I ordered strawberry cream flavor, it was so delicious! Ive always wanted to try this kind of ice cream. This is my first try, and it is an excellent experience. The flavor of ice cream is very fragrant and not too sweet. The medium size is enough for me to share with a friend.

Sub Zero wasn’t our original destination. To avoid a long wait elsewhere I had my son check for ice cream shops nearby. We were not disappointed at all! Staff was very patient and helped wife and I decide on “sensation”. She had the Chocolate Conduction, I had the Peanut Butter Bonds, and our son created his own (Root Beer w/ Cheesecake). A little pricey, but all were very delicious! We’ll definitely visit this location again.

Love this place, always go here when ever I visit downtown. They have a lot of healthy ice cream options too. I like freshly made ice creams, soo refreshing and tasty. There are a lot of clubs and dinning places around this area and I like to walk here after my dinners.

The idea of this place is cool! Ice cream was just ok and didnt like that the workers were not wearing gloves... especially during the global pandemic smh... also the price was steep I paid over $20 for 3 small ice creams... mehhh probably wont go back to this place

I went here a couple years ago and the experience was really enjoyable! The shop is cool, perfect location! It can get busy, so the line I had was pretty long. The actual nitrogen freezing and making of the ice cream was super sick and very fun to watch. That part was the highlight. Other than that, the ice cream itself tasted fine, and the prices were a bit high for the portions, though its understandable due to the whole liquid nitrogen used to make it

Grabbed four different flavors, both yogurt and custard, and all ranked from eh to meh. The nitrogen part was super cool, but the tastes werent great at all. Maybe someone new was at the helm. This was our first experience.

My friends and I visited this weekend and were in utter disbelief and shock as we were directly insulted by the staff as soon as we walked in. They were under the impression that we didn’t know Spanish and continued to call us names, poke fun at us, and curse because they thought we didn’t understand all while they took pictures of us without our consent. They obviously didn’t care about the service they provided either. The ice cream looked sloppy and was missing many toppings. I feel genuinely violated and insulted that the staff is welcome to treat customers this way. We will not be returning and I advise that you do not either unless you want mediocre ice cream and jerky teenagers serving your cup.

Got a Mass Mocha Madness and it was great. Its definitely unique seeing your ice cream being mixed together in front of you. I just wished there were more people behind the counter to help. It was too busy on a Saturday for only one person to work while the other two had to prep something in the back.......

I went over the weekend, I’m not sure if we went while they were closed but when we got in it was a slow start to get everyone’s ice cream. But the experience was DEF cool even got my toes wet being so close ;)

Delicious ice cream, and the guy that helped us was informative and very engaging. Reasonably priced as well. They have maybe 12 unique combos that are patron favorites and it is clear why. The #3 was delicious. Worth the trip.

Pretty subpar. The ice cream is good but not worth the price or 30+ min wait (there were approximately 8 people total in front of us). After receiving the ice cream we waited again by the register for another few minutes in order to pay. It’s fun to watch the ice cream get made but be warned that ingredients from other people’s orders will potentially end up in yours. Found a gummy bear in mine.

Its a must try ! The process is interesting to watch & the end result is surprisingly! Yummy 🤗, the service is um, dont expect a smile or a little customer banter 🤐, lets chalk it up to the very physical😥 process of making the ice cream. I love ice cream in winter...

This shop has been a staple in my family since I was a little kid. Growing up walking home from school, we would stop by here and grab a scoop on warm days. Mango, Macapuno, and ube are my faves! This place has given me lots of fun memories and lots of happy.

It was a cool experience to watch them freeze it right in front of you, but I think its more of a fad experience than amazing ice cream place. However, to be fair, i dont particularly like ice cream, I ordered the Italian ice with strawberry and raspberry mix-ins (.75 per). However, my boyfriend ordered the number 3 which is an ice cream with more chocolate mix-ins. He said it was good, but the cinnamon was over powering. We both felt like it tasted better as it melted. They have s plethora of toppings/mix-ins though so thats a plus.

Fantastic ice cream. Get the basic strawberry cream and have them add some strawberry chunks. Very cool space and neat to see the nitrogen mist. My first experience and it was just great. The ambiance was good. Nice spaces inside and all the sounds of the ice cream being mixed.

Watching the ice cream get made was absolutely crazy. Id never seen anything like that before. And it was delicious. The girl could have been more friendly, but it was literally right when they opened.

Very cool process for making icecream. Tons of flavors and ingredients. We liked it so much we went back the next day.

A true customizable experience! You get to choose your own cream base (out of a few options, I chose custard), your flavor, (I chose mango), and you can add as many add-ins you want at .75 each (I chose mango bits and raspberries). You get to watch the fun and magic before you, and it is super fun! 10/10 will revisit when Im back in Atlanta!

This was unique. We hadnt been here before, but when we saw them turning the cream and other goodies into custard in seconds with liquid nitrogen, my son and I were mesmerized. Tasted great, too. Different texture from creamed custard, but very good. Wed definitely go again.

Stopped by this ice cream shop on one of my ATL adventures. The ice cream is very good. It is a little overpriced though, but it’s downtown Atlanta in the tourist district. What they do is, they put milk, flavored syrup & extras(chocolate chip, sprinkles,nuts, cookie etc) in a steal bowl & hit it with nitrogen! Then the chop & whip it in the mist of steam the nitrogen generates. It’s like a ninja smoke bomb in ice cream!! Made fresh right there on the spot. I paid 8$ for 3 scoops which I think was a medium. If you are near Olympic Park in the tourist section of Atlanta & craving ice cream hit up Sub Zero.

Neat little place. Had never had nitrogen Ive cream before. they make it in front of you by freezing a pile of goop into Ive cream in about a minute. I didnt care for the texture but my girlfriend really liked it. Worth a try. Flavors were very interesting and both we had were good, everyone should try nitrogen ice cream once at least

The ice cream has a grainy texture which I dont care for. The process was cool to watch though. The location is great and very close to the aquarium. Id rather have Baskin Robbins.

This place is amazing. I got the number 12 with the berry and some extra citric acid to it and it was heavenly. I loved every minute of it. I know people might see this as a gimmick, let me tell you this is an amazing experience. When the nitrogen shoots out and it condenses the surrounding air and moisture, its like watching alchemy before you very eyes. The staff here were amazing and so friendly and inviting. You simply have to come here.
