sort out so much of my plans and questions for my bridal shower and wedding. When I walked in, there was a dude with two black labs (they could have been nearly any breed of dog because I’m so bad at dog breeds - I’ll add a photo to this comment so you can decide for yourself what kind of dog they are) and I attempted to take a stealth photo of the dogs because my fiancé is obsessed with dogs and I send him photos of cute ones in an attempt to get him to love me more. Anyhow, when the dog man was checking out, he asked the women (aforementioned employee that is amazing) if she could split his purchases into two separate bags because the dogs like to carry the bags home and if there is only one bag, it obviously creates divides (dog fights, I guess). And every single breathing female mammal in the store dropped dead to the floor from cuteness overload and as I came back to, I wondered, “does this guy just know exactly what he’s doing and is playing the game better than every one else? Or do humans that could stand in for Joe Fox (I.e Tom Hanks) in You’ve Got Mail genuinely exist?” And I will never ever know the answer. I guess what I’m trying to say is - if you see this man at Paper Source, get to the bottom of his life and let me know. Thx in advance!

Im horrible at wrapping presents so I always take my gifts here and they never disappoint. They have a great selection of wrapping paper and their staff takes pride in making my gifts look amazing!

Best place to get cards in town. Super selection of high quality letterpress cards to choose from. You should be prepared to pay a premium for the high quality paper goods.

My husband lost his camera out side their store and they kept it safe for us, hoping we would be back for it. A worker had previously seen him walking around with it and knew who to return it to. We were so relieved to find it!

Paper Source has literally everything and beyond from the perfect gifts, stationary, planners, wrapping paper, cards for every occasion and is one of my favorite stores EVER! The staff is wonderful and you’re sure to find something for not only yourself of course but unique gifts for any ages and if you need anything customized this is also your go-to store. I really can’t say enough good things about this store : )

Typical big company chain with uncommitted employees, undeserving of its location among small businesses. I arrived 2 minutes after closing to buy a Fathers Day card and the she would not let me in...... should have gone to Target, service is the same but with later hours and lower prices.

This place is chock a block full of interesting, cute, useful stationery and gifts! There is so much to offer it can be difficult to decide but you really cant go wrong. Very friendly staff and there is parking at the back too.

Whenever I have a paper need, this is my first source (no pun intended). I absolutely love Paper Source overall, but especially this location. Not only does the staff greet you when you walk in, they will help you with whatever you may need. Oh, did I mention they have classes too. How awesome is that? I havent taken classes yet there, but I will definitely do so in the near future!

Never knew it existed. Beautiful shop, great selection. Found some very nice origami paper.

Do NOT work with Paper Source. They messed up our order and sent the wrong envelopes to our printer causing a 2 week delay on wedding invitations. They were supposed to re-ship correct envelopes expedited, but we did not receive them. Their corporate computer system was down for an entire day so we couldn’t get any help with status of the replacement order, and the Virginia Highlands location does NOT answer the phone. Got a salesperson on the phone from the Lennox store who tried to help resolve with corporate office. Still waiting on the envelopes, and have since found several other sources with beautiful options at much lower price.They are over priced with extremely poor customer service.

I went in just to get ideas for my friend Brens baby shower and by the time I left the team had given me more than I had asked for! I didnt realize all the options I had with invitations, what all they can do exceeded my expectations. They were so patient with my indecisiveness and seemed genuinely invested. No doubt I will use them in the future as well...life long customer here!

Great place to get unique cards and paper gifts. Also, valet parking around back which makes getting in and out easy. Prices are moderate. Store is well kept and nicely done

I love this store! You can take classes, get supplies for one of your Pinterest projects, buy cool gifts, purchase unique cards, the list goes on! They have good quality envelopes in a range of colors, finishes, and sizes! I usually go here for envelopes and leave with half the store!

Great shop if you are looking for a card thats more personal and unique than your typical hallmark card. Also has tons off knick knacks that make perfect stocking items come the holidays or just to put a smile on someones face.

If I could give no star I would. Went in to get a gift wrapped in a round box. After paying $4.00 to park, waiting 10 minutes to be serviced by a clerk who was not busy, stated she could not wrap a round box as it was impossible. I told her that it was not impossible and had several wrapped in the past. She refused to wrap the box and refused to even attempt to wrap it saying she didn’t know how. Never offered to find someone who did know how

My fiancée and I visited paper source with the intention of having them create our wedding invitations for us. They have tons of great designs, however after sitting down with their staff and going through the design process, we were shocked as to just how outrageously expensive they were going to be. Noticing our disappointment, Krystal was able to save the day by helping us design a very similar invitation that incorporated a few do-it-yourself elements which thankfully cut our cost by over 50%. Needless to say, we left happy and would recommend Paper Source - just be prepared for a little sticker shock in some cases.

This store is slightly expensive but has a wide range of products including stationary and small toys. Parking here is a pain as its street and may be impossible to find especially on weekends.
